I had a rhinoplasty 10 years ago from Dr. Epstein. It had bad results. He offered and did do a second rhinoplasty (no cost to me except the anesthesia) and it ended up worse than the previous. I wish I never had it done. I have hated my nose even more than the pre rhinoplasty.

It was clear, from the first meeting, Dr. Epstein has the perfect combination of medical and surgical skill, aesthetic eye, and compassion for his patients. I feel so fortunate to have had him treat me. He sees the bigger picture, has the knowledge and experience to accurately predict how your body will behave and look post-operatively, notices even the smallest asymmetries to address, and does it all with the utmost respect for you as a person. My pre- and post-operative care was top notch. I had an extended abdominoplasty and liposuction to my lower legs. I stayed overnight in the recovery room of the surgery center with fabulous nursing care. MAE exceeded all of my expectations and I will actively seek them out for any and all future work.

I have seen lots of wonderful reviews from patients who have recently had facelift surgery. The true test of Dr Epsteins masterful work is not how I looked three or six months later, but how I feel about my results 18 months after surgery. I am still beyond thrilled with the perfectly imperfect mid face and neck lift, so I now can share my thoughts from a longer term perspective.From the moment I walked into the office and was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, I knew that this was experience was going to be different from any plastic surgeons office I have visited before. I was brought into a beautiful and modern looking consultation room and after a few moments, I was greeted by Dr. Epstein.I found Dr. Epstein to be warm, kind, approachable and open. He listened to my concerns explained that would I needed a mid-face and neck lift to achieve my desired results. It obvious that he had my best interests at heart. He thoroughly explained the procedure, showed me where her would place the incisions on my face we talked in detail about the recovery process. I came prepared and ask a lot of questions. He patiently answered each one and I never felt rushed. I trusted his judgement, appreciated his gentle approach, and felt confident that he was the right surgeon for me!My surgery went without a hitch and my recovery was much easier that I expected. I looked and felt so good that 10 days after surgery, I was able to attend a New Years Eve party. Two weeks later, I flew to Texas for a job interview. A week after that, I was at an industry event and nobody knew that I had surgery five weeks before. I look natural and refreshed. Even my closest friend couldnt tell. They have said, You look so great! What type of skin care do you use? When I mentioned I had a mid face and neck lift, they all say OMG! You look incredible! I never would have known. I am making an appointment to see Dr. Epstein because I want to look like that!Trusting Dr Epstein was the best decision I could have made! My goal was to look great for my age (55) but not noticeably pulled or unnaturally young. It takes a skilled master to achieve that and Dr Epstein work exceeded my expectations!Besides being a brilliant and gifted surgeon, Dr. Epstein is also a gentle and kind soul! Those wonderful traits are also prevalent in the staff. Everyone in the office is warm, welcoming, responsive, and completely supportive. I felt like I was among family -- safe and well taken care of every step of the way. I cannot say enough about my positive experience and most importantly, my incredible results! I had my breast augmentation performed by Dr. Epstein almost 15 years ago. They are to this day, perfect! He is a great surgeon and incredible doctor. I felt so comfortable talking to him and was confident he could give what I I asked for while keeping my long term physical and emotional health in mind. I had breast reduction surgery done by Dr. Epstein, I was so nervous but him and his amazing staff did a great job keeping me calm and comfortable. They were all very friendly, kind, and comforting. I am so happy with my final results he did such a great job I am so happy that I chose Dr. Epstein. I used to hate my breasts but now thanks to him I love them and love myself. Also nurse Erin was wonderful! She is so helpful and kind best nurse I've ever had! The facility is very clean and spa like. I would reccommend Dr. Epstein to everyone, he is a great surgeon and his staff is wonderful.

Today I had another great experience with Maureen. I was her patient last fall and I was determined to be back to her for the same procedure. Maureen is highly professional, caring and thoughtful specialist. She has a great experience and very confident in all she is doing. I had a previous experience for the same procedure before I met Maureen but I could tell the difference. Maureen is also a very good psychologist because she immediately understood what I desired, needed and could do and there was no pressure from her side. She delivered on her maximum and I was pleased with the results. Also, I did not have any down time after my procedure despite Internet's forums are full of complaints from all over the country about many dramatic side effects after the same procedure. Maureen was concern not to have any side effects even more than I was and she was totally amazing. Maureen is absolutely one of the best professionals and on top of all she has a compassion and I value this quality a lot. Thank you so much for having Maureen at your office and I certainly will return to her again.

After thinking about it for 40 years I had Dr. Epstein pin my ears in March 2010. I am ultra conservative and never had anything like this done previously, not even a tatoo or anything. However, I am so glad I did it. The whole process was so easy start to finish. Great anesthesiologist. Great staff made me comfortable all along the way. It only took me 4 office visits: One consultation; surgery; bandage removal; 4 week follow up. Done! Basically no pain, just 2 days post-op mild discomfort. Outstanding results. I am bald so the results are there for everyone to see, and had to be good. :) I never think about my ears anymore. I researched a lot of doctors and ended up driving an hour from St. Charles to have Dr. Epstein do it. Anyway 5 stars. If you are thinking about doing this procedure go for it. You will not regret it. If he does other procedures like he did mine, you are good.

I was 39, my neck was starting to bag already. I went in really for the neck. Decided to have the full face lift at that time, I feel that it was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I get compliments on my skin and face all the time. I am 56 now. I am always gonna look firmer, and hopefully younger than my counter parts. It plays a role in not only how I feel about myself, but how others who don't know me.. view me. I recently went back to part time work, I dressed up for the interview, I feel I am still looking fairly 'fresh' for my age. I got the job, not only on my credentials, but I think they also may feel I can keep up.

It has been a little less than four years, I had a breast reduction in early fall of 2013. This was the best experience I have had with any type of surgery. I have absolutely no scarring and my friends and family are always telling me how great my chest looks (perky and perfect!) I would recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone, and I do! I have been thinking about going to his medspa portion to get fillers in my lips, Its been about a year since I've done that. I am so happy with the way I look!
