The office staff are great. Dr Baird has the kind of disposition I value in a medical professional. He was attentive and caring, with clear and succinct responses to my questions. Never did I feel rushed or that I didnt matter. He is also very thorough. He noticed something questionable on my imaging, consulted an expert in Cancer radiology, and sent me for more imaging. Had he not taken those extra steps, after we had already schedule surgery, I would have had a lumpectomy, leaving the rest of my breast invaded with carcinoma in situ. Because of his attentive care, we opted for mastectomy and removed all cancer. He is a blessing to this community. Not to mention, he respected my request to not look too mangled post op.

Dr. Baird did a Horrible job with my son. He rescheduled the surgery and then he disappeared on vacation or out of town without ever giving us a back up phone contact or on call doctors name and number. My son is still suffering and its been 4 days since the operation. My son is having nausea, vomiting, weakness and now we are at the Urgent Care where they just gave my son a second IV because he is dehydrated. He cant eat, drink without vomiting, and cant keep his pain medication down because he is taking it on an empty stomach. Dr. Baird left no post op instructions and nobody from his office or Mountain View Hospital has called to check on my Son either.
