A year ago, I had lipo umder my chin. I couldn't be any happier with the results! Dr. Kavali and staff are very friendly and made me feel at ease! I would definitely recommend Kavali Plastic Surgery to anyone and am planning on returning!

Absolutely love going in to see Dr.K, Rachel, and Stephanie. I get regular Botox injections, fillers, and microneedling done here and absolutely love the whole staff and experience, in general. Ive been a patient for 7 years and have always had excellent service and stellar results. Dr. K and her team are skilled and so caring. I look forward to every appointment! Couldnt imagine going anywhere else.

recently went to Dr. Kavali for Botox and Juvederm. I asked for a high brow lift which was done 4 months prior with 24 units. I bought and used 30 units for the brow lift and there is literally no difference like the previous review I also I truly believe their Botox is filled with mostly water. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted after going here. I cannot believe she is still in business. I plan on complaining to the plastic surgery board, medical review board and the BBB after what she did to my face. I went for lip injections and bought one syringe which they were running as such a great deal for $375 because it was done by Dr. Kavali herself- a BOARD CERTIFIED plastic surgeon. That was my first mistake is thinking from the point of getting a deal. I also should have read the reviews of her previously botched procedures, rude, unprofessional mannerism and complete lack of skill. I told her I did not want to look like a duck and she seemed very knowledgeable, was I wrong. She botched my lips and I know have a permanent fat lip. If she was such a great plastic surgeon she wouldn't need to run a 'special'- and this was way before the pandemic when the special began. My lower lip protrudes out and the top is uneven. Dr. Kavali is disgraceful and is a butcher not a plastic surgeon. When I sent pictures- she scheduled me to come in and fix. I was assured by a front desk employee that she would fix. After they took the pictures Dr. Kavali came in and was so rude. She wasn't concerned at all and was very argumentative. I told her what I said I didn't want and that any skilled injector would know that if you injected right in the middle of the lip- that creates more volume hence the fat lip duck lip uneven protrusion. She honestly injected me not listening to my request because she had no idea how to do this correctly and just pieced my lips with the needle injecting in places blindly hoping they would turn out just ok. When I showed her my protrusion she asked if I had an underbite and said to make my chin look normal- made me open my mouth and close it just to have my lower lip again protrude out. She offered to dissolve it but REFUSED to redo her botched work. I was appalled and confused at what kind of business she runs that she would just blindly dissolve a patients lip filler- acting like she didn't know where she went wrong well how would she know how to fix? Dissolving filler is very tricky. So after she refused to fix her botched work I told her so I just wasted $700? She stared at me with evil eyes and didn't say anything I said so are you going to refund this botched work so I can go get it fixed somewhere else and she was APPALLED I would ask this. I asked how she would feel if I posted my before and after pictures? She exclaimed Don't you dare threaten me- I said Im not threatening you- She got up threw her mask down and marched screaming out of the room to the front desk, leaving me in the patients chair- 'she's threatening me' I came out confused and explained I wasn't threatening her- she refused to fix her botched work and she carried on yelling in front of other customers.She called me disgusting and yelled at me on my way out of the office. I am so shaken up and traumatized from this woman. She botched me- ripped me off- then yelled at me.Please, spend a little more, with a respected Dr. and don't go to this self absorbed, malicious butcher.

Y'all! I love the ladies at this practice! Everyone was so friendly, patient, and welcoming at my office visit on Friday. A few shout outs:(1) Rachel (their new PA) does some straight up artwork with fillers and botox. She's also super sweet, gentle, and takes the time to answer all of your questions. I was terrified (it was my first time) but she took great care of me and I'm over the moon about my results. (2) Tina and Mallorie REALLY know skincare. They're also both happy to answer all of your questions and take the time to tailor recommendations to you! Side note: after some extensive research I can say the products they sell (while pricey) are the real deal.(3) Sunny and all the front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Sunny in particular went above and beyond making sure I was informed and was able to take advantage of specials and rebate programs so I could get the most bang for my buck. You gals are an amazing team, keep rocking it! Thanks for the 'glow up!'

Unfortunately, I've had one of the worst facials today with Tina! The facial included no steam for pore opening, no real extractions, and no facial massage. The whole process lasted for 20 minutes and my skin looks not any different than it looked before the facial. I left the facial room with black heads around my nose and cheeks and the feeling that the whole procedure was done in a hurry and in a non professional manner. Tina was half an hour late for our appointment, acted unconcerned about the client and was not particularly helpful with answers to my questions or suggestions about skin improvement. She BRIEFLY answered to the few questions I had. This is a fairly expensive facial ($100.00), and for that price one would expect a better service and results. If you decide to spend $100 on your next facial take your business someplace else or book an appointment with a different cosmetician. This review pertains only to the facial treatments offered at this location and not the Botox treatments which were not bad so far.

I had breast reduction surgery last year. In the planning stages, I met with a few plastic surgeons in the Atlanta area, in order to decide who would be the most suitable one for me. Right from the start, I was impressed by everyone I spoke with in Dr. Kavalis office. Her staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Her PAs (Maggie and Alicia) are 1st class experts and a real pleasure to talk to. Dr. Kavali is incredibly knowledgeable and happens to be one of the most valued plastic surgeons in the States (I did a lot of research too) However, what really put me at ease was her incredibly friendly disposition and her genuine concern about my well-being. I could tell that she really cared and was completely upfront and honest about the procedure and the expected results. I had no doubts she was the right doctor for my breast reduction. Dr. Kavali was not a preferred provider in my health insurance plan, but I decided it was worth taking out a loan and going with the surgeon I truly felt comfortable with. I am extremely happy with the results and my only regret is I didnt do it years ago! I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Kavali! I will be forever grateful to her for helping me get to a point in my life where I can look in the mirror and say, I really love my breasts!!

My wife is in her mid 50s and wants to feel younger so she decided to get a breast lift. So a few months back my wife and I went to Kavalis office to get a consultation. That took an act of congress in it's self as this was by far the most unorganized place we have encountered in a while. Once we got there we viewed samples of their work and the one thing we noticed about Kavalis was all her breast augmentations and lifts looked botched. Lopsided, deep scaring, also what appeared to be unnecessary cuts and scars. We looked at some of her other work and noticed similar results. Its like Kavali is mutilating these people. I cant figure out how she is still in business because Im surprised she hasnt been sued back to the stone ages. After we were speaking to a girl there named Zaphea Zaidi. She made a comment about Kavali doing work on her so curiously my wife asked Zaphea Zaidi what she has had done thinking Zaphea Zaidi was going to say liposuction, cellulite removal, tummy tuck, thigh lift, neck lift etc because she is a bigger girl and shockingly she says breast implants and eyelid contouring. This kind of explains why Zaphea Zaidi had that Joan Rivers freak show look on her face the whole time. She also had to keep going back and forth to the girl at the front desk to even coordinate a surgery date when we had thought Zaphea Zaidi was the scheduling coordinator. It was good she had to keep leaving because during that time my wife took me to the side and said if Kavali is willing to recommend the wrong surgeries to an employee, she probably does the same to all her patients just chasing the all mighty $$$ and not giving a care what they look like post-op. After that encounter with the patient coordinator, we promptly left.This review is a Warning to all that are thinking about going to Kavali for ANY surgery.
