This was not my husband first time of seeing Dr Roybal or his Pa (Melissa) in 2015 my husband had back surgery. He had been in pain for some years. After meeting with this team he was confident they could help him feel better. As they moved fast to get him back up and enjoying his life again. Thank you! He began to have pain in another disc in his back recently again Dr Royal and Pa (Melissa) is who he went to see. They moved fast to have him get a shot for this disc a week later. My husband has recommended this Dr so many times, Thank you for caring and getting it done in a timely manner.

The most rude front desk employee Judy have no respect or manera to deal with patients. Ive been in that office few times and she always have a bad attorney but today was absolutely over. She grave me wrong information about co pay since first day and its no a problem for me to pay but when I tell her Judy you gave me the wrong information she was way more rude and had an very unprofessional attitude. So sad for this company hire employees with that nasty attitudes. She need to learn about compassion, respect and manners. Im never want to come back to this place and I will never recommend Chatham Orthopedic at Rincon GA.

Do not use Chatham Orthopedics! Overall, they do not care about your health or pain. Giving one star only because some of the staff were friendly at initial visit. Past that, I have not received one single return call from their offices. My original injection appt was postponed and I was never contacted. Did not find out it was cancelled until I drove from Effingham to Memorial for my appt. Once I finally got it rescheduled for the following Friday, I left several voicemails advising I did not have enough pain medication to make it to new appt date. I have called several different numbers, several times, left voicemails, and have screenshots where I have stayed on hold from 58 mins to 1hr 21 mins, and still never able to actually talk to a person. I have called multiple tiles as instructed to set my next appt. 2 weeks later, still no return call. Strongly suggest anyone suffering to find a better option.
