After wasting time with two other plastic surgeons in Rockford who kept changing their requirements for a breast reduction procedure, I went to Dr Weiskopf. He met with me on the first visit, explained what the surgery involved and referred it to my insurance immediately. My results are wonderful. Dr. W. was a lifesaver for me.

A year ago I had breast reduction surgery. While in surgery Dr Weiscoff recognize cancer in both of my breasts. The cancer was removed the some day. Dr Weiskopf saved my life. If anyone is looking for a good surgeon I would highly recommend Dr Weiscoff.

My daughter had an initial 'consultation' that he charged $120 and said it would not be covered by insurance. She was referred to Dr. Weiskopf from our primary care doctor and was under the impression it was to be a medical issue not cosmetic. She paid the $120 instead of $30 co-pay. He spent a total of 5 minutes with her and was completely unprofessional by showing her pictures of some women on his cell phone and taking a phone call. He really didn't even look at her issue. He then proceeded to tell her that he would charge her around $600 for the procedure and it would not be covered by insurance. His office then sends out an informed consent form in the mail saying that she has an appointment and required a pre-payment of $650 one week before her appointment. Well we received the letter on a Friday with a due date of Monday. The letter also says that if we want to cancel the surgery we needed to do it with in one week of the surgery or they would charge us a 'service fee'. I called immediately to cancel the appointment. I would have put zero stars but Google would not let me post. I would definitely look elsewhere for any type of Cosmetic or Reconstructive Surgery.

I cut my arm in half severing all the muscles in my bicep including all tendons arteries veins and nerves. Rockford Memorial Dr sent me to Madison Square Madison doctors tried to repair it. After 2 years of not having any use of my right arm or hand at all, I met dr. Weiskopf and he took a look at it and nonchalantly said I can fix it and get you back at least 70% of the use of your right arm and hand. After doing surgery and repairing everyone else's mistakes he also did a tendon transfer and now I have about 85 to 90% use of my right arm and right hand which I use for work on a daily basis. By the way I also lift weights and in benching about 250 lb using that arm also. He is one of the greatest surgeons I've ever met.

Ear Piercing Gone Bad!Dr. Jerome Weiskopf, a plastic surgeon, can't even perform a simple ear piercing procedure. The placement of the piercing from one ear to the other was so far off! Instead of making the experience right, he had his receptionist tell me to go somewhere else and she refunded my money. It's not something I wanted to hear. To note, when he was piercing my ears, he told me he's never had to re-pierce anyone's ears. Now I get why! This is a non-professional office!! Here we have a doctor that does not stand behind his work!!
