My wife and I are both dr. Patels patients. Dr. Patel and his staff were incredible. Dr Patel is very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions (and ones we didn't even think to ask.) and concerns. At the same time Dr. Patel has a great bedside manner. My wife had total body makeover with 360 liposuction, breast lift and fat transfer to butt and breast. I had 8 pack high def lipo sculpting and etching in my abdomen. I was already in good shape but wanted a very defined model like body. We could not be happier with the results. He has a lots of before and after pictures and can find your similar body type to show you what yours could look like. I strongly recommend him!

Dr. Patel recently removed my 15 year old breast implants (which I chose not to replace) and performed a breast lift. I never expected such amazing results! I am fairly new to Chicago area so not knowing anyone here left me with only internet reviews to rely on. He was the only doctor I needed to consult with because after my first appointment I knew I had found the BEST doctor! Prior to my surgery, he requested a current mammogram which unexpectedly put my procedure with him on hold. Thankfully, I did not have breast cancer but the process led me to an eventual lumpectomy with a doctor from breast surgeon at Northwestern hospital. During that time, Dr. Patel basically assumed the role as my primary care physician because I did not yet have one in Chicago. He and his awesome nurse, kept me informed of all of my testing and pathology. Finally, 4 months later, I was scheduled for my surgery with him. Through ALL of my unexpected extra time under his care I was never billed for any additional charges. That is a true testament to what kind of physician and person he is! I paid for my procedure only (and not until) I was finally scheduled. My surgery and recovery were SO much easier than I anticipated and I am SO HAPPY with my results! After my lumpectomy, my doctor at northwestern healthcare told me You will be so happy with your breast lift, his results are amazing! That was so reassuring to hear from another surgeon and WOW was she right! Dr. Patel is a first class, caring and truly GIFTED surgeon!

I was referred to Dr. Patel by my dermatologist to do a flap surgery for a basal cell carcinoma I had removed on my nose Dr. Patel and his staff took such good care of me!! He answered all my questions and helped me feel at ease about the procedure. On my follow up, Jennifer was so sweet and answered all my questions on my recovery and Taylor took wonderful care of me. Taylor is also an esthetician and a laser specialist and she has been so awesome at treating my scar with laser therapy which has worked wonders at diminishing my scar. Very talented young lady! I'm not the kind who writes reviews but my experience with Dr. Patel was so awesome that I had to do it. I have been researching for the last few years to find the right plastic surgeon to do my eyelid surgery. I came in December for my first consultation. When Dr Patel came in to meet with me, I told him I was getting tired of using products to keep my eyelids up.. Without any makeup on my eyes, I could see how loose and sagging my skin was. The office was great along with the follow up appointment. Now I'm two months into the procedure. I am very happy with my results. I feel more confident with myself as I used to in my young days! If you're looking to get a double eyelid or someone like myself who had loose skin above my eyelids, I would recommend you make an appointment with Dr Patel. Staff is very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and caring.

I have never done any cosmetic procedures, nor has anyone in my family, so I was extremely hesitant and nervous about going in for one. However, after reading such positive things about Dr. Patel I thought he might make the experience as comfortable as possible.I'm so glad I trusted my gut and went! This was the least stressful, most comfortable doctors visit I've ever experienced. I was completely at ease. When doctor saw me he gave me a warm welcome and I told him what I wanted. He heard me out and never made me feel weird for what I wanted. And the best part is he never rushed me. He acted like he had all the time in the world for me. He talked me through the different procedures and what he would do.The actual procedure was quick and painless! And he makes it look incredibly natural. Great staff all around. Everyone, from the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Patel, was extremely caring, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel and nurse Karla are wonderful! I'm very pleased beginning with the consultation to the office visits and results of my upper and lower eyelid surgery, fat transfer and Contouring of face/neck area to thin out my Lower face and neck area. All of this was done in office under local anesthesia that saved me a lot of money and no need for general anesthesia. I love my rejuvenated looking young face. Highly recommend!

I had surgery with Dr. Patel about 6 years ago. My only complaint is about his current office staff. I called a few weeks ago trying to get my current implant information. Which is a very common thing patient's with breast implants would want to know. They told me at that time that someone from records would reach out with the information. Now 2 weeks later I haven't heard from anyone so I decided to follow up. They still could not find my implant information and said I could call Mentor directly or the Oak Brook location. I called Mentor and was told that the office never sent over my implant information after surgery so they don't have it on file. I decided to call the Oak Brook location at this point since I was told they might have it. Without even asking what was needed she kept talking over me and I could hear her say something inappropriate and unprofessional about me to her co-worker in the background. Once I heard this I immediately asked for management and was put on an entirely too long hold then hung up on. It's not only sketchy that no one seems to have my implant information but also completely unprofessional how I was treated. I also work with patients/customer service and I have never treated any of them in this way and have always gone above and beyond. I don't know what's so hard about giving a patient their own medical documentation.

I met with three plastic surgeons but none of them stuck out as much as Dr. Patel! He was bluntly honest with me from day one, which is why I chose him! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Patel and his practice. I had my procedure (enbloc explant, fat transfer to breasts, lipo 360, bbl) almost exactly 4 weeks ago. From the initial consultation, my husband and I felt incredibly comfortable with Dr. Patel and his staff. They were welcoming, thorough, patient, answering all of our questions and never once making us feel rushed. I sensed an intense honesty from Dr. Patel that put me at ease. He explained what could and could not be done and gave me realistic expectations. I can honestly say after my procedure, the results MORE than exceeded my hopes and expectations! My husband and I are both in a state of shock at how wonderful the results came out. I have read many reviews and done much research on plastic surgeons. Dr. Patel and his staff were amazing and caring during my experience for a corrective breast augmentation following a less than optimal result from the previous plastic surgery by a well known surgeon in Chicago area. My husband who is an orthopedic surgeon, got Dr. Patels name as a high recommendation from one of his colleagues. After my previous experience, I was skeptical to have any further surgery even for corrective measures. But after my consultation and decision to have the corrective surgery, I would not let anyone consider seeing ANYONE except Dr. Patel. On my first consultation Dr Patel was examining me for a tummy tuck and told me word for word ' good news you will be in a bikini after this' nod I just remember laughing. This is by far the best place to go if you are not happy with your appearance due to middle age life changes with sagging skin and wrinkles. Michelle can work miracles if you are unhappy with your appearance and make you feel good about yourself again. Dr Patel and his entire staff was amazing from the moment I walked in the door to the last few follow up visit. I had a tummy tuck 5 years ago by another doctor in the Chicago one area that did not do lipo with the tummy tuck, I was never really happy with it but I wasnt botched either. After my last baby I decided to do it all over again and I found dr Patel and my results speak for themselves I wish I would have just spent the money and did it right the first time but thats over. Im so happy with my results I even opted to fix my nose at the same time! I did a hump reduction an tip redefinement and love my results just as much. My advise for anyone looking for surgery is to not just go with the cheaper doctor spend the money and DO IT RIGHT!!

Dr Patel changed my life!! I have been suffering from Breast Implant illness for over ten years now! I have been researching doctors for the past 2 years who believe in breast Implant illness, which honestly was only Dr Patel. No other plastic surgeons 2 years ago even believed in breast Implant illness anywhere in Chicago and now it's advertised by every doctor. Dr Patel took out my implants and did a complete capsulectomy and enbloc with implant Removal. I am about 3 months post op and already feeling amazing!! He also preformed a breast lift on me which took some convincing but I am so happy I did the lift. Jennifer was wonderful and helped me every step of the way and was very patient with me calling her ever day after my surgery! Whole staff was kind and caring! Surgery center was very clean an I went home the same day! So happy I chose Dr Patel!

I had heard about Dr Patel through a fb group I was on. He had great, phenomenal reviews and he was close to my house so I was super excited when my bf and I got to go to his house and when I made the appt it only took a week to get in. The waiting area was chaotic. There are 6 chairs, people standing up and waiting. My appt was for 1:30...people kept coming in and went in before me. I didn't get in until 2:30...an hour after my scheduled appt! His staff told me he was honest and blunt. He made me come to him while he sat there on his stool. I felt like he was just ok. He asked what I wanted him to do. I told him I was having problems and I can't lift up my arms. He I thought believed in breast implant illness. He then called me a wimp. I looked at my bf and I was shocked! What kind of Dr says that? I want to get my implants taken out via total capsulectomy and Enbloc. My surgery would be covered cause I had breast cancer. She brings me a quote for $8500 because the Enbloc isn't covered! Sorry...you aren't going to charge me for something that I know will be covered! I highly don't recommend him!

I had interviewed with 4 other surgeons. Dr. Patel was the only one who was very detailed and recommended all the safety precautions to take during the surgery. His bedside manner, for a very successful, younger surgeon, is stellar. He's attentive and busy, but makes you feel comfortable and takes his time to explain everything. Not just to me, but my husband too. I would highly recommend him. I'm only on day 4 of the recovery process, but it's healing well. What I also wanted to add is that his crew, staff, nurses, etc., are and amazing group of people. Jennifer is so bubbly and makes you feel so at ease as are the rest. Nurses Vicki and Karen went above and beyond. What an amazing experience. Now it's up to me to make sure we hear well. I'll keep you posted.

Here is my review! This is long overdue so let's start from the beginning! I am a 62 year old guy who feels like he's 25! Face and body don't match so I opted to get some information about some botox and fillers from Patel but he recommended a face and neck lift with upper lower eyelid surgery. Well I wasn't sure about the whole surgery route so I said thank you and went to another place for multiple facial fillers instead and made a HORRIBLE mistake my face came out looking deformed from bad injections from a cheap medspa. So I schedule another appointment with Dr Patel to see what he can do to now fix me. He explained to me that fillers were not the correct procedure for what I wanted and he was right. I felt very comfortable with Dr Patel and let him do his stuff! He ended up dissolving all of my fillers and we proceeded with surgery. I am now about a year out from my facelift, necklift, and eye job and I look like a new man. I am very satisfied with my results and wish I found Patel sooner! His girls are very nice and make you feel very welcomed. Dr Patel gets 5 stars from me!

Michelle is the BEST! I get Botox 2 x a year. I drive 45 min to see her because she is precise about placement. Do not leave your face in the hands of inexperienced people! I went here for botox, I had never had it before. My daughter bought a groupon as a gift for mother's day. I made an appointment with Rochelle. Rochelle was amazing, I couldn't be more happy. I had serious forehead wrinkles, and they are gone! She was honest about what I could expect with botox, and what it wouldn't fix. I'm the type of person who doesn't typically write reviews or even have the time, but my recent experience with Dr. Patels office is definitely worth my time! I am a mommy of three, with my youngest being 2 years of age. After each baby I'd bounce back to my original weight but as you know the beauty of having children can leave devastating damage to the appearance of our bodies. After three breastfed big babies I was left with an unrecognizable belly button, hanging excess tissue and droopy breasts I knew NO workout or diet could remedy! I made the best decision in having a Mommy Make Over-full tummy tuck and breast implants done by Dr. Patel! I never thought I'd be able to wear a two piece ever again! I felt very confident with his knowledge and experience. Trust him when he expresses his opinions because he was absolutely right! From 360 Lipo with my tummy tuck to implant toe and size. I wanted to go very natural and at first I was afraid with the size preference of the implants chosen for me, but in the end the results were perfect so I'm happy I listened. Ive been visiting Kim S. for regular microdermabrasion and facials and have been impressed with how smooth and bright my complexion has become! She performed micro needling on my partner to help with a fairly dark facial scar. His scar completely disappeared with only TWO treatments!
