I have a skin condition that makes my skin itchy and it buns, no patches are around so its invisible. The Doctor ignored that problem and focused only on hives which is another different problem. Im only getting treated for hives and not the mysterious itching. She doesnt care at all. All she did was made me buy over the counter medication (for hives, which they didnt work). I try to explain to her or give her an idea of what I could have and she doesnt want to listen. She only cares about following her plan. I repeat my symptoms and concerns and all she does say ok, but Im gonna but you I this medication and lets see where it goes then. Also buy these (expensive) creams and it could help you out. I cant afford the creams and she refuses to test me as its not necessary when it obviously is because she cant diagnose me properly. Tip Listen to your patients instead of planning everything ahead of time.

Nice facility, but doctor seemed to look at my issue from across the room. Doctor used pricing scare tactics to scare me out after that 2 second glance. Then would not work with my insurance. Told me I had to do the leg work if I wanted to figure out if things would be covered. No thanks Ill just find a different doctor that is willing to do some of the work.

Desk service and wait time were good. Meeting with the doctor....not so much. It felt like I was in an Accutane commercial. Literally looked at my face from 3 ft away and suggested Accutane as the first response. I know some people need it, but I am no where close to that point. The doctor and nurse were just giddy for Accutane and I declined such an invasive treatment without trying a topical first. Totally irresponsible care.

They are very busy and maybe too busy to provide quality care. I went here for care for 4 months. I did not feel like the PA listened to anything I said, or felt like she cared. She never remembered what we had talked about. She stated that she would review products for me to check to see if the ingredients included anything I was allergic too never got back to me. I asked to fill a prescription to a specific Walgreens; they sent it to an old one in my chart thats 20 miles away.It was decided that my biopsy would be sent out for a second read (11/1/2018). For the next two weeks I had gone to the office for additional testing and appointments and was reassured that my biopsy had been sent out at all 4 appointments. Two weeks go by have not heard any results I call the office once on a Friday (11/16/2018) and then the following Monday (11/19/2018) to be told that the biopsy slides were never sent out for review. I check Mercy Mychart and the request is now in my chart at 3:00pm or 4:00pm on 11/19/2018 which was not there for the previous 19 days. 11/30/2018 I finally get a notification in Mychart that my test results were back. The Doctors office calls and provides results I ask questions to this person about the results they are unable to answer any questions I have. Not sure if this was a receptionist or a nurse that had not been a part of my treatment. But its completely unacceptable to wait 30 days and to be told by multiple staff members that it was taken care of. I am not sure what happened or who is ultimately responsible-but beyond frustrated. I was referred to an Allergist by Shannon Taylor and the Allergist stated that she could do the allergy testing I wanted but it was not going to resolve or provide answer to the issue I was having, she was unsure why a dermatologist would send me to her office for the issues I was having. The allergist stated I needed to see a dermatologist for my health issue. Again I am frustrated that I have wasted time and money, I know doctors dont know everything but at least you could have provided me a direction, information, or a contact to a specialist. I will not be going back.
