Hello! I am 2 weeks post-op and so far I am in live with my results! The staff has been so caring and amazing, my procedure went smoothly, and every day I am noticing how much my body is getting better and better. I had lost 104 pounds multiple times, and nothing I did got rid of the excess fat and skin. I researched for many years, and Sono Bello really was the way for me. During my consultation with Kat, I knew what I needed, and she was wonderful. Amber was just as great, and she was at the front desk. Super sweet people. There was one little issue at my initial pre-op, and that was my blood pressure. It was way too high, and I didn't have a handle on it. Dr. Flagg denied my procedure, and would not go further until I got it under control. If it weren't for him, and being so adamant on fixing my health, I would not be where I am today. I ended up getting the TriSculpt E/X as well, and that alone has changed my life. Your staff actually cares, and I can not be more grateful. I am so excited to see where this takes me, because Sono Bello gave me a life I never had before, but always worked towards and dreamed of. I can't wait to get back in the gym, and make my results even better! There's so much more to come, and I am so happy! Thank you!!

I had a consultation with Kat and it was wonderful! Her personality was great and she was very knowledgeable on all the areas of treatment I inquired about. She was not trying to push to hard or over sell and pressure me into making a decision on the spot. And she gave me realistic expectations for my troubled areas. I've been athletic all my life, but after a surgery on my ankle and having two kids, I had gained a considerable amount of weight over 3 years. I have my lower belly pouch (after having kids) that I really wanted to get rid of and other areas and laser lipo seems like the ideal procedure. The containers of fat thats filled when being removed are considerably Huge!!! Equivalent to a 3 liter of Soda. That's alot of fat removed! The cost is a little pricey but considering all the fat that is removed in one procedure, you get what you pay for! I feel really comfortable about moving forward with getting Laser Lipo at Sono Bello.

I scheduled a consultation at sono bello after having a bit of a not so great experience elsewhere a few months back. Booking the consult was easy. They were flexible on times which was great! I walked in a bit skeptical and nervous, but I was greeted by the receptionist when I came in. She was friendly. I had to fill out some paperwork which was fine. I liked that they had a short questionnaire to get to know you on a more personal level which I thought was sweet. I didnt have to wait long before Kat the consultant came out and greeted me with a warm smile. (She looks so great btw. Get it girl) we went into a private office and she asked a few questions. Showed me some before and after pictures. Told me a bit about herself and her story. She explained what to expect step by step. Pre op, op and post op. She was so helpful and delightful. Was honest and sincere. She made me feel comfortable and told me exactly what it was that i needed and what I didnt need to give me the best results. Went through payment options and financing with me. Made sure Id be able to get my moneys worth. I appreciated that. Although I couldnt commit to the procedure at the moment. When Im ready Ill definitely have solo bello help give me my confidence back! Such a wonderful experience. Overall 5 stars.

I love my results. My doctor was wonderful. But, similar to others, I have not had good results with the rest of the staff. After my initial consultation, the high pressure sales tactics started. I did manage to negotiate a 4 grand discount by holding out. The doctor at my pro-op appointment told me I should have been getting a full fledged tummy tuck versus liposuction, but I had already paid, so there was obviously no talk of a refund. The person doing consultations is apparently commission based and has no medical background whatsoever.Every appointment has been long wait times and always a call to either move it earlier or later in the day. Today's appointment didn't have that, and then I figured out why - they failed to actually record my appointment. I was told they'd 'work me in right away.'. I left an hour later.Long story short, I love that I can now wear any shirt I want and not worry about my spare tire. I wouldn't have paid 11 grand, but the price I did negotiate worked for me. Initially I had rated this place a 3. But both times that I have brought an issue to their attention, I received a prompt follow up phone call and a quick resolution. Because of the quick attention my issues got, I am raising it to a 4. Both of my situations were avoidable, but I did appreciate the follow up.

Very unsatisfied. Please do your homework more thoroughly than I did. For the money I spent and the pain I went through, the results were not worth it. Plus, the one area I was most concerned never changed, the consultant was uninformed and only cared about the sale. I couldn't afford to add another body section to my revision so I sit with double the pain and half the results. Make sure to talk to a doctor before you pay and sign ANYTHING. Don't be nave like me

Had a lower face lift by Dr. Kagan in May of 2016. Not at all happy with the results. I was told they would call me back but they blew me off. I was told the results would get better and better and they just got worse. Everything fell. I still have double chins and droopy mouth. On top of that Dr. Kagan damaged blood vessels when he cut by my ear. I had to finally have surgery to repair it. That was $107,000 just for the overnight hospital stay in NIC unit. My advice is stay away. They got my money thats all they want. I might as well as flushed it down the toilet

It has been almost a year since having my procedure............. Right off the bat it was frustrating dealing with a salesman rather than a medical professional but I still decided to move forward. They have many Dr's to choose from but how do you decide when there isn't an opportunity to meet them until after you pay. Dr Flagg was fine enough but he really put a lot of fear into me with his description of how painful it was going to be after the procedure. Because of that I was terrified and in tears the day of. While I understand they have to prepare you for pain he was out of line I felt. The procedure itself was fine. There was almost no discomfort during and after there was pain (as expected) but after 48 hours I hardly had to take the pain medication given. Sonobello is great with the email updates so you know what to expect. I had a few concerns within two weeks after that was addressed in one of the updates so it put my mind at ease. Now for the results............. There are indeed results. Unfortunately my lower abdomen was left a little sloppy! (not sure of a better word for it.) At my 3mo. visit I voiced concerns to Dr Flagg about indents on the lower left and right side of my abdomen as well as what seems like a pocket of fat in the center. He acknowledged it appeared more was taken from those two spots and that other areas could have had a little more taken. In regards to the 'fat pocket' he assured me it was just skin. I don't buy it. He suggested loosing a little more weight and coming back for 6mo visit so we can discuss our options from there. My visit was delayed a bit on my end for personal reasons but when I was finally able to make it in I only saw a nurse. Nothing was mentioned about my previous visit until I told her I was still insecure about the blemishes on my stomach and wanted to discuss options like we had talked about last time. She told me I had to schedule another visit........... Now I live and hour away and was a bit irritated because I was already expecting to talk with Dr Flagg but the front desk staff informed me policy had changed and you no longer saw Dr at 6mo. It would have been nice for someone to pass that information along or maybe just set that policy for those they scheduled after the change was made. I scheduled another appointment and politely voiced my disappointment with having to come again and was simply told 'at least we are getting you another one' Unfortunately I couldn't make the morning appt because of an ice storm and i am not sure how interested i am in making another one. Customer service does not seem to be a priority once they have your money. I am more insecure now and disappointed. Was really hoping to have a plan in place to 'fix' my stomach after that last visit. Was really looking forward to being one of the good reviews for readers and I just can't give one.

Ms. Jenny Manroori was very unprofessional when I spoke with her on the phone regarding canceling my procedure she hung up on me when I was speaking to her. I attempted to call her and I email her to inform her that I wanted to cancel my procedure but she never responded. This individual is unprofessional and she continued to tell me that my deposit was nonrefundable, during our meeting she never informed me that my deposit was not refundable, she was very abrupt and said ' I did inform you and I'm not going to argue with you' I stated that I was not arguing with her I wanted to be heard as regarding to the fact that I wasn't informed verbally as she said.

A couple of reviewer's said that they didn't care about the patients all they wanted was money and they felt pressured to make an appointment. that has not been my experience at all. they were very knowledgeable. I had my consultation with Angela Shouldice. she was very honest and frank with me and she also gave me options and advice on how to lose some of my belly fat. She seem to really care about me and wasn't trying to force me or even encourage me into getting liposuction.

THE PROCEDURE ITSELF WASNT PAINFUL BUT I WANT YOU TO KNOW BEFORE GOING IN , AFTER CARE IS PAINFUL , DWOLLEN, CONFINED IN A GARMENT (FOR 6 MONRHS) YOU STAY NUMB FOR UP TO A YEAR , PAINFUL AT INCISIONS SITES .. ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS AND IM SO VERY DISAPPOINTED . I LITERALLY CRY WHEN I SEE MY STOMACH AND FEEL SO STUPID FOR FALLING FOR THIS TOTAL SCAM.
