You cannot find professional and knowledgable staff. They are compassionate and relatable. As far as surgeons you should never go to someone who does everything because that means that they do everything mediocre. Instead they should have things they specialize in as they do at Bergman. I have undergone 4 surgeries with beautiful results as well as many injections without anyone being aware that I have had anything done.

I live out of town and was scheduled for a second surgery with Dr. Bergman on Friday, June 21st. On the afternoon of Monday, June 17th I got a call from Kerry, the sceduler, that Dr. Bergman was canceling my surgery. I was to leave at 9 am the next morning. At first, they were going to reschedule for August until the next call it was September. The third call by the office manager was stating that Dr. Bergman didn't feel he could achieve the results desired. Did I mention that they had previously move my surgery up a week prior to this mess! When I mentioned that they had waited beyond the time for me to cancel any reservations for refunds, they didn't seem to be concerned. I have requested a letter explaining this situation numerous times from the office manager and have yet to receive said letter. Due to no proof of cancelation from the physician, I have lost the money for my reservations/travel. I chose to come back to Dr. Bergman in November because he had performed my first surgeries back in '97 and '99. I am very disappointed that he didn't care enough to contact me himself regarding this. Obviously, he has lost the professionalism that he once had. Unfortunately, I would not recommend any one to his office due to the lack of caring for patients. Calls are never returned and things are never followed through.

Out of no where now dealing with charge from them never sent through insurance from 2012 that they sent to collection agency! Never received any correspondence! Legally advise given and now will be having surprise for them! Doctor was great btw so will not say his fault but whoever did this isn't gunna reflect well for company!
