Was referred to the decatur office through the office in Clinton called in may scheduled a appointment only to be called day before mt appointment an was told i needed to reschedule due to a shortage of doctors so appointment was rescheduled for this afternoon only to be called again by the office and told i need to reschedule due to a testing machine not working..... I am on disability and do not drive i have to schedule someone to bring me to my appointments also i have galcoma that is deteriating the sight in my right eye seems very convenient that twice now on the day of my appointment this office calls to reschedule this is not much of customers care for a doctor office the 'i am sorry it cant be helped ' attitude of office staff i am very disappointed in this office and frankly i feel discriminated against
