Dr. Franco and his team made me feel comfortable, from beginning to end during my tummy tuck procedure. I spent over a year contemplating whether or not I should do surgery, after carrying around a lot of loose skin in the abdominal area from having children over the years. But in the end I realized it was one of the best decisions of my life. Now, I can wear more form-fitting stylish clothing with the knowledge there is no more kangaroo pouch there.

I had an amazing experience at The Center for Cosmetic and Laser Surgery! Dr. Franco and his team did everything in their power to support me before and after surgery. They were accessible for my many questions and answered with smiles. Dr. Franco was concerned with my well being after my procedure going as far as making two house calls. I called and texted on several occasions with questions or concerns and was answered in a timely manner. Finally, Ive been complimented by several other physicians on the incisions. They were very precise and healed well. If I have any future needs, I will definitely return.

Dr. Rubach and his staff Stephanie and Marissa, just to name a couple, were more than I could ever ask for in a team. I went in desiring a mini lift. The process was thoroughly explained and I was clear about what to expect before, during and post procedure. Dr. Rubach was very personable and professional. He is immensely skilled and did a fabulous job! I am very pleased with the results. This is a great choice if you are looking for a cosmetic surgery center.

If you are considering having any cosmetic procedure done, I would highly recommended to have it done here! I had the best experience possible from start to finish, and I am beyond impressed with the final results of my rhinoplasty procedure. I went to see Jill Jensen for the first time to get botox and dermal fillers. Jill was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I have been visiting CCLS for various services for several years now, most recently for a procedure with Dr. Rubach. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. They do everything right, from the smallest details to the most important ones. Every member of the staff I have encountered over the years has been so kind, informative and supportive. (Jill, Pam, Marissa...thank you!) I believe the doctors refer to the staff as family and it feels that way when you visit. It's not easy to find a truly reputable cosmetic surgery practice and having trust in the doctors, nurses and estheticians is of huge importance. There is a wide array of services offered at CCLS and they are there to help guide you, never pushy and never up selling. I am so pleased with the results of my procedure and without hesitation would recommend Dr. Rubach and his staff to anyone considering rejuvenation services. I would like to share my amazing experience with Jill the professional injectible RN! She is amazing! Extremely professional and personable she makes you feel comfortable and confident by educating you every step of the way! I went to several cosmetic consultations for my needs before I decided that Jill was the best!!! She listens to your concerns and answers every question you may have. She spends the time with her patients and gets to know them which I feel is very important. I would recommend Jill and this establishment to anyone and everyone! Such a great experience! Dr Franco and his staff are exceptional. Dr Franco did my breast reduction around this time in 2015. My experience with Dr Franco was exceptional. I met with him first and right away he was very professional and comfortable to talk to. His staff were also completely friendly and welcoming. I knew I didnt need a second opinion. My surgery and recovery was very smooth. During recovery and I had a minor complication called spit stitch that is common and is simply from my bodys reaction to the stitches, nothing to do with Dr Francos work. I texted Dr Franco and he told me to come in and he fixed me that same day. 3 years later and Im comfortable in my body and clothes and my back problems that I had before have completely disappeared. My scarring is minimal and I still have most of my sensation. Choosing Dr Franco and going through with the surgery was one of the best decisions I ever made

I knew from my first consultation that I would be in good hands. Dr. Franco explained thoroughly of exactly what to expect; the good and possibly the bad post surgery. The care and attention that went into our consultation to the actual procedure is so comforting as a parent. The staff, especially Nadine and Margo were unbelievable, they took time and always made us feel so comforted and for that, I could not be more grateful to all of them. I've been going to the Center's nurse aesthetician Jill Jensen for a number of years, despite the fact I moved out of state 9 years ago. Jill is THAT good. I have not seen either of the Center's doctors yet, but seeing what a professional and skilled nurse and staff they have, I would have trust in their surgical skills.

A very good experience at the Center for Cosmetic & Laser Surgery. Dr. Rubach is an excellent surgeon who made me feel comfortable and confident that he could produce the desired results. I had large bags under my eyes and as a result of his skill I no longer have the bags that made me look tired and old. The staff is equally wonderful as everyone made my experience a good one.

This is a very good plastic surgeon in the Naperville area. They took very good care of my wife who went in for a breast augmentation. She had breast fed 2 kids and was not feeling as confident as she once did. After 6 weeks things have fallen back into place and she could not be happier.

He and his staff have always been very professional. knowledgeable, informative and they have offered several suggestions to address my areas of concern. Never a high pressure sales pitch, just options and suggestions for me to build a plan as the aging process progresses. We're fighting it all the way! I am in my mid-sixties and had never had any cosmetic surgeries until the eyelid surgery I had one month ago. I am very pleased with the results. I look rested and as a friend told me my eyes 'look bigger and they just pop'. Dr. Rubach did a great job. The entire procedure was explained to me so there were no surprises. I had no pain whatsoever and the healing time has been surprisingly fast. I was also very impressed that on the evening of the surgery Dr. Rubach phoned me so see how I was doing. This experience has left me very impressed with Dr. Rubach and his entire staff.I give him 5 stars.
