Good for a runny nose, cold, and flu... maybe a broken arm or sprained ankle, headaches, etc, but if you need critical health care or ongoing healthcare when moving back here after a long absence, you will suffer while they assess you and play God. Then they will misdiagnose you and present you with 'their plan' and ignore the years of medical records at their disposal. If you want to die prematurely, just put your life in their hands.

I was on holiday in the US, had to see the doctors at HH twice during my stay in Idaho. I was very impressed with the level of care provided. I had heard horror stories of health care in the US but I was pleasantly surprised. I thought the fees were reasonable.

Over charged me and my insurance company were the ones to tell me about it. Experience itself was not even worth the one star. Better off driving to Coeur d'Alene to get decent healthcare. Doesn't exist in Kellogg.

In order to get my tramadol for my arthritis I have to drive 30 miles one way to have a pain med doctor tell me I'm a contract, not a person and then she tells me what my pain level is. Such a waste of time and how dare someone tell me I'm a contract. If I could find a different doctor here in the Silver Valley that would understand me and my needs and not have me go to appointments for no reason I would switch. What's makes it even worse is they schedule appointments for me and sometimes I have to tell the doctor why I am there supposedly.

I went to Mountain Valley Health Care about a skin rash I had. I waited abot 15 min for the doctor to come in to see me to talk to me for 5 min. The doctor barely even looked at it. Then she gave me a couple of different prescriptions. She said that she would fax them to my pharmacy asap. 3 days later my pharmacy still hasnt heard from them. so i called to see what was going on and no one had a clue. To top off my doctor wasnt in today.

I've been going to this doctor's office for some time now and thought they had it all together there but somewhere somehow something changed, it started by calling to make a doctor's appointment to find an answering machine telling me I would be spoke to momentarily and I was caller number 6 and from that point on all services fell apart I have to see my doctor every 3 months to qualify for my Insurance to pay for my medication. Evidently the forms were not sent incorrectly or lost and when I tried to call my doctor's office the answering machine had me wait for an hour and when I did leave a message and no one ever returned my call I called over half a dozen times and never received one call back letting me know what the problem was on their end so I eventually got the insurance to explain it to me and started the calls again trying to get someone to speak to me for my doctor's office to no avail. Begin with that answer machine is unprofessional and says we don't care about you as a patient or a human being or your suffering. Even if they didn't care about their patients they expect the insurance providers and the pharmacist and everybody calling to use that same number and wait in line. I guess their time is more valuable than anybody else's on the planet. I've been without my medication 2 months now and the insurance is rejected paying all the bills because they cannot reach my doctor, cannot communicate with a person cannot get a call back. Well I'm keeping my appointment because I want to hear face-to-face why I was treated this way. It was an OK office at one time it's a joke now, find a place with a better system and that at least pretend like they care about people. Bad business and a people mill.
