I think when the medical professional ends an appointment with the comment 'are we done?' is a great indication the lack of care they give their clients during an appointment. Maybe if they provided more information, I wouldn't need to ask questions but I thought that was the purpose of an appointment. After the biopsy, I was sent home with no follow up info. I called to ask about results and was informed my dissolvable stitches were not those type. I made an appointment to have them removed only to find out after I got there, my appointment was at a different office. No apology when I drive an hour away. And then it was made very clear that they didn't want to care for me and were annoyed. So I just want others to know before you choose them.

Unfortunately, I am leaving a bad review. I want to help others before they waste their money like I did. We went in before our appointment time, waited over 45 minutes before my 1.5 year old son was taking back for his appointment. Staff was very short and unfriendly. Doctor was friendly enough, but also quick and not very thorough in my opinion. Not only this, they overcharged us, I did not realize this until my insurance reached out saying to expect a refund. I have not received one yet, I have reached out to the office on multiple occasions with no response. also the prescription they prescribe for my son was over six hundred dollars. They told me if it cost too much I could come back into their office and buy there in-house cream which was close to $60. Which seems crazy because i pay a lot for good insurance. I decided to go to a different dermatologist who gave us a prescription that cost us nothing. I feel like this place is out for people's money

Dr J and Jennifer, these two have been fantastic for the past few years. I am an unusual patient as I travel extensively in my occupation and do not always know when I am in the Chicago area.
