I liked the nurses. My concern was billing. I received a bill for $100 and paid it the same day. 2-7-2020 I got another bill. There was nothing to indicate what I had paid and the balance due was $100. Bill is dated 2-7-2020 and I received it 2-11-2020 and it was marked Past Due!! I did call to check otherwise I probably would have ignored it thinking it was paid. Not very efficient and to have it marked past due was wrong. Probably would not have went there but my provider could do the surgery sooner there.

It's definitely the most economical place to have surgery, but don't do anything here that is serious. Surgeries that have a high risk of complications, or if you are a patient that has a high risk of complications, go to the hospital and pay the extra money for peace of mind. But, for quick, routine surgeries, it's certainly fine. It doesn't always look the cleanest (lobby, etc) but it's fine.

I have accompanied my husband to this facility many times for procedures and the care has been excellent. Today I was the patient and have nothing but good things to say. Parking is convenient . The staff from the check in person, to the nurses, the techs and to the doctor, everyone was highly professional and personable. The explanations of every thing that was happening was done thoroughly and I was asked many times if I had questions. All of these things made me confident I was in good hands. Cant say enough about this place. I will continue to recommend the facility to anyone needing services.

I had surgery here last Wednesday by Dr McBride and the staff here was great. I apologize I don't remember names, but from the employee who was at the reception desk to the nurses and anesthesiologist that provided care that day, I really appreciate it. Thank you very much for making something not so pleasant much easier to deal with!

My daughter had a procedure performed here. The staff was very curious, and the nurses were very helpful. This was a first time here, and we were able to get here without any issues, and we had very close parking. It seemed like a different env compared to other placed, but for this small procedure, I was very happy

What an awesome facility! Very professional, courteous, excellent care! Parking was easy peasy and just a quiet atmosphere. Plus, it is cheaper then the hospital outpatient service! Check it out and you will be pleasantly surprised!

Very impressive outpatient facility! From check-in to the follow up call the next day I had friendly staff! When I called with a question on my bill they were very helpful explaining my benefits to me! I highly recommend this state of the art surgical facility- best the Cedar Rapids and surrounding area has to offer!

Billing manager was less than helpful or nice. Anethesiologist poked his head in the door dressed in street clothes and said he couldn't leave early till the patient was walking. End of day and felt like we were rushed to get us out of there.

This place is a joke, I'm not impressed at all. Communication is nonexistent, right hand don't know what the left one is doing. Sat me in a room to wait for my girlfriends surgery to be finished and never checked in with me. Brought her back and the nurses maybe said a word to me. Got her something to drink then just left, didn't offer me anything or tell me what we're waiting for. And I still sit here, parched, no idea what we're waiting on, guess is none of my business. Highly unprofessional, unfriendly, and uncomfortable experience.

These people are crooks as far as I'm concerned watch out St Luke's will send u over here we had a endoscopy, never go here go to uihc if u want quality caring health care, they rushed us in, rushed the procedure and rushed us out like we were cattle escaped from our grazing pasture...also never called us never gave us any testing results the week after...smh

Poor communication skills. These people are doctors. They are retards and pretend not to be.
