I had a BA procedure with Dr. Castillo, and so far, the results are excellent. I loved the way the looked since the minute I opened my eyes. I had no infection, no asymmetries, no bruises, it's like he did the surgery without touching them. After seeing three doctors, I decided he was the one. He's a man of few words, doesn't try to sell you expensive stuff, and is rather direct as to what fits your body. I am glad and went ahead with his team. His nurses also looked and acted professionally, so, all together earned my trust.

called a round to different places for a BA. I picked this place. Staff was amazing. I felt very comfortable when i went in for my BA yesterday. They walked me through everything. Called me a few tims prior to my surgery to see how i was doing and if i had any more questions. Stephanie was there from the start to finish. The doctor him self was honest and was great about telling me every thing to expect. He even called me around 8pm to see how i was doing. Thank you to all of you. Im very happy with my results.

I had breast implants 7 years ago. This year, I needed to have them replaced. The staff is so kind and friendly. Dr. Castillo is very friendly and explains the procedures in a way I could understand. Dr. Castillo is very rude. He treats his patients with disrespect (even his assistance). He was intentionally poking my lips hurtfully during lip injection because I refused the dental anesthesia. I acted like it doesnt hurt to aggravate him. He goes make a small incision in a small area in your lips to get rid of the pump- does this sound professional to you? BTW, I Paid the same amount as if I were got the full dental anesthesia. Anyway, I DO NOT recommend and WILL NEVER go back.

I am extremely pleased with the great results I got from Dr. Castillo. Some weight loss and genetic tendencies had left me with a turkey neck skin fold that bothered me, especially when I saw photos that exaggerated the problem. After I learned of Dr. Castillos sterling reputation as a cosmetic surgeon, I asked him for help. He performed a direct neck excision that solved my problem completely. He and his staff answered all my questions and performed their tasks without a single hitch. When it comes to any surgery, the best rule of thumb is to find a surgeon who has done the operation before. Dr. Castillo brings a wealth of experience that allows him to handle any unusual situation with which he is confronted. In my case, he decided that local anesthesia was the best approach given my overall medical condition. My surgery was quick and painless and my recovery time was very short. I had a breast augmentation done with Dr. Castillo March 12, 2019. Dr. Castillo was very patience, understanding and caring. He made sure I was ok and comfortable. I drove 2.5 hours to have this procedure and right back home after. He made sure he followed up with a phone call to me that evening. His nurses Roxanne and Stephanie is amazing. I am post 3weeks and Im healing and feeling my best. Im very happy I decided to have this procedure and that I chose an experience doctor. I was sore for 3 days, up and moving after that. Sadly, I had an experience here I wont soon forget. Dr. Castillo scared me. Have you ever had a Doctor angrily say to you Dont ever do this to me again... ?Thats what happened to me. I went to see this Doctor to remove pieces of my skin that could potentially be or turn cancerous. There were 2 appointments. The first appointment went relatively well where Dr. Castillo agreed to remove 4 areas of concern. At the 2nd appointment, where the removal was to occur, I pointed out 2 other small areas that I had noticed within 3 inches of the original agreed upon removal. One area was raised like another that he thought could potentially be cancerous and we planned to send to a lab for confirmation. I asked him for a medical opinion which I assumed was well within a reasonable ask considering I was already there for this same issue and the location was within just a few inches of the area already being examined/numbed. I had taken the afternoon off work and didnt think it would add more than a couple of minutes to his time and would have paid extra. After numbing the originally agreed upon areas with needle/numbing agent, Dr. Guillermo angrily said Dont ever do this to me again... followed by something to the affect of I dont like feeling pressured into doing things. I was completely taken aback and realized I had just angered the person that was going to be removing parts of my skin. I immediately apologized and said I was sorry that I had offended him. I was so shaken by his reaction of anger by asking what seemed like an innocent question ... his medical opinion... about other areas that may be of concern to him/me. I thought a patient focused Doctor may be helpful/caring. This was definitely not the case. Ive never had a Doctor react in an angry manner towards me. I wanted to go to a plastic surgeon for this because I didnt want a lot of scarring. I read the reviews & I thought Dr. Castillo would treat me respectfully. I was wrong. After I got home, and further thought about what had happened, I realized I hadnt done anything wrong as a patient. I explained what happened to my husband. We called Dr. Castillo to discuss the experience... thinking maybe it was just a bad day for him and he may apologize for/or explain his angry treatment towards me...his patient. That did not happen. In fact, he said to my husband and me that he would react the same way again & he told me I was repeating myself. I just thought other people should at least know about my experience here as reviews can be very helpful. I found it very disappointing that my small request could illicit this kind of an unprofessional reaction from a Doctor. On a positive note, both of the women I interacted with at the office were very professional and caring. Both women were considerate and appear to be there for the right reason... to help their patients.

I recently had a rhinoplasty at this location with Dr. Castillo in January 2019 and I could not understate how swiftly, and effortlessly, the process went. I had great results almost instantly, despite the fact that my nose is still a bit swollen and I won't be able to see the final result for a year. I had everything I'd asked for and that we discussed accomplished and that was my primary hope and goal for this process.Beyond this, I had three additional goals: to find a highly knowledgeable doctor with years of experience, one with a professional staff, and a doctor expert enough to have the surgery as painless as possible (highly important for me, because I have a low pain tolerance).Dr. Castillo met all my expectations, and beyond. My Surgery Journey: Before Surgery (2 years or so ago): I was researching more permanent fixes for the lack of bridge in my nose (I am African-American, female, and it's common for African-Americans/Asians/etc) and I had twice gotten non-surgical procedures with Dr. Castillo just to lengthen my nose and try out the look without anything permanent. I really enjoyed those results and how well he did them, so when it came time to choose a more permanent result, a rhinoplasty, I stuck with Dr. Castillo because I knew he had the experience and ability to give me the results I wanted. Also, his staff was incredibly kind and flexible, which was a bonus.Day of Surgery (January 2019):I arrived for my surgery and was instantly put at ease with how well the anesthesiologist inserted the IV painlessly (again, I have a very low pain tolerance) and how friendly and competent he was. By the time everything settled in, I expected to wake up with pain and immense discomfort because I had had an implant inserted in my nose. (No visible cuts or scars, at all!)Post-Surgery:By the time I woke up, I was completely without pain. I didn't even need to take Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or Advil even once during my recovery. On a pain-level it was a 0. The only discomfort was having to breathe through my nose, needing to stay home during recovery, and not being able to wash my hair and face as of yet, which is to be expected and highly doable for the week.I drove 3 hours to have Dr. Castillo as my doctor and it was well worth the trip and finances. I highly recommend him for rhinoplasty, it is painless, highly doable, and with a very professional staff.

I had a previous a brachiplasty by another doctor and didn't get the results I wanted. So I found Dr. Castillo to do a possible revision for me. He suggested doing a Brachioplasty with Arm Liposculpture to get the results I was hoping for. My first visit with him was great. He is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. He explained the procedure in terms I understood, what to expect before and after, and he listened to my concerns. My arms turned out great, I couldn't be happier. His staff is awesome as well! The after care and followup phone calls by him and his nurse were phenomenal. If I have any further concerns, I know they will be willing to help anyway they can. I would recommend Dr Castillo to anyone wanting a cosmetic procedure.

I had lipsuction for my stomach and eventually, also laser facial resurfacing.Dr. Castillo explained in detail what to expect and how to best take care of myself after surgery. My results from both surgeries met my expectations, and I was thrilled with the results. It took several years of thinking before I did either one, plus I did extensive research about both procedures and finally chose a surgeon. There is no doubt that I made the right choice. Another benefit is that there is great support from the staff. If I decide to undergo another procedure in the future, Dr. Castillo will definitely be my choice.

READ THIS IMPORTANT: I don't even have words to explain what I've been through. It's a nightmare! I went to Dr Castillo after meeting with several other liposuction doctors in the area. I had an adverse reaction to Coolsculpting called Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia or PAH. Its where the fat cells freeze (like they're supposed to) but then never breakdown and leave your system. They form hardened fat tissue where the Coolsculpting suctions were placed. Anyway, Dr. Castillo assured me he could correct the issue and even put it in writing! I decided to use him because of his previous years of experience, but that was a mistake. The liposuction that he performed didn't correct a single thing; it didn't even make measurement changes on my body. My waist circumference never went down even a centimetre and I have hard spots that never went away, which Dr. Castillo said was 'normal'! No worries, i figured it would go down over time. It's almost a year later and ZERO changes. Then to top off the $7,000 I wasted using him; I was working with the company that owns Coolsculpting and they simply wanted Dr Castillo to acknowledge that I came to him for correcting the PAH. A simple sentence in writing so they could fully reimburse me and find me another doctor to help me, since Dr Castillo didn't. But Dr. Castillo couldn't even write on my behalf a simple one line sentence on the entire reason I came to him originally, the same thing he took my money to treat, he ignored in the end. He sent a pre-examination letter to Coolsculpting stating I had Lipo-dysmorphia. Which is only possible if you get LIPOSUCTION, not COOLSCULPTING. Save your money, do your research, if you get a bad feeling anywhere you go, trust your gut and go somewhere else. My body is ruined after coolsculpting and now bad liposuction, I'm out of a lot of money and if I could go back in time, I would have never called Dr. Castillo's office.
