Everyone was very nice... at first. Once we found out that my insurance wouldn't cover the procedure, they stopped returning my calls. I expressed that I was willing to pay out of pocket. I must have left 5 messages for Mary over the course of two months, and never got a call back. If they didn't want my business the least they could do is tell me!

He has a wonderful staff.. but him not so much. If you want to get something small done its like youre not worth his time. Did not explain anything to me and I had to ask the assistant everything because he didnt spend 5 mins with me. I now go to Dr. Dreyfuss. 10/10 would recommend. He treats everyone the same no matter what procedure!!

I had such a great experience with Lisa doing laser. Talk about a professional.. she was SO friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She walked me through the whole thing and let me take breaks whenever I needed. My results were phenomenal and I loved coming to see her every time. I will absolutely be buying more laser sessions from her, she is such a gem. The facility itself was always clean, the staff was friendly and its easy to find and park. The laser treatments definitely hurt but each time it got easier and it was so worth it. Hair growth reduced, I would say by 80-90%. I had zero issues with razor bumps after 3rd or 4th treatment and my skin even lightened up around that area. It was worth every penny and Im glad I chose this specific facility and that Lisa was with me through the whole process. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I love this place. Lisa is an amazing aesthetician. I've never had a more thorough microdermabrasion-she spent more time on my face and neck than anyone else and my skin looks amazing! She's also extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She offers her incite only when asked and is very patient and gracious. I highly recommended coming here.
