Pretty poor experience. Dr Waters seems really unhappy with his job and probably his life. He has the personality of a broom stick. He added things to my medical exam that he had no business adding. I highly recommend not seeing this doctor. Good luck!!

I felt compelled to write a review because I don't think the reviews here (so far) are representative of the whole. There are many satisfied return people (I gage from friends who also get care there - and the waiting room). It's professional and friendly and I've been able to discuss my health needs and opinions with Dr. Kara Waters (and others on the team) which have been respected as we together created my health care path. The missing star is because, like all medical facilities it is a business, and I've had to say no at times to some of the recommended testing - and only go with what's truly necessary for my age and health considerations - otherwise all that testing can get expensive - even with good insurance! I found out the expensive way...

Attention to Detail Finding Elusive Creatures

I have a nerve disease and I'm bone on bone in my left knee I asked for a referral to a specialist the doctor didn't refer me just told me she wasn't going to give me pain meds and didn't bother to put my complaints of my health to receive care and they LIE absolutely incompitant i will never go there again further more i dont care about the stupid pain killers now i have a very long time ahead of me to get my knee replaced the doctor doesn't listen dont go there

Thanks to you folks at the Center. Was in a bit of a jam over a kidney stone issue recently and every one of you did what you could to get me through it.

Never seen him before he shows up at the hospital in place of my regular family doctor. Talk about my broken hip operation, then my perscriptions, then history of alcohol use. Then leaves. Bill my insurance for a seasion of mental health! Drug and alcohol abuse! Even thou I quit drinking wine 4 years earlier!..Found out mental health code charges are twice the fees of office visits! Get a follow up for my hip operation and my regular family Dr. Is out, so guess who? Another mental health code charge! Nothing said about my hip! No charges for that. The dr is a ambulance chaser! Double your money every visit!.. Now I refuse to see him, anyone but him will do, I will see the janitor before I see him again..... I would not let him examine my dog in fear of rabies diagnosis and calling the sheriffs dept......

Ive went to this clinic off and on for 5 yrs. I like all the Doctors except one. Not to bad actually. Really like the nurses alot. You can expext to wait in the waiting room for extended periods of time! Then you will wait some more in the room. Up to 45 mins i have waited. On average 40. I do not like the new Dr. West,he is an intern,impatient as heck,lacks proffesionism for not wanting to answer questions and most of all his entirely rude body language. Rolling eyes,smacking lips,and getting visibly agitated. Not good. Thus my change in rating. We are a friendly community. So he will have to accept that,work on his manners greatly!
