The receptionists were unfriendly and seemed very judgmental . They treated my disabled daughter like a drug seeker! Then they sent her away with no help for her pain.The way they handled things made us feel hopeless.

Outstanding! They are everything and more than the clinic in Kalispell, MT that I used to go to. The folks at Idaho Pain Clinic seem to be truly concerned about my overall well being, the other clinic? I'll leave it at that....

The doctor's are very knowledgeable and seem to really care about you and how they can help you. I personally love my care team. Non of them are quick to just through more pills at you like so many others. If possible they do everything they can to find and fix the cause of your pain. For chronic pain that can not be fixed like chronic painful conditions, they come up with a care plan that's best for you and take the time to monitor how well the plane is Or isn't working for you, If it's not they will get to the bottom of it, they won't quite on you untill you have satisfactory releif. I myself am thrilled with everything they have done for me. I love the 2 ladys I spend most of my time with there, I wouldn't trade them for anything they are great to me and always so friendly and happy toward me. I never dread a visit with them.

I feel there are better ways to treat pain than going to places like this. I didn't have a good experience from a steroid shot. In the long run the med does more harm than good. Do your research and find something that promotes healing not a bandaid. That said, the folks here are kind, friendly and helpful.

I mostly write positive reviews but this place is awful. You are a dollar sign to them. Pay to get ACTUAL help. These people want to do nothing for you (make you reschedule and not be seen after waiting a month and driving all the way there.) And want top dollar to do so. Can't wait to see an ACTUAL doctor and get REAL help.

The Only Place from Idaho to Spokane and Montana that actually cares. From the front desk saying 'Hi sweetheart' when you walk through the door to the VERY experienced NPs, Doctor Ispirescu and Dr Thome, physical therapy, surgery suite staff, to their state of the art equipment like the 0G weightless treadmill to the newest treatments for injuries like stem cell injections to the most recen education and research everyone is amazing. They know and are very Compassionate and understanding to not just current patients but to new patients as well.

Saw Dr. Thome 3x's for epidurals He said he'd call to set up an appointment to talk to a Surgeon, and said if I don't hear from them to give him a call back. Well 3 week's and no call so I called him but they transferred my call to triage , which of course did not answer nor do I expect to hear from them. My complaint is: IF you say to call you back and you don't take the call why the F___ do you say that???

I was treated with respect and the deepest compassion at my last visit. I was experiencing some of the worst contennial pain. The provider was so understanding and listen to what I the patient was going through. She did not so any condemnation or judgement in what I needed all of her concerns were about me and how she could help make this time tolerable awaiting for further medical attention. Which included an injection in my lower back and possible back surgery. All I can say is THANK YOU and GOD BLESS YOU

The docs are great, the receptionists are wonderful and always helpful, the P.T. Dept. Is thorough, and their office has advanced therapies that are also helpful. The front office is beautifully decorated, the bathrooms are emasculate and overall this clinic is amazing! ~Sarah R.

This Doctor is the best doctor you can ever see! Their bedside manner and the explanation of what is going on with you is very clear and easy to understand! They REALLY care about their patients and care if their patients are in pain and will do anything they can within their power to help their patients to relieve their pain! If you need a good caring doctor THIS is the place you want to be!

I feel their very professional very thorough in their care , I feel I wait to long in waiting room , one of the receptionist that sits to the far left is rude and not very friendly, she made a big deal about me being 8 mins late ,then I sat in lobby for 10 minutes, then waited for Doctor in waiting room for 25 minutes ,the whole lecture about being on time was ridiculous...not to mention snow and trains in Sandpoint?????

They always make you feel like a $$ sign. $250 for a monthly 5 minute visit just to get your meds refilled. Its frustrating to say the least.

Waited a month for an appt, got held up at work but arrived 'on time' for appointment and was told I was too late (on time) and there was 'nothing we can do', that they had 'expectations' that I arrive at least 15 minutes ahead, and they turned me away. I admit I knew and had planned on arriving earlier, but the situation at my office prevented from leaving early. I am positive that had it been their mother ( father or sibling) that they would have made some exception. Completely unapologetic or sympathetic to the pain I had endured for 4 weeks while waiting for an appointment. Poor handling of a customer service issue that could have been easily rectified had they acted with any compassion. No opinion of the actual physician because I didn't get to see him, but not a fan of his office procedures. If this is an indication of how they treat clients we will definitely will seek out an office that has the compassion and common sense to make exceptions when necessary.
