I cant say enough how impressed I am with Dr. Meadows and his staff. The moment you walk through the door you are greeted with smiling faces. The care and concern about my health first and results second were phenomenal. Dr. Meadows has such an awesome bedside manner and I never felt uncomfortable. In Fact, Dr. Meadows prayed for me before my procedure and that earned a lot of respect from me. Nikki, Dr. Meadows nurse is fabulous! She is living out her calling in taking care of patients. Im so glad she was chosen to take care of me. I would recommend MSA to anyone who wants a caring physician, staff and results.

At the beginning my experience was very nice..we had cash in hand to pay in full and decided that we did want to do the surgery however at my pre op between 2 nurses and a dr no one could find a vein to draw blood the dr didnt even wear gloves while trying to take my blood after about an hour of poking and no luck we decided to wait and I go to the hospital in my town I waited until 220 of the next day doe a phone call telling me when I could go no one ever called mind you we just handed these people 6700 dollars in cash. So I called up there when I was put on the phone I was basically left to feel like they didnt even want to do the surgery. They did refund all our money which is great but I was left feeling very unwanted of my business and for sure encouraged to go somewhere else. I would recommend people to them because I do believe they would do a good job I just know I will never go back there

After loosing 80+ pounds, no amount of exercise will get rid of loose skin. After my procedures to rid excess skin, tummy tuck, breast augmentation and some other things, I am a total different person.Both men and women, young and old, look at me with admiration. It is uplifting and inspiring. This plus working with all the beautiful and highly skilled people at Meadows Surgical Arts, makes me want to be the very best I can be. I am very blessed. I initially came to Meadows Surgical Arts for abdominal lipo, but Dr. Meadows was honest and told me that it would not produce the results I wanted. He explained that a tummy tuck would be a better option and i would be much happier with the results, so that is what i opted to do. I had a friend (which is why I came to Dr. Meadows) that had her tummy tuck in January and she had amazing results! My abdominal area was my only source of insecurity, so eliminating that made my self-confidence SOAR! I love that I FINALLY, after all of these years of working out, have a flat stomach! I could NOT be happier with my results! I would definitely refer all of my family and friends! My sister has already had her consultation for lipo and is planning to book it soon! Dr. Meadows cares about his patients happiness and that shows! You will not be disappointed if you choose him and his team!

One of the absolute best Doctors I have ever dealt with! He is easy to talk to and is direct without coming across clinical or uncaring. I did not feel like just another patient to get in and get out. He made me feel very comfortable and made sure that I was in full understanding with everything. Everything asked or needed was done with a speed that I have not ever seen with any practice. Appointments, phone calls, paperwork, and emails where always so prompt (even receiving an email response from the doctor on a sunday when I was expecting the email not to be seen until Monday at the earliest). The staff is an amazing group of beautiful, compassionate, and kind people that made me feel so comfortable and cared for. A far far far difference from my last doctor. I absolutely love (as much as anyone can love going to the doctor lol) this place!

Im not one to post about bad things but I felt like I needed to. I went to meadows for a lift and breast augmentation. Dont get me wrong the staff there are amazing. They are all sweet funny and make you feel extremely comfortable. With that being said my surgery had awful results. I had multiple problems with them was very unhappy with them from the moment I got them. I shopped around after that seeing if anyone else could fix them. My scar was 2 inches wide, and the cut around my nipple very jagged. So after I searched around I ending up going to a plastic surgeon in Gainesville. I told them what my problem was and without them even asking they knew exactly where I had previously gotten them done at. I just got them fixed an the doctor said that meadows didnt even have my implants in the right spot he was fixing my lift and my implants shot into my arm pit. I had a lot of pain in my implants since I gotten them an now they are perfect. If you want a lift please do further research.. Ive had a couple of friends that had gotten their implants done at meadows an they had good results with just the implants. Now the lift Ive heard a lot of bad things about having the lift done there. It sucks having to pay for the same surgery twice when you were expecting them to be good the first time.- Courtney

I came to Meadows surgical arts after researching Dr's in this location and found Dr. Meadows and his team to be a perfect match for the cosmetic work I wanted done. After consulting with his team and he, himself I knew there was no one else I would want doing work on me. I chose Dr. Meadows and his office to do my cosmetic surgery for a few reasons. His reputation and outcomes with other patients I know personally that had great results. The fact that I had seen his office staff before for weight loss with expected results. The professionalism and way his staff treat you and welcome you from the reception area to his nurses, to Dr. Meadows himself they never make you feel uncomfortable and are able to answer any and all questions. My results so far have been to this point far greater than I ever imagined. after losing over 100lbs I was left with saggy skin on my abdomen and a case of gynecomastia. I came to Dr. Meadows to have procedures done to correct these trouble areas. And every time I look in the mirror i'm overcome with emotion and amazement at how good I look and how great Dr. Meadows work is.I cannot express enough how happy I am with my results, and would like to give a special shout out to Nikki, Danielle, and Dr. Meadows himself for always being courteous, caring, professional, and able to answer all questions I had, and making me feel more than just another patient.I would highly recommend Meadows Surgical Arts, and Dr. Meadows and his team to anyone looking to have anything done that Meadows specialize in. Had a hard time with scheduling. They tried to reschedule me several times due to wanting to leave early or the front office girl not allowing enough time for another appointment so I was the lucky one to get cancelled. I do feel like in customer service an exception could have been made. There was another employee who could have managed the procedure however she wasn't scheduled to work at the time I was coming so I was cancelled. I was also scheduled an appointment on a day they were closed. I believe it was all just holiday craziness however I was the one who suffered. There was a sickness which I understand. I was charged a 7% tax rate which was then they rounded UP to the nearest dollar on Advocare! I have never been charged tax on Spark however Nicole & Tabitha were pretty nice. My overall experience was a disaster but they did give me a refund and try to make it right. I think my experience was not typical of this company however I would double check appointments and receipts.

I highly recommend Meadows Surgical Arts! I have been there twice now for Botox in my forehead and Juvederm injections in my lips. Their entire staff is all so friendly and professional. They have the most amazing numbing cream, I literally couldnt feel a thing. Katherine and Desiree are amazing and so knowledgeable, the results were better than I could imagine! My lips look perfectly plump but not overdone, and the lines on my forehead are gone! They offer a such a wide variety of services, I cant wait to go back and try something new next time!

Dr. Meadows and The staff was very friendly.... however Some things were handled unprofessionally and the results from my tummy tuck and extra lipo (which I paid extra money for) were horrible. He did not follow up with me about my result after the surgery. In which my scarring was horrible. I never received the extra lipo I paid for in advance which was supposed to take place during the surgery. Now Im stuck having to come out of pocket again and find another doctor whom I can trust to perform the necessary lipo procedure to give me the results I want!
