Shady business, contacted them in regards to a breast reduction and from the start unprofessional and rude. I was going with another Doctor but received a call from whoever the girl is that works there insisted they will take care of me, (record all my calls when its a business transaction) so I went to the office to put a deposit down (refundable) and pick up lab order to take to South Suburban, did my labs and called the girl to let her know it was done she told me it takes 24hrs before they get them, called 2 days later which was a Friday and was told they did not receive the labs, so I waited 1 week before I looked at my bank account and half of my hard earned money was charged to some other company All that body RED FLAG. I called my bank and disputed both transactions, currently talking to my boss who is an attorney for 20+years the firm I work at take on a lot of cases so this situation is right up their alley. I been working in the legal field for 15 years and never encountered some shady business like this. The attorneys I work for are ready and they need to be reported. Always ask to speak with the DOCTOR who is a certified professional I do not care how busy he is, schedule a time when he is available. Do not speak to office managers or receptionist they are not the doctor. Go elsewhere, this place is not it.

I highly recommend! Shape Cosmetics and the office staff was excellent from start to finish. Let me tell you Dr. Sharma is very professional, listens to your concerns and does excellent work and follow up. Once the healing stage was over with I was very satisfied with my results. horrible experience with this doc n place. I believe the good reviews are lying i dealt with allof them they nice and friendly until they collect ur money two surgeries horrible results. Going to miami in the summer for reconstruction n scar removal. $7500 down the drain

After numerous body contouring procedures with dr Sharma, Ive been totally satisfied with the results . Recently, dr Sharma performed a total facial rejuvenation ( facelift , blepharoplasty, lip-lift). I had never even heard of a lip-lift procedure, but upon his recommendation I decided to undergo alll three procedures. As always, I am truly happy with his work and like the fact that he has the talent to make one look younger, but not unnaturally done. Hes been my doctor for several years and I can attest he is totally up to date on the newest techniques.

I am giving Shape Cosmetic 5 stars because from the consultation til now, they have been nothing but the best. The entire staff has been welcoming for each and every visit as I go back for my post-Op..My surgery was March 15th, 2019, so it's been 5 weeks. Dr. Sharma performed lipo on my entire stomach and I seen the results immediately..I went back to work after 4 days only because I sit down all day..After 2 weeks, u should be able to move around...Then daily u will see progress...As of today, yes my fupa is goneeeee...I am very excited that I chose Shape Cosmetic and I highly recommend..

Cant say enough great things about Dr. S! I just got back from my Botox and Filler appointment and he was so generous with his time. He made sure to take the time to give his personal opinions on where my problem areas were and what we could do in the most financially efficient way. Im not super knowledgeable on cosmetic alterations, so his reassurance and patience made me confident and comfortable! He did a great job and I will be back for more procedures!

I had a wonderful experience with Shape Cosmetic Surgery. The staff is very honest, caring, comforting and professional. I was a little nervous before my procedure but after it was complete, Dr Sharma checked on me and even made sure I had his personal cell phone number to contact him in case I had any concerns. I have never had a doctor offer his personal number for his patients to contact him. He even went out of his way to make a house call when I had concern. I would recommend anyone who is looking to have cosmetic procedures done to come to this office. They are absolutely amazing.

second time using this Dr...I absolutely love him..he yakes his time and is very caring about his patients a pure perfectionist! I've had extensive work done on my neck after losing 80 lbs..trimmed 10 years off my face..just went today and got filler in my lips.they are so pretty!!! My friend and I both went in to get SmartLipo together about a week ago! Dr. Sharma was absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job! Went for our follow up today and when all the swelling goes down will post before and after pictures. Overall experience was wonderful and as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend :)

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service. I went for Botox, and wanted a few moles removed. I had a hack job on both. All it left me with was extremely large scars. No one calls back for days, and when they do, it is on a cell phone with bad reception. I never even got an apology, which is all that I wanted. The damage was done. Save yourself the time and money. This doctor was inexperienced, and his wife is his assistant/receptionist. Pathetic and totally unprofessional.

well I won't be going here thanks to the few bad reviews that's enough for me and the dr.s response was very nonchalant and it appears that she tried talking to someone and was unsuccessful. The 5star ratings lead me to believe that they are relatives or friends.

I had liposuction done here on my lower back a week ago. My surgery was scheduled for 10:30, they didn't start til 11:40 not punctual. Follow up appointment at 12:30 was not seen til 1:30 this shows your time is not important to them. Prior to my surgery I found a location that would do procedure for less, however I had already paid Shape cosmetics and since they offer NO REFUNDS after getting your money, I called and asked if the funds paid could be used for a different location on the body. OMG the office manager BHARTI which is Dr. Sharma's sister went ballistics, became indignant and insulting stating any where else that I go, they would make a fool out of me for doing it cheaper, then I would be coming back to them to fix the surgery received. Well I decided never mind changing, just perform the surgery that I contracted and paid for. After this incident the tension was very thick when I came to have the surgery performed I had to wait over an hour, my follow ups consisted of just taking pics no consultation with the doc until I specifically requested and then because it was his sister and we had words, he indicated that I HAD AN UNWARRANTED ATTITUDE WITH THEM; AND HE WISHED THAT HE HAD NEVER PERFORMED THE SURGERY AND IF I DON'T LIKE THE RESULTS, IT'S NOT HIS WORK IT'S MY BODY. WOW DOES THIS DR. THINK HE'S GOD THAT HIS WORK IS FLAWLESS OR IT'S THE CLIENT'S BODY. THEY HAVE CREATED SUCH A HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT FOR ME I NO LONGER FEEL COMFORTABLE TO GO BACK THERE FOR FUTURE FOLLOW UPS, HAVE NO TRUST NOR CONFIDENCE IN THEM. What Doctor tells a client I wish I had never done your surgery? How unprofessional is that!!!! WHEN ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS OFFER A REFUND, HE DEFINITELY WOULD DO THAT. Then we could have severed all ties prior to the surgery. Because this is a family business, if you have issues with one person then you have a problem with them all, the Dr. that performs your procedure is brother to office manager that you mainly consult with and she will not have any consequences for being rude to clients because they're family, and the anesthesiologist is also family. If I could have cancelled I would have but because refunding your money is not an option I had to have procedure done. NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS!! In my opinion they are more expensive than most and very unprofessional. DEFINITELY DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE BY COMING HERE. VERY RUDE PEOPLE . THEY GOT 1 STAR BECAUSE IT COULDN'T BE ZERO. I WAS SO FRUSTRATED WITH THEIR SERVICE, WISH I COULD REPORT HIM WITH SEVERE CONSEQUENCES, WITH THE WAY THE DOCTOR SPOKE TO ME, HE SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY CUSTOMER SERVICE DEFINITELY FAILS. A FRIEND THAT WAS SCHEDULING SURGERY WITH THEM WILL DEFINITELY HAS CANCELLED. KARMA WILL COME BACK TO THEM. I MAY NOT SEE IT BUT YOU CAN'T TREAT PEOPLE ANY KIND OF WAY WITHOUT GIVING ACCOUNT FOR YOUR ACTIONS.
