LAUREN! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the front desk staff, to when the service is over you feel VERY VALUED AS A PAYING CUSTOMER! Laurens skills are out of this world! I had my lips done with her and was very nervous but after doing thorough homework and research on her work I was finally convinced to give it a chance! I absolutely do not regret my service she was amazing and very patient with me because I was very nervous! we mapped out my lips and she was very attentive with what I wanted! The pain was very minimal !she made me feel The most comfortable that someone can feel while getting needles injected into their lips! Highly recommend seeing Lauren for all of your cosmetic procedures! Definitely will be going back for more!

I would've given 10 stars if that were an option. I am very pleased with my breast reduction surgery. Prior to surgery, I researched plastic surgeons and found Dr. Peters. After my first visit with her, I felt confident to proceed without any other opinions. She has solid credentials, a lot of experience and performs many of these types of surgeries. Dr. Peters explained everything thoroughly and I did not feel rushed when asking my many questions. I wanted to go through with it, but I was really scared. I am 5'5', wear size 6 or 8 pants and was a 34J on top. I was tired of the chronic neck, shoulder and back pain that I endured everyday, painful bras, visits to the chiropractor. Due to covid19, my surgery was postponed twice. That made me rethink my decision, but Stephanie in Dr. Peter's office spent time talking to me on the phone and answering my many emails/concerns. She helped me through it and I'm so thankful.Besides fearing the actual surgery, my biggest worry was what size will I be afterwards. Since so many women wear the wrong sized bra, it's difficult for a doctor to tell you what size you will be. After agonizing over this, looking at hundreds of photos on RealSelf and talking to Stephanie, I told Dr. Peters to do what she thought best. She went with medium and I am very pleased with the results. I am 4 weeks post-surgery, healing well and think I'm around a D cup, which is proportionate to my body. I feel normal for the first time in my life. This is a life-changing surgery. My pains are gone, I stand up straighter and just feel happy overall. If you're considering this surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Lisa Peters. She's terrific! (and a nice person)

Wonderful experience with everything from the initial consult to the follow up appointments. The assistants Stephanie and Lorraine/Lauren (sp?) were incredibly wonderful and attentive through the entire process. In fact, I went on vacation a few weeks after my surgery and forgot a medicine back home, the administrative staff was amazing and not only got me a prescription to get it again out of state, but also looked up the closest location to me that could fill it and on CHRISTMAS DAY! Everyone was so caring and attentive, I felt like a VIP patient the entire time!Even now, 8 weeks post-op they are still checking in on me to make sure no complications have come up and to see if I have any new questions.

Very pleased with Dr. Lisa Peter's work and bed side manner. She makes you feel so comfortable and even called me the day after surgery to see how I was doing. I went in to see Dr. Peter's for a breast reduction. She spent a lot of time with me explaining what to expect and what my options were. She was very patient and was always open to questions and concerns. I am a very large woman and she took my M sized breasts down to a size I could live with. I feel like a new person. I'm super happy with the quality of her work, the professionalism of her staff, and her post- operative care. There is also a parking garage a block away, which is super convenient.

I had a breast reduction surgery done about 2 weeks ago and I could not be more happy with the results. My recovery has been great to say the least and my back pain is already significantly changed to the point I rarely even think about my back anymore. I am so happy to have a chest size that matches the rest of my body. My self-esteem has raised already and I am eager to work out and run without wearing two sports bras! I have been to Dr Peters office for 3 separate visits. Her complete staff was extremely helpful. When I saw Dr Peters the first time she performed eyelid surgery. It was something I wanted for many years. She made me very comfortable with her procedures and explained all that I should expect. I was delighted with the results in less than 2 weeks. Dr. Peters and her staff are awesome, they work together as one making my experience stress free, Stephanie set everything up for me and is a pleasure to work with. I am presently one week post-op and even with the normal swelling I am amazed at the results of the abdominoplasty Dr. Peters performed on me. After much research Dr. Peters was one of several plastic surgeons I scheduled a consultation with, I knew from the day of my consultation with her that she was the surgeon for me. Dr. Peters is not the typical cookie cutter (no pun intended) surgeons I had already seen, shes not out selling a dream, she is upfront, realistic and knowledgeable. Dr. Peters looks at her patients as individuals not as procedures, she works with each patient individually customizing a plan specifically made for them and their body type which makes the outcome amazing and very natural looking.

I had surgery in early December 2017. From my first appointment to my six month check up everything was perfect. I did a lot of research before hand and checked out several different doctors. I really wanted a female doctor and was having trouble finding one I thought was good enough. I felt Dr. Peters truly cared about me and wanted me to be happy. I never felt pressured or swayed at any point. She was very informative and kind during the entire process. The surgery center used for my procedure was a great experience as well. The staff treated me with kindness and respect the entire time I was there. I have never received such customer service in a medical setting. They are usually rushing around and not at all considerate of the patient's feelings. That was not the case here. It felt more like a spa check in than a medical procedure. I would go back to Dr. Peters in the future and have recommended her to several of my friends.
