When we arrived 15 minutes late we were told we must reschedule. Last time I brought my Son here for a physical we waited 30-45 minutes beyond our scheduled time. Yet the nurse practitioner told us we had to reschedule for being a paltry 15 minutes late. Arrogance and selfish, the ladies at the front desk were forced to deal withbthe decision the nurse wouldnt even come soeak with me.
