EVERYONE is so nice, very professional. Their care is 10+. Dr. Chernoffs mannerisms and expertise in cosmetic surgery procedures is off the chart. They have such a wide array of procedures available and pictures of such patients results says it all...EXCELLENT! I will miss seeing the office staff team after my post care. I am certain I will go to Chernoff if ever I want any more procedures performed.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chernoff and his team! I was bit in the face by my dog and was missing about half of my upper lip. After a long day of doctor visits and phone calls I finally found Dr. Chernoff. He was the only doctor I saw that made me feel like this could not only be fixed but that eventually I would look like myself again. Almost immediately after walking into his office I felt relieved. I had to make a quick decision about my surgery and he and his staff couldn't have been more kind and patient. They stayed late going over every single detail, answering every question and showing every picture that related to my case. I have honestly never been treated with more care and compassion. That treatment has continued at every follow up visit I have had. Dr. Chernoff's optimism and positivity during my recovery has been incredible as well! I hope if you or someone you know finds themselves in a similar situation you will consider Dr. Chernoff. I know I couldn't have found a better team of people to help me!

This review isn't about the treatment, it is about the price. I was quoted $500 to do a scar on the back of my thigh. It was increased $150 due to the size. The size was no larger than if I had my whole face done. I had one session that took 10 minutes for $500 dollars. There is another place in Carmel that has the same laser for$150 per session. I cancelled the next session and will be seeking treatment for$150. It is the exact same laser. Do your research is my suggestion.

My family will forever be grateful to Dr. Chernoff for his help, compassion and incredible talent. We had a family emergency this week when my son's fiance was bitten by a dog and lost the upper half of her lip. She needed surgery quickly, and our search of area plastic surgeons went nowhere until we met with Dr. Chernoff. He was the only physician that felt he could restore her smile to where it had been. He fit her into his booked schedule, and his care and concern for her is something I have never experienced in my 57 years. The surgery was an amazing success, and the care and compassion for her continues. His team has been a life send as well. It is now 3 months out and I am tremendously happy! Dr. Chernoff and his staff explained the procedure in great detail prior, took exceptional care during (the anesthesiologist made the procedure just a pleasant dream), saw me EVERY DAY for 5 days after to make sure I was ok, and were extraordinarily kind during the healing time visits. Corinne was so so patient with my endless questions. Such a positive experience. I cannot give a higher recommendation!

Wow what a wonderful first two visits at Dr Chernoff's office. I met with Nurse Julie to speak about lasers and she was so knowledgeable in her explanation of which laser will be appropriate for my pigmentation and how it works. Very thorough, very sweet. She also recommended I do a Hydrofacial. So the next day I set up a facial with Ella. Another wow! Ella was also very sweet, informative of the hydrofacial process, products that make up the facial and would let me know what was happening each step of the way. The best part is I really needed a super deep cleaning as my pores were clogged and I had many Milia and blackheads. Ella did one of the best cleanings I've had! I couldn't believe it and realized the fluffy spas I was going to in the past would just push me through the conveyor belt of facials without taking the time to really be thorough. Thank you Ella and thank you Nurse Julie!

Afraid of cosmetic surgery? Well, didn't you pierce your ear, or wear braces or various other 'things' we girls do to look better? YES, it can be expensive but it is an investment in YOU! I have been a patient for almost 20 years having various procedures from face lift, eye lift and laser skin treatments. I am looking at 70 at the end of 2017 and I can pass for 50 something. You can workout and eat healthy and keep up your cardio, but your face will still sag if you have my kind of skin. I have found Dr. Chernoff to be not only competent, professional, artistic but also very caring. He has a good staff. Valerie is great on the laser and Samantha gives the best facials that I have ever had! Having had my children late, it is important for me to have a youthful 'Grammy' appearance. Their office offers a variety of services and in the scheme of things, well worth the financial investment. I won't lie, depending on what you have done, recovery requires a positive outlook but I could not be happier. Kudos to Dr. Chernoff!!

Dr. Chernoff was the second surgeon I went to visit for a consultation. The first surgeon I had visited was nice and had great reviews, but I felt there was just something missing. From the moment I walked into Chernoff and Associates, I knew it was going to be a good fit. His entire staff beautifully fulfill their roles with confidence, knowledge and kindness. On the same token for Dr. Chernoff, I've never met a surgeon who exudes such an incredible bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable and gentle, as well as will give you his honest medical opinion. Right before I went into surgery last week, he gently touched my hand and said he would take just as good of care of me as he would his own family member. He and his staff have proved that to me 200%. A wonderful experience!

I'm an active 69 year old man with youthful interests and activities. I was tired of seeing an old face in the mirror with turkey neck, jowls, etc. and of people treating me like an old person. It was about both looking better and younger. Dr. Chernoff did a great job of both the surgery and the post-op. treatment.Dr. Chernoff has been doing reconstructive and cosmetic surgery for over 25 years. He is very skilled and extremely fussy about his work. I had a complete neck and face lift 10 days ago. Bruising and swelling aside, I already look at least 15 years younger. Since my surgery, either he or his nurse / office manager, Julie, have seen me every day, including Saturdays and Sundays. They are both totally dedicated to their patients and, besides doing all the right things clinically, they also make you feel like you are really being looked after. Very displeased about a procedure I had on my stomach. I have consulted with plastic surgeons to see if they can fix it. They all indicate that you need to see a very good credentialed doctor that doesnt loose concentration during the procedure. I thought Dr. Chernoff was 3 times board certified. Before finding Dr Chernoff's office, I had visited another very well-known Indy cosmetic surgery provider for some appearance concerns I had; she gave no real consultation, just informed me 'this is what we'd do for that concern; --do you want to do that?? ' ; that was pretty much the extent of my 'consultation'; her front desk receptionist actually provided more information and answered more questions than the provider did.Being very dissatisfied (and unsure) with that (rather expensive) result from the provider mentioned above, I sought out Dr Chernoff for alternatives and thank God I did !!Dr Chernoff (amazingly) corrected the previous providers improperly administered Botox (which was improperly injected and way overdone) and likewise with the filler (also improperly performed). Dr Chernoff casually and patiently explained to me the underlying causes and what treatment options that were available (pros and cons to each of the options) to address my concerns. He took the time to get to know me and to insure I felt comfortably informed of the various options presented.His staff also expertly navigated me through the other decision-making (timing, scheduling, available financing if desired, pre- /post- procedure options and expectations) in a very personable, professional, and friendly (no-nonsense, no-pretense) manner. Dr Chernoff and his staff truly go above and beyond in making sure all goes well (especially post-procedure, where they keep on constant contact and followup with every patient to insure you're doing well); it's obvious that he and his staff genuinely care about you, and the support and services that they provide to every patient.If you're considering any procedure (non-surgical or otherwise) I highly recommend a visit with Dr Chernoff;you will find his experience (triple board certified, unlike most in town), expert results, professionalism, friendliness, and genuine concern far above other Indy cosmetic surgery providers.If any additional 'appearance' concerns arise, it will be Dr Chernoff and his office I reach out to first.Thank you again, Dr Chernoff.

I had a Hydra Facial at this place and the procedure has to take place for 45 mins, But the doctor has finished it in less than 20 mins. It was just like a jet speed and the job is not done in a satisfactory way.My main concern was to remove the black and white which were are all on my face and, there were just 20% of it were extracted. And spending that high amount for it was not given the proper service that I went for. I am disappointed.

If I could afford a full facelift I would ONLY choose Dr. Chernoff and his incredible staff, particularly Julie. I have been going to them for over 15 years. I have had an upper eye job over 15 years ago. Excellent, subtle results that are still visible. Botox, fillers, facials, laser -light treatments, and numerous 'I wish I could' consultations over the years convinced me Dr. Chernoff, Nurse Practioner Julie and his entire team are the epitomy of medical professionals. Gifted, knowledgeable and caring. No matter how little you get done or what it costs, they make you feel like you are their only patient.
