This mom needed a little freshening up on a body that blessed her with being able to bring two healthy baby girls into the world. While I thank my body for all it allowed me to do... pregnancy certainly took a toll on it..and I am so thankful that Dr. Platis worked his magic and allowed me to feel confident in my own skin again. Hands down ( and also butt lifted and tummy tucked) the best decision I ever made. He worked wonders for body and my self-esteem and made the process so easy and comfortable. I had a tummy tuck and liposuction in June 2019 and it was the best decision I've ever made! My results actually far exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy with my results. I went from a size 12/14 to a size 6/8. Aside from Dr. Platis's excellent reviews, one of the other reasons I chose him for my surgery was that I wouldn't need drains after surgery. My recovery went better than I thought as well. I can't say enough about Dr. Platis and his wonderful staff. Best decision ever!

I literally just got my surgery today and was so nervous. They make you so comfortable and they are extremely professional. They even let me bring my five month old son back for a kiss on the cheek before I went under to make me feel better. Woke up with minimal pain and I feel great. Its been about six hours maybe? I got breast implants. Dr Platis and his staff are seriously great and they are so wonderful with the job they do too! Highly recommending him!

I first met Dr. Platis in 2008, after seeing his advertisement in a local NW Indiana medical magazine. He was being endorsed by none other than Dr. Phil, saying he was the leading surgeon in the Chicago area. We lived in NW Indiana so his Merrillville office was convenient for me. Made my appointment and was totally impressed with him. My first surgery was breast reduction and full tummy tuck. At age 55, my friends told me he created a masterpiece; that I had the body of an 18 year old. It was extensive surgery, but the recovery went very well. Dr. Platis truly is a contour specialist. Fast forward to January, 2013, We have now retired in Florida, I'm 60 and my breasts had grown again! I've had multiple injuries to my neck and shoulder with surgeries involved and really needed to do a reduction again. I met with a local surgeon but didn't have the level of confidence with him that I had with Dr. Platis. My husband was totally supportive with me having the surgery with Dr. Platis in Indiana again. Within two weeks of definitely making the decision, I had the breast reduction surgery again. I am six days out now from surgery, and again, the doctor is just phenomenal with his talent. I don't care where you live, see Dr. Platis first. It really can be easy traveling to Chicago to see him, have surgery and go home. His patient coordinator, Kate, is exceptional in helping with whatever your needs are to get there and make your surgery happen! They are quite a team!

Dr. Platis is very kind and caring and will recommend procedures that result in the most natural look. I have been a patient for over 10 years and have had laser skin resurfacing and facial fat grafting plus Botox and Restalyne injections. Dr. Platis keeps me looking vibrant and more youthful than my 63 years; I wouldn't trust my face to anyone else.
