They were all very efficient. Got me in quickly, diagnosised the problem,told me what needed to be accomplished to take care of my problem . I gave them permission to treat and the procedure was completed totally pain free. So professional, wonderful staff!!!

Never got a call about biospy from pa. I June 3 had biopsy, said it would be a week. Went by there this week,no one could find file. Pa was in Nashville. Ask them to call there. The reply was no phone number to call there. Called next day and left message with nurse . This is Friday and still no reply. This was in Mt.vernon office . June 19 2020 posted. Never got any instructions on how to take of it. Everyone friendly

This was my first dermatologist appointment and I was a little nervous. Mary made me feel so relaxed as soon as I went back and was absolutely amazing. Tina Hall is wonderful. I had two biopsies and she was so gentle and explained everything so thoroughly. I cant say enough good things about my first experience here. Thank you!

I've been here three times in my life. One time and was for my girlfriend. This place is very well kept. Everyone seems to know what they're doing. They were putting in a new kiosk check-in station I used it today and give me a little trouble but it's new. The lady at the desk apologized. Somehow the machine and not showed I was there. I thought I had not showed up for my appointment. I'm sure once they get the bugs worked out that thing work great. A TV and a coffee machine in the waiting room. If your insurance will let you this is my favorite place in town for this type of work.

When I made the initial call to make an appointment for a full body check I told them I could not come before 230 pm. I was given Feb 11 at 245. Approximately 1 hour later I missed a call from the Mt Vernon office. I called back and No one knew who called but said I was all set for My appt on Feb 18 at 1030. I said no I just called a hour ago and was given 2/11 at 245. They confirmed my DOB and said no I was scheduled for 2/18. I told them that cant be right because I told the woman earlier I could not be there before 230. So at that point I was rescheduled for 2/13 at 3. Several days later I get a call and was told they need to change it because they were overbooked for that day. I explained what had happened earlier and was told nevermind just come on in and we will Work you in. When I arrived the day of my appointment they did not have me down for an apt at all. Couldnt find my name anywhere. They went ahead and saw me that day and I had a biopsy done and was told it would take a couple weeks to get results and someone would call me. Its been a month and no call. I called this morning to find out results and was told probably arent any results yet. Its been a month. This is ridiculous.

Dr. Nahass is great. He is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He definitely has the patients best interests in mind. I wouldnt be seen by anyone else.

I do not like the new kiosk sign in as it is too detailed. If you could just put your name and birthday or birth date that would be great because the info we were putting in was redundant. Also for seniors it is too confusing and too detailed. If I have to fill that out every time I come in I will be very upset and annoyed.

Awesome experience. I drove a long ways in order to come to this clinic. Saw Karilyn Crook for my eczema and she took time to answer all of my questions and to explain all of options for medications to take to manage the chronic disease as I had some concerns. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has eczema!
