Triste is the ultimate professional and is so knowledgeable and good at what she does that I drive 2 1/2 hours to see her and wouldnt think of going to anyone else. In addition she is friendly and funny. Also, Alyssa was extremely nice at the front desk too. Wonderful experience!

Dr. Winslow is an amazing woman - head surgeon in Washington DC, for the military and soldiers getting their faces blown off oversees, for the White House (!), and now in Indy for her family (and us). So cool, and kind and listens well. Triste is awesome - informative, gives it to you straight with your interests in mind, even if it means down-selling, and shes one of the most positive bubbly people Ive met. If youve never done anything, she helps take away any insecurities when answering questions, while still reminding you youre beautiful. During open houses she is almost always fully booked, but still has time to greet you with a hug and make time for consults. Even all the front desk people are really kind and authentic.

Outstanding experience with Dr. Winslow and her entire staff. I appreciate the surgeons vast experience and her prompt response when I needed to contact her in the very early morning hours. I got a nose procedure done about 2.5 years ago, but its unfortunately just as crooked as it was before. The profile view was fixed, which Im pleased with, but the head-on view was not. I was waiting to write a review, hoping the ongoing healing process was the reason for the crookedness. But its hard to believe that the complications alone wouldve left it like this. I cant help but to think it wasnt done properly to some degree. Additionally, I previously received a somewhat aggressive email from the doctor after she thought she read a bad review from me. She admitted to having the wrong person and tried to make it right, which I appreciated, but I wasnt interested in what she was offering at the time. I was confused and shaken when she confronted me, but she was ultimately apologetic.

Everyone was very nice and helpful! Dr. Winslow did a great job on my neck lift. I am 2 weeks post surgery and still a ways to go before finished result but I like results so far.

Dr. Winslow was not accessible - could only go through staff when there was an issue. Im very dissatisfied with my results and wish I had never done the procedures. Wasted money I could have used elsewhere

Erin Lyons is an absolutely amazing injector. She has always done a fantastic job with my fillers and I absolutely love what she has done with my lips. She has an unbelievable way of sculpting the face to look very natural and refreshed. I have never walked away unhappy. I highly recommend her services!!!!

My initial assessment was 1 star due mostly to one of the staff that worked there (no longer does), CareCredit and charging a fee on this card without even scheduling surgery. My assessment had nothing to do with Dr. Winslow. In fact, when I met Dr. Winslow a few years ago, I found her to be kind and knowledgeable. After Dr. Winslow was made aware of this situation last week, she immediately rectified the issue and paid me back for those charges. Wow. I was completely shocked by her commitment to great service. I now retract my initial assessment and give her 5 stars.

I am planning to attend one of her lovely social functions to see what I can do to make my 63 year old face look like a beautiful 63 year old face.I had a face lift done by her and it lasted for 10 years. It has been a year since my procedure with Dr. Winslow, and I couldn't be happier! The staff is always friendly - especially front office and Triste. Dr. Winslow's work is exceptional. I had nose surgery a couple years ago. The people were very friendly but the results were not what I was expecting. I chose Dr. Winslow because she guaranteed her results. A year after the surgery, the results were not what I expected and she said she would touch it up or perform a follow up procedure at no charge except for the costs of the surgery room. Sounded great but the costs of the room were $1000.

I can't believe some of these negative reviews I had a cyst next to my eye removed several years ago and you can't even tell now, my daughter has the same thing by her eye and we plan on getting it removed by Dr. Winslow and would never even consider taking her anywhere else. Dr. Winslow is amazing.

Winslow gave me the care that I needed. I was in an accident where a ceiling collapsed on my face and they got me in for surgery within 48 hours of the accident. I am so thankful for Dr. Winslow and the staff for getting me in so quickly.

I searched high and low for a facial plastic surgeon and finally found Dr. Catherine Winslow. At age 50, Dr. Winslow gave me back a matured version of the pretty face I had in High School, perhaps what I would have looked like IF I had not gone through massive weight gain and massive weight loss. I am over the money delighted with my results, her skills and compassion and care, and the wonderful treatment that I always receive from her practice. I love Dr. Winslow and her staff.

I paid $600 to get vollure lip fillers. I was told this was even a better option than the juvederm and would stay longer. Right away there was some swelling, and by the end of the week that had worn off, and my lips were back to the same size as before I got injected. I made an appointment again, they took after pictures of my lips, and I was talked to like a child and told it must be my body. And I was given 2 units of Botox (was told it would be just $20, while she was already preparing the Botox- ended up paying $24- for what? I have no idea) and I was sent on my way.I then emailed that same day asking to be sent my before and after photos. 2 weeks later, still no reply. I called this morning, and finally received my pictures. Unfortunately these just further show what I thought- no difference in my lips. Zero. I would include the photos in this review if it would let me. I am extremely disappointed in these fillers. I feel like something was not done right. 1 week later my lips should not look the exact same as they did before the filler. $600 WASTED unfortunately. Its upsetting because not only was I expecting more, but my family all came to Winslow as well. Will not be returning. Dont waste your money like I did! Also could be helpful to mention- originally my card was charged TWICE for the $600! $1200!! It got worked out, but it sent that account into under the minimum allowed balance and I had to pay $15 to the bank. More and more money wasted!!
