Everyone was truly amazing. Angie at the front desk is so friendly and went above and beyond and helped me pick out some frames, and the nurse I had made me feel at ease. The lady who helps out over on the eye glass side was extremely helpful as well. Very happy as a patient here.

Not happy at all. It was about 5 minutes in before the lady even told me her name. She was 'nice', but nobody has anything to say except when asking questions for the forms and computer. There was no side conversations or even a 'how are you doing' type of question. Then, when I told them I just wanted new lenses for my existing frames they went full 'used car salesman' trying to talk me into new frames. Then they said he could be 2+ weeks where I would have to send my only glasses in to get the lenses replaced. This would be around $450-500 (for lenses ONLY) with insurance. I went elsewhere and what I wanted for 1/2 that price.

I had an appointment, sit there over 2 hrs. Now I had to order glasses and it is past three weeks. I called to find out about the time they would come in. She called two days later letting me know she would call me when they came in. Never offered a date.
