I loved this place. The consult beforehand is excellent - they get to know you and what youre looking for results wise. Botox pricing is very fair. Lovely staff. Facility is extremely clean and they are taking all necessary COVID-related precautions.

Dr Lu and everyone at Ritacca is fantastic to work with. I had a surgical procedure performed by Dr Lu back in 06/2019. He is very professional and technical. He is is an artist in the cosmetic surgery profession! I have seen and had procedures with other doctors and can tell you now I will only go to Dr Lu! I must also praise two of his staff members. Anayeli and Katie. They helped through the process. Starting with the initial consultations and all my follow up visits. I can't thank them enough!!! My scars have healed not very visible which shows how good of a surgeon Dr Lu is....

She was very knowledgeable and professional, and when I reflect on every visit with any of the doctors or service providers, every single one has been wonderful. Very consistent. From beginning to end, Dr Lu and his staff have made my experience one to remember. Kate, Martiza, every staff person I have encountered was beyond a 5 star. I was extremely nervous about having a breast reduction and I had a million questions, I began to think they were open 24 hrs, because someone was always available to assist me with my questions and concerns. From Pre-op to Post-Op, to my follow up appointments, Im still very comfortable and I am beyond satisfied with my decision and the outcome is phenomenal! Dr. Lu is an artist, Kate is Outstanding and the ladies in the office bring so much comfort and ease with their great energy/vibes and always greeting you with smiles. Their follow up game is amazing! You will never have to worry about leaving messages or having questions without getting a call back. I said all this to say, if your looking for a great staff/ team to help you decide and conquer your goals...this is the place! I wish I could post pictures..Hes just that good!

I want to review Dawn Davidson in particular. Dawn started me (a 60plus year old woman) on fillers a little over a year ago. She believes in going slowly so you don't look 'plastic' and still look natural. I'm semi-retired. About 9 months into my treatments, professional colleagues started commenting that I looked 'so relaxed', 'retirement agrees with you' and that they liked my hair longer. Many went on and on about how great I look since I retired. I am completely certain that the 'relaxed' look is the lack of lines between my brows (Botox) and the fact that Dawn has filled my 'frown lines' (from mouth to chin) which gave me the angry/sad look. Thank you Dawn for making sure I improved with age!

The staff at Ritacca is always friendly and helpful. I interact mostly with Taylor, Daisy and Jen. All three ladies are great to be around and very professional. The treatments I receive are by Jen. Ive benefited from BBLs, hydro facials, and other treatments. Jen designed a plan to reduce dark spots on my face and the reduction is very noticeable. She is detailed and very knowledgeable. She stays informed about the latest treatments and products.

Jacque Vaynberg was my clinician and I thank her for all excellent work she has done to eradicate my cosmetic issue that I have been dealing with for years! I made an appointment for a consult on 9/16/19. I came in and was fortunate to meet with Lindsey. I am a 64 yr old woman who has been lucky to have good skin. I didn't start to develop lines around my mouth until I was 62 after an anaphylactic to a med that literally cracked my skin. I asked Lindsey what I could do. She told me about your practice and the options I had. She explained everything in detail, prices of procedures and products, and told me what I could start with first. She was knowledgeable, personable and beautiful inside as well as outside. I purchased products of which she explained on detail how to use. She put me at ease and made me feel hopeful. I plan to have some of these procedures done. You had better hang on to this young lady. All of the staff were helpful and kind. Thank you all very muvh, especially LindseyI have since been to Ritacca Laser twice, both times I was seen by Dr Ritacca himself. I also was fortunate to be seen by 2 estheticians, Jackie and MaryRose. Both women put me very at ease, took photos, and explained to me what wad going to be done re: Botox. They both suggested skin care products I should use. I must say I loved Dr Ritacca. He was very gentle with me in giving me the Botox and told me what he could do for me, and explained the costs. I am now going to have filler done to the areas of my face needed and I only want Dr Ritacca to do this. I need another procedure done, something Dr R. specializes in and I plan to have this done also. I have every faith in him.I have every faith in this staff from Ritacca Laser, everyone from the person who checks me in, to the great estheticians I've been blessed to have, and Dr Ritacca himself.The skin care products are marvelous and I finally got real retinol, something I so wanted.The staff are kind, informative, and explain everything. Dr. Ritacca is the best and I'm fortunate to have found him esp given my special circumstance. Thank you Lindsay, Jackie, Mary Rose, Dr. Ritacca and all of your staff. Both procedures have produced great results so far with no discomfort. I look forward to my future visits and will let you know what my end result is.I'll say that just after two laser treatment on my tattoo it's nearly gone in some areas in significantly faded in others.It's definitely worth the drive to know you're in good hands that can deliver great results.

I went in with a certain amount I wanted to spend. I told Robin, the assistant that got me prepped, how much and she was excellent. She didn't pressure me, she made me feel very comfortable. She checked on me and also gave me a follow up call. I had a wonderful experience. The person, Dawn, that did the filler and botox, did an excellent job. I feel like I look exactly how I expected. I would highly recommend them.

I had been going to Ritacca Medspa for a couple of years (early 2013 to early 2015) for Botox and Filler, mostly for my forehead and the area between my eyes. The office is very clean, modern yet welcoming. The front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. Eva was the esthetician who always treated me. She was really great; respectful, patient, knowledgable, took her time and never pushed me to buy products or extra services. Unfortunately Eva left the center in mid-2015. I would have given Medspa 5 stars, but because of my last treatment with Dr. Ritacca, who filled in for Eva, I can only give 3 stars. And I never went back. See next review for more information.
