During my consultation Dr Austin took his time explaining his approach and was attentive to my concerns. He made me feel comfortable and at ease about my procedure. This man and his staff are absolutely amazing. From the very first phone call I had with Breanna setting up my consultation to my tummy tuck he did on 30th of January everything went fantastic. He is wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything went. He has put together a team that is just the best of the best. His office manager, Nurses, and even the team he works with at the surgery center went above and beyond every expectation I had.

I have had 2 visits at Southeastern Aesthetics so far and I cant say enough great things about this entire practice! From the moment I walk into the office, I am greeted with smiling, friendly faces who are extremely welcoming. The atmosphere of the office is inviting and serene. On both visits, I had injections with Melissa and on one visit, I received a facial from Tricia. Both women are great at what they do! Melissa was very thorough in explaining any procedures she was doing. She carefully listened to any concerns I had and she made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. In fact, the entire staff was very attentive through both visits. I highly recommend!!!!

I got a breast lift with implants and was obviously pretty nervous. Dr Austin and everyone in his office, like from the front desk, nurses, etc., were all super helpful and friendly. My surgery date had to be moved due to work reasons and they were extremely accommodating. After the surgery I had called a few times with questions about healing and they were very reassuring about the healing process and had a follow up scheduled to check the healing out not even a week after the surgery. I couldnt be happier with the results. Only downside Ive experienced is waiting a good while to be taken back into the actual office for my appointments, so just make sure you have extra time set aside when coming in. Overall, Id definitely recommend this practice and will happily come back in the future.

I had a breast augmentation with lift Jan. of 2013. The staff was kind and Dr. Austin, although a little arrogant, seemed well informed and trustworthy. After my surgery, I immediately noticed my entire right side of my body, from hip to clavicle was extremely bruised. It was so horrifying my husband at the time even commented at a post op visit, Did someone beat her with a bat?! Then came the excuses and confidence that it was my bodys natural reaction and everything would be ok. Except, it hasnt been. When I initially noticed that my right breast wasnt healing correctly and finally got Dr. Austin to agree, I was then notified to have it corrected would cost me an additional almost 2 grand (after paying close to 9 for the original surgery). I was infuriated. I would HIGHLY suggest looking into other surgeons around the area.

Don't trust this man with your health, personal appearance, or money. Many people have been fortunate to have pleasing aesthetic results; however, if you are one of his patients who does not, he will write you off. He never took post op photos until I insisted at 7months post op. He was arrogant enough to look at me and say everything is fine when 4 other local surgeons I consulted with my concerns could readily note the problems with my outcome, one noticed even when I was fully clothed. I spent a year and a half in physical and emotional pain getting blown off by this man before he eventually acknowledged that 'maybe' I could benefit from a revision. His plan for revision went totally against the aesthetic goals I had in mind. He is pompous, sloppy, careless, and self serving. Be very careful if you are considering placing your trust in his practice. I am not the only patient who has had such an experience.

Untrustworthy and Unresponsive. I had to call and email several times asking for information about my surgery and NEVER recieved an answer. Consultation for gynecomastia is free almost everywhere. I was told by receptionist that he does this surgery, gland removal and liposuction EVERY week and after my visit, they did not have ONE SINGLE before and after surgery picture. I call them theft for charging me $50 for consultation for less than 5 minutes of his time and zero response to any of my questions. Be careful with these reviews. Definitely don't trust this guy.

I had a small surgical procedure completed by Dr. Austin and upon leaving the procedure I was standing at the check out window to make my follow up appointment and suddenly experienced a medical emergency. Dr. Austin and the whole staff were so well prepared as if Dr. Austin routinely practices emergency protocols and assigns each staff member emergency responsibilities. There was no hesitation or second guessing, it was all action. I was so impressed. For your next surgical procedure, choose a doctor that is prepared for all possibilities; I can assure you that Dr. Austin and his staff meet this important necessity. As my surgical site goes, it looks amazing -no suture scar, beautiful work.

I just had the most amazing facial ever! It was the OxyGeneo facial. I do not have the greatest skin, have breakouts, and pigment issues. I have had 3 treatments and the results are incredible. I have less redness, pigment is way better, less breakouts, and my pores are dramatically smaller. I went from using full coverage foundation with concealer to using the Revision skincare intellishade. Its simply a tinted moisturizer with sunscreen and its all of the coverage I need now. It matches every skin tone and gives an instant glow. My skin is dramatically improved and I LOVE my results! My CoolSculpting results are also wonderful! I feel confident in a bikini again! Dr. Austin and his staff are always GREAT. They welcome you with smiling faces and go above and beyond to make the best experience possible. I could not ask for a better surgical or MedSpa experience!

Dr. Austin is the only one I trust with my botox. He is truly an artist. He takes his time while he is injecting you and adjusts where and how much is placed based on what you need. I have been other places in the area and have not been pleased with my results. Dr. Austin is funny and will tell you exactly what you need and what you DON'T need. I like that. I wouldn't go anywhere else and you shouldn't either!

I had been seeing another prominent plastic surgeon in Evans in an effort to get the most out of my surgical reconstruction after cancer. While I felt like I had a very realistic expectation about the limits of my final outcome, my former plastic surgeon hit a point where he wasnt willing to work with me any further and became quite insensitive when it came to any concerns or questions I had about improving the work he had done. Dr. Austin came highly recommended to me by a friend and Im so glad I made that appointment. I truly felt like I could have just as easily accepted the limit the other doctor was putting on me and been unsatisfied with an outcome that I would have to live the rest of my life with. Instead, all has been completely turned around for the better by Dr. Austin. Having had cancer, I have had my share of experience with doctors and few have taken the time to sit and listen and address all of my concerns in the way that Dr. Austin has. I can say it is of great comfort going into surgery with him, knowing that he will address everything that I have mentioned to him and even the things I have not, that he has taken the time to explain to me. I have had multiple surgeries with him and I would reccomend him to anyone. The pre and post operative instructions he gives patients are also exceptional, and so much more well thought out than the other plastic surgeons that I had experience with. They definitely made all the difference in speeding up each of my recoveries in the healthiest way possible. I am truly grateful to have found Dr. Austin through out this process and for the work he has done for me.

I went to get info on a mommy makeover. When I called to make the appointment, I was told I needed to wait over a month for the next available slot since the dr. likes to have an hour with new patients. I waited excitedly for my appointment. I am not in a hurry to have anything done but after two kids, I was interested to learn about my options. I arrived there this morning early (15 minutes like my confirmation emails stated) and I waited and waited. Then I finally got called to the back and I waited some more. Then I waited and waited again. The staff came in a few times to tell me he was running behind. After an hour and a half, I could wait no longer. I had my 8 month old with me who was tired of being in a stroller and I needed to get my other daughter from the babysitter (which I ONLY booked to come to this appointment) to take her to her own dr.'s appointment. I never got to see the dr., so over a month of excited waited turned into utter disappointment. I get that drs run behind, but 1.5 hours seems unacceptable when I was told I had an hour slot given to me and this isn't a regular dr.'s office where they cram as many patients in as possible. I gave it three stars though because the staff was nice and they refunded me the consultation fee I had to pay. I would have made it 4 if they offered to pay for the babysitter. This is the only dr visit I have ever contemplated sending them a bill to accommodate for my wasted time. I think I will consult surgeons in Atlanta or Charlotte next and try my luck at bigger scale offices. I wanted to see what a local one had to offer first and I was not impressed.

The front staff was amazing at putting me at ease over some healing issues that I am having after a cosmetic surgery procedure that I had performed in Florida. After meeting with Dr. Austin, I feel even more relaxed and better prepared to tackle my healing issues. He didn't have to see me, but not only did he see me, he took the extra time needed to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. Dr Troy Austin and staff were very nice and helpful. The issue I have is my wife came in for a tummy tuck and the finished results look horrible months later. My wife looks pregnant, and has a flap of extra skin he did not cut off & half did liposuction. 8000$ down the drain! Worst experience ever to be cheated out of that much money expecially when we've talked to numerous other doctors & showed them before & after pics & they can point out everything MR. AUSTIN did wrong or did not do at all. Would not recommend at all
