Dr. Rosenthal and his staff make difficult situations so much easier to cope with. I have had previous hand surgeries many years ago. As a college piano teacher for almost 50 years, those were very difficult and the medical people I dealt with didn't seem to care what I did for a living. One doctor told me to 'quit piano.' I told him to 'quit doing surgery.' Anyway, Dr. Rosenthal has done two surgeries on my right hand and treated other hand issues with injections and patience. Both hands have terrible arthritis. He makes that not so terrible to deal with. I am a big advocate of Plastic Surgery of Gwinnett. If anyone has questions from a patient's point of view, I would be glad to talk to them.

Once you find a doctor and staff of this caliber you feel very confident that anything you need/want can be handled by them. I have had 2 surgeries and 1 procedure performed by Dr. Rosenthal. I could not be happier with the results from all 3. Dr. Rosenthal explains the pre-op, the surgery and post-op. You know exactly what to expect and the office staff handles everything with the insurance company and hospital. I know they are only a phone call way and always very helpful, friendly and professional.

Horrible customer service, there is a new lady they hire because kelly(the expert)Quit. this new hire that does laser removal, doesnt seem to know what shes doing. All 3 session with her was unsuccessful, which the so called mgr did nothing about the situation. They all gave the clients 1 free treatments due to the fact that Kelly left and they had to hire someone else I suppose. They decided to use that free treatment for solving my issues. It was Absurd!My complaint for the new hire is that she doesnt clean the area off at all, normally they used witch hazel to clean the area before the begin the treatment. She is always sitting down when doing the treatment and most of the time the table Im laying on is higher so shes not able to see certain areas. She doesnt put cooling gel on the area before doing the treatment to protect the epidermis or reduce the severance of your pain level. She also didnt use hydrocortisone during my treatment to reduce any redness or irritation after the treatment(maybe she ran out for the pass 3 months). She also forgets what treatments the client pays for, thats if you order more than 1 treatment or a special treatment that requires more than 1 area. Oh and by the way, if only half of your hair is gone... she will let you know the it actually called LASER REDUCTION TREATMENT not removal treatment, so thats why most of my hair is still there. But some how its still LASER REMOVAL ON GROUPON!!! Be careful doing business at the facility because they dont care if you have a complaint. I would not recommend any friends/family doing any laser treatment here.
