The level of unprofessionalism with this office is beyond the pale. Here's a list of my experiences at the Keokuk office:I've had several appointments with this office and have yet to have them open their doors on time. Almost every other patient that I saw go in and out of this office said the same thing. I mean, when you are waiting to get seen at an office and people have been waiting outside the office for the door to open for 30+ minutes, you get a grumbly crowd. The equipment has been greasy, dirty and some of it crusted with makeup when I've been in this office.They dilated my eyes -multiple- times and then the next time I came in -multiple times- admitted that they had done something wrong... not enough drops etc, and had to do it over, which takes -6 Hours- to wear off. When getting my appointment rescheduled they scheduled me for the day After my surgery. I had to correct that error too.The office staff is loud. The office is dingy. If you have an appointment with these folks, do yourself a favor and talk to your primary physician and get a referral elsewhere. I did.
