Dr. Wunschel is such an asset to Mason City clinics. Shes been a blessing to us helping my 9 year old with uncontrolled asthma put together an asthma action plan, prescribe the right medications and educate us on how to use them and what to watch for. Shes easily accessible for questions and concerns which makes eases my worries. Shes very knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner. She has the best team as well, her nurse eased my daughters anxiousness prior to having a PFT test done.

We had a wonderful experience, from the min we walked in every one was so nice. When we were brought back to the waiting room, it was nice to be put in a room with toys so our son could play. The nurses were very nice and even took time to let Bryant warm up to them. The anesthesiologist (I can not remember her name but she had red hair :) ) came in to take Bryant back, she got him to laugh and smile which made it easier to hand over our son. The surgery was very quick and of course Dr. D was there to tell us how everything went. He made us feel very good about the decision to have surgery. As we drove home my husband and I talk about how well the Mason City Clinic was. We have only lived here for about 5 years and it was refreshing to see how much everyone cared about our son! I really hope you pass this letter on to every single person that was working that day so they know how awesome they all are and to keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you again!!!! I was so impressed that I could get in to see Dr. Diggelmann immediately....and I needed 'immediately'!!!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of smiles, very polite, caring. Dr. Diggelmann took care of me in no time, and I left the office with relief, answers to questions, and advise from the Doctor. I really appreciated everyone and their services! Thank you!!

I met with Dr. Diggelmann. I was impressed.I arrived on time for appt. I started filling out medical forms and they called me in to a room. I did not wait very long and Dr. Digglemann was there. He told me to rinse my sinuses and gave me a script to get. He said to come back in 4 weeks to see how I am doing. He said If I am not getting better they would do a ct scan.

Dr. Olshansky is inept at managing cases of inappropriate sinus tachycardia. He has not done an ablation in these cases in over a decade, and he intentionally misleads his patients about advanced treatment options when his medication cocktails land his patients in the hospital due to severe bradycardia and chest pain for days. He also refuses to give his patients their medical record upon request, which is required by law. Finally, he and his staff do not monitor implanted loop recorders for months at a time. Who knows what rhythms you are having since no one is actually paying any attention, and they don't contact you when you have a new and alarming arrhythmia. This MD cannot be trusted. Worse yet, if you call the on-call docs, I would definitely ask for your medical record- who knows what tall tales they make up in there- Dr. Sariq wrote in my medical record that I was a PA who worked in an ER and somehow gained access to nitroglycerin to try it, when actually, I am a doctor of physical therapy, and I work in the PT clinic that I own (PT's don't deal with any drugs at all). I was given two nitroglycerin in the ER after one of Dr. Olshansky's prescribed medication mixes landed me in the hospital with severe chest pain and a heart rate in the 30's. FYI, try calling Dr. Olshansky to help you get your heart rate back to normal, and he refuses to help- and he was my treating cardiologist at the time. You can definitely find better providers than this group.

'Dr Crane was very straight forward as to what he was going to do, regarding surgery, I was kept from pain at all times. Nurses and staff we always kind and informative and gentle. I was prompted to do excersises I needed to get better. Never pushy, but kind.'
