Melissa Fravala and Doctor Chris Lansford make every visit in better than the prior. Always working with me and my unusual schedule to keep me in the books and stay on track with the IPL laser treatments I started in January and the Chemical peels I do in between each laser session. And now on top of all of that, the Q Switch tattoo removal laser which I just began two weeks ago to have a smaller size tattoo removed from the mid area of my thigh and of course they make these procedures that are for the most part uncomfortable as tolerable as possible and I've never been so excited to see the results over the next 8-10 treatments that will span over a year plus. The Med Spa rooms are so clean and peaceful and every time I go in to see Melissa she goes over the process and after care regardless of it being my first treatment or 5th she always keeps me on top of my information and comfortable. I have been a patient of DR. Chris Lansford for over 3 years and originally came to him to treat the ongoing sinus issues I was struggling with and been hopeless for months with false information and lots of prescription drugs from other doctors who had been working with me prior. I went in and had an initial visit with Dr. Chris and we immediately came up with a different plan and knew my options were limited but we tried 2 different minimally invasive treatments before deciding on surgery about 5 months later, its been over two years and have never felt better no longer struggling with reoccurring sinus infections or sinus pressure headaches like I had been for years, I still visit Doctor Lansford every so often to keep my face looking its best. About a month ago I Had my first Botox injection and he walked me through the entire procedure while really evaluating my face, my profile and the way that it moves while smiling and using different expressions before deciding on his recommended amount and injection location (on my forehead, between the brows), needless to say I have never been happier with the appearance of my skin thanks to these two at The Facial Plastic and Laser Surgery Center & Med Spa. Everything from the moment you walk in and check in with the amazing group of kind, lovely ladies up front is a professional, welcoming, friendly and most importantly clean experience.

I went in unsure of this process and initially, it was okay. I was embarrassed of my issues and the woman who initially started my care was very reassuring and I saw real results every time I left the office. Afterwards, when they brought in new staff, I was not satisfied with my experience. I was under the impression that I would be taken care of until my issue was solved, I had been told that if I needed more sessions, (after paying the whole initial fee) I would be helped until the treatment wasn't needed anymore. Unfortunately, at my last treatment with the new staff, I was told I would be paying $90.00 for any session afterwards. Well. My problem is not solved, only minutely better (probably not even $600.00 of progress!), I still have daily issues, and I feel like I wasted my money and time on this place. They are not about their clients, they are about their clients money. If I had the chance, I wouldn't do it again.
