Doctor Nadig was fantastic, but the office keeps sending me past due notices even though I am self pay and paid at the time of the visit. I called them upon the first notice, and they quickly apologized and said they found my payment and would clear the account. However a month later they are still sending me notices that I am past due. Who has time for this?

Leah is awesome!! Very sweet takes her time with you doesn't rush you. She answered all of my questions! She really knows her stuff and makes sure you feel comfortable. The entire staff was VERY friendly very little wait time! I highly recommend this practice!

Please be advised there is no actual dermatologist at this office. There is an ENT, a family practitioner, and a physician assistant. A PA has no formal training in dermatology. Be careful and make sure you only choose a board-certified dermatologist for your skincare needs. This is extremely deceptive marketing on behalf of the owners.

Worst physician appointment I have ever gone to. This is my Mom's long time dermatologist but this was the 1st time that I took her for an appointment, so I cant say if it is standard treatment. If you dont mind waiting over an hour and a half for an appointment that you arrived 10 minutes early for, this is your guy. When other patients who arrived after us were taken in I asked the receptionist why, her response, Oh, their appointment was before yours. If so, they, by all logic, arrived late for their appointment and should have been pushed to the back of the line, not me and my mom. I wont be going back. I expect my time to be respected the same as I respect others.

Seen Dr. Nadig for enter ear issues that has been bothering me for the past year! He fix me right up with no problems. He and the staff were very friendly and good spirited. They also cater well to kids. I saw happy little patients with happy attitudes and cartoons on the t.v. which was great because my kids where with me as well. Highly recommended this Dr. for ear issues.

After waiting over a month for them to even see me, I waited for 2 hours in the office and spent $60 on a 'PA-C' who spent less than 10 minutes in the room with me, wouldn't answer my questions, injected me with medication that he wouldn't tell me the name or side effects of and sent me out the door with what turned out to be a bogus diagnosis. The best part? He wouldn't even explain the diagnosis that he had made, he just wrote the latin name down on a scrap of paper and told me to 'look it up'...he would not discuss the symptoms or treatment of a condition that he was hastily claiming I had. Extremely unprofessional! The intake nurse was great and helpful but I'm shocked at the negligence and apathy shown by the physician himself.

We are having major problems here at this practice that we are still trying to resolve after almost 3 weeks. First, the office made us pay a co-pay that we should not have had to as we had already reached our in-network insurance limits. They also failed to account for this copay on their insurance claim. My insurance company said that this is because they most likely neglected to even review our coverage as they should have. Second, we arrived early for our appointment and were made to wait for over 2 hours while patients that arrived after us were seen first. Third 'Dr. Gray' would not even give my wife the time to explain her symptoms nor did he look at her chart prior to making his faulty diagnosis which he would not even explain. He scribbled a latin name on a piece of paper and told her to look it up on the Internet!!! Then he injected her with medication that he refused to tell her the name of and rushed her out of the office. We only were able to find out what it was after multiple calls to the office. It turned out to be something that had contradictions with another medication that she was on. If Dr. Gray would have looked at her chart we are curious if he would have made the same decisions? After a few call of protest to the office we received a personal call from the doctor reiterating his faulty diagnosis and scrambling for excuses to justify his negligence. Another problem that was evident at this practice is that of discrimination. My wife and I are both heavily tattooed and we believe beyond a shadow of doubt that discrimination based on our appearance is what caused them to profile us and treat us like second class citizens. I have tried to discuss our problems with their office management only to be rushed off of the phone with promises of call backs that were never made. I also saw a live cockroach in their lobby. True story. If you want sincere medical care I highly suggest that you seek out a real doctor and not an 'Internet' practice like Clarkesville Dermatology and Dr. Peter B. Gray.
