I would highly recommend Jerome to all my friends and family. When I was what I thought was at the end of my rope with my mothers health conditions I took her to see Dr. Gay and he gave me the hope I was looking for. He takes the time to listen to all your concerns and helps you in the best way he can. He treats you as a human being and not just a number. He has been a blessing for my mother. He really cares about his patients. The staff is super nice and extremly respectful. I look forward to working with Dr. Gay and his staff with my mothers health care.

I've been going to this medical practice since it practically opened in our small hometown. The staff and Dr. Gay is one of the most knowledgeable, professional medical teams in our county. I feel like I'm getting the upmost care and treatment during my appointments. Dr. Gay spends adequate time with patients listening to their health concerns while finding the best treatment options available. I've been very satisfied and have recommended family and friends to Dr. Gay. I know when they are being treated by him, they are getting the best care available.

Best Dr. Ever n even a better person,father,husband & friend.He is a brilliant man n cares deeply for all his patients,he is all good,always was .a lot of ppl have bad pain n that's true ,good hardworking ppl need pain meds n my opinion,I try to always tell ppl ,because of where we live ,r government judges all of us to b idiots,try reaching a big tech company,u will speak to robot Only we all have had this happen but it's intentional,if u live in the area code 606 then we r judged cause the robots is all u can get no ppl but I tried the one from New York and San Fransisco immediately,once again we r being judged,they even told me so,Our Dr's or anyone gonna b one you better take some las classes ,cause ur gonna need it,Our Dr'r policed by higher up look at every script n if that committee judges a dr. To b giving pain meds out,that Dr.would b fired,Prosecuted n arrested,why because addiction is wild n these mts,but no worse than city,Our Dr'would do more if they could but they can't .would you risk all that?our government is the reason they think we r stupid,why u think my has only a couple of electoral votes,dam judgement,this government in ky starting with Mitch McConnell,wake up ppl he is a big if not main reason that his own state,how many apples has he kissed to b n office that long n I bet u voted for him,n Bevin apple polishers,cant anyone see this or r they right n you n me r just to dam stupid that we can't do nothing,maybe a few lives might a been saved if the dr could of been allowed to help ,but they can't cause the ppl who the majority voted for had ,n r still laughing at us all,don't blame ur dr,

Worst doctor experience I have ever had. Their interoffice communication was frustrating at best. Every need I had was communicated incorrectly from staff to dr, including allergies to medications. The staff made it difficult to get what I needed from Dr. Gay. They even played a little game where they wont allow you to talk to the dr, nor get treated. I picked up my records and I'm filing a report with the Kentucky Medical Association. I was a patient for 3 months and they never even tried to get my medical records from from my former family dr. They lied to me and told me they did but I called my former dr and they had never even tried to request them. Stay clear of this practice if you need a dr to help you. You're only getting malpractice at this place.
