10 out of 10 would recommend! I just had my breast augmentation done 3 weeks ago & it doesnt even feel like I had surgery done. I was comfortable from around day 3, which I didnt think was possible. I thought Id be in pain for weeks. I was able to go & do my errands the next day, he gave me good pain pills for the 1st few days of getting used to. He made the stitches almost seamless & even provided me with the best scar gel, which works wonders! Hes an amazing plastic surgeon & his staff are so sweet as well! I recently went to see Dr Healy and had the best outcome I could have expected. I went in to see what options he would give for a scar removal on my nose. To my surprise unlike all the doctors who said I would need rhinoplasty Dr Healy gave me the opportunity to have a minor scar removal procedure. I took his advice and had the procedure done one week later in less than one hour. He made me feel very safe and not nervous at all.i would recommend Dr Healy to anyone who is looking for an excellent cosmetic surgeon. I feel he is the best cosmetic surgeon on the island.

He did an awesome with my breast augmentation. It's exactly the size I wanted. He also fixed my misshaped eye. My right side was droopy. Im very happy with his work. He took his time & didn't rush at all. I definitely felt he was a perfectionist & he was very concentrated. I did not feel he was all about the money & rushing to get the procedure over with. Dr. Healy and staff are absolutely amazing. I went in for my breast augmentation revision consultation earlier this year. I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped into the office. Dr. Healy took the time to listen to my history and concerns. He answered all my questions with great detail and transparency. What I liked most about my experience during the consultation was that he explained every step that will take place from the moment I come in for my surgery to the follow-up appointment and thereafter. He took pictures and used them to show me what he would do to help create the look I was going for (i.e cut new pockets to close the gap between by breasts, insert larger implants so it would look proportional to my body etc). I have had my primary BA done over 11 years ago with a surgeon who is no longer around. Within a few months I formed capsular contracture on the left breast. I didn't immediately go in for revision until about 5 years later and my biggest mistake was going back to the same surgeon. I didn't do my research and ended up paying the price again. My old surgeon replaced the implants but did not remove the capsule so naturally I formed capsular contracture again on my left breast in a matter of one month or two. Not to mention I elected to have the implants inserted through the areola (which at the time was the best option) and it left me with undesirable scars. Fast forward to five/six more years later, my left breast hard as a rock and distracting nasty scars, I decided I needed to find a great surgeon who would finally be able to give me what I wanted and needed. I went to 8 consultations with different surgeons, all top rated on real-self. But I chose Dr. Healy because he didn't rush my consultation at all. His demeanor was calm and he had a great non-overly confident attitude. He took measurements which is a big deal for me cause it shows he aims for accuracy and perfection. He gave several options for implant type, size and shape. He even gave me options on the incision (transaxillary, periareolar, or inframammary) he was going to use. He had a plan for how to treat the capsular contracture (which included singular and light-duty activities for two months after surgery) and he even offered to remove the old scar tissue on my areola and suture accordingly to minimize scarring. Another great thing to note is that he encouraged you to search for pictures of what your 'ideal' look would be so that he had images to work off of during surgery (because words and explanation can only do so much, visualization is important). Also his patient coordinator, Jackie, is awesome. She made herself available 24/7 to answer any questions that I had. And she was always prompt and respectful. She really does advocate for the patient and that to me speaks volumes. And rather than just having one follow-up appointment, there are several (one day post-op, one week post-op, six weeks and so on). It shows that Dr. Healy and staff are there for the patient, not just for the money. I had my surgery done about six weeks ago and my breasts look amazing. He removed all the capsule from my left breast and replaced both implants with the new 'gummy-bear' silicone implants. They are so soft and no signs of capsular contracture so far. My scars are very minimal and I'm healing quite nicely. The gap between my breasts has lessened and my breasts now look like it belongs on my body. And I had little to no pain whatsoever, maybe it's cause I have a high pain tolerance, but even with the removal of my capsule (which can cause a lot of trauma and pain) I recovered well with no pain. I am still in the healing process but it looks very promising. I'm excited and I can't wait to see what else Dr. Healy can do. =)

Its been about 6 months since my last laser hair removal treatment and I have to say I am beyond please with the outcome!! I save so much time and money not having to shave, buy razors, and shaving cream. The staff is always so enthusiastic, kind, and caring. At first the process kind of hurts (burning, stinging effect) but with proper numbing techniques you wont feel a thing. And believe me it does get better after each session. Totally worth it!

My experience was nothing short of awesome. Dr. Healy and his team made me feel very comfortable from the start. I went in for a consultation and knew then that they were the right fit for me. I didn't even feel the need to have a consultation anywhere else. I have never had any surgery or even a tattoo before, so you can imagine the nerves i had. I did a lot of research each day before my date to make sure the size was what i wanted. I could decide between two sizes so i put my trust in Dr Healy and the outcome was fabulous. The procedure was very smooth. I showed up, was taken to the first room and the procedure room to follow and was out in a flash. I made sure to follow the recovery guidelines given for best results. It was a very kind of experience i could've imagined and the feeling and look of them right after is far from where they will be so keep that in mind. Be sure to ask questions if you are concerned at all. I feel i may have asked a lot but it was comforting to know the answers instead of wondering. Each check up after the procedure was quick and to the point. The scar gel is also working great so far and i am excited for them to start to fade more. Overall very happy with my decision and i can't thank Dr Healy, Jackie, the front desk girls and the team enough for making me feel a little more calm during and throughout the process. Thank you!!!

I recently had the pleasure of having Botox and Filler (Restylane Lyft for cheeks and Refyne for lips) done by Matt at Healy Plastic Surgery. Matt was amazing! He was incredibly professional and informative. Though I have had these procedures done before, never before was it so simple and pain free. I had planned to never do my lips again because it was so painful in the past. Jackie (office manager) assured me that Matt had a way to do it that was not painful, and she was right! In addition to using numbing cream, he used a local anesthetic on my lips, which made the procedure completely pain free - something I previously thought was impossible. Matt is also a registered nurse, and it shows. He has the best 'bed-side' manner and talks you through everything he is doing. Although I am moving soon, I will plan to visit Hawaii when it is time for a refresh on Botox and filler - he's that good. I am incredibly happy with the results - natural, but a younger-looking version of me. Go see Matt at Healy Plastic Surgery. The entire staff is amazing. You won't be sorry.

My friend had gone to him for the same procedure I wanted to do, a blepharoplasty for both eyes. She looked amazing with no visible scaring giving me the encouragement to make a consultation appt. My go to plastic surgeon. I have been going to Dr. Jeff T. Healy since Aug 2007. I had my BA, blepharoplasty, botox treatment and most recently (a month ago) TT, Lipoplasty and fat grafting. One important thing he did for me in 2009 that I would NEVER forget was when he removed the Fibroadenoma on my left breast. He didn't have to, I could have gone to my military MD, but he offered without any cost to me. I could remember vividly listening to STYX while he was doing the procedure. The lump was goneI trust and feel safe with Dr. Healy. When I started having Botox treatment in 2012-2014, I found how very SKILLED he was because with the nurses (except Stacy), I would have bruises after my treatment. This past 2 years, I have gone twice to a Dermatologist for Botox treatment due to convenience (clinic was where I work). I was disappointed twice. He wasn't as skilled, I had bruising after each treatment even with all the ice I applied pre and post treatment.When I recommend Dr. Healy to people, I also tell them that he does Medical mission and a surgeon like him, we HAVE to support as he GIVES back to the community. Lastly, Dr. Jeff T. Healy, Jackie, as well as the staff are beautiful people.

Through online research I narrowed down a list of potential doctors and was disappointed (but not completely surprised) to find out that most of them could not schedule me for a consultation for at least 2 months and many of them also charged a consultation fee.When I called Dr. Healy's office they were very friendly and welcoming right away. Of course I had to wait a few weeks for a consultation appointment (not long at all), but they made a note that I was interested in coming in sooner and would call if anything opened up. I was probably one of 'those patients,' who called back each week prior to my appointment to see if there was anything available. Each time I called they were very understanding and warm and let me know that I could call anytime. Well, I got lucky and an appointment opened up sooner than I expected! This was great because I was on a time constraint if I decided on surgery due to my work schedule.I had a great consultation experience! I had gone to one other consultation prior to seeing Dr. Healy and I noticed that I didn't meet very long with that doctor, instead I sat and spoke with the nurse/assistant for a while before briefly meeting the doctor. Well, this wasn't the case at all with Dr. Healy. He took the time to sit down with me and get to know more about my health history and what I was interested in accomplishing with my procedure. He then met with me in the exam room and thoroughly explained the procedure as well as pros and cons of certain decisions I would possibly need to make. It was a great experience because I could tell he genuinely wanted me to make the best informed decision for myself and my body. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Jackie that day who helped me answer any additional questions I had. I put my complete trust in Jackie and Dr. Healy and am so glad that I did. They really listen to what you want while also providing their professional opinion and support.Immediately following surgery I experienced a tolerable amount of pain and managed to stay away from any heavy medications and just took Tylenol. Recovery has been slow for me since I have two little ones to care for, but other than that I feel I've been healing well. Now I am six weeks post op and am extremely happy with my results and the whole experience. Dr. Healy and his staff are there for you every step of the way. They are available to answer any questions or concerns you have day or night. I sent an email a couple of weeks after my surgery because I was concerned about some of the healing. Even though Jackie was off-island at a conference, she responded promptly and addressed my concerns, putting my mind at ease.I really appreciate Dr. Healy, Jackie and the staff for accommodating me. Since I was concerned about having surgery and returning to work by a specific date they really made an effort to help schedule me for surgery as soon as I was ready. I had my consultation on a Monday and was scheduled for surgery the following Wednesday, one week later. For some this may seem like such a quick decision, but it worked out great for me and I am so glad I didn't wait any longer!The office is neat, clean, and professional. Surgeries are done in a certified operating room located there, which is amazing and convenient. Everyone takes great care of you from Dr. Healy to Jackie, to the office staff, nurses, and anesthesiologists. I can't thank all of them enough! I have lived in Hawaii for about a year now knowing that I would be getting breast augmentation while I was here, pending I find the right doctor. Dr. Healy stood out right away for me. His body of work was exceptional and I never saw anything I didn't like. I sent an email inquiry out and was immediately responded to with a email from Jackie. I was able to get my consultation made for about two weeks out from the first email I sent. My husband was deployed for my consultation and they were able to Skype call him so that he could be a part of the experience from the very start. I was extremely nervous that first day, not knowing what to expect but upon meeting Dr. Healy in person, I was immediately comforted and felt that I had made the right choice.
