The surgeon is very nice and I have no beef with him. However, the receptionist I interacted with was snarky and quite rude. ThIs was especially true over the phone when trying to work with scheduling. Wasn't able to work with me around my busy schedule. As the one receiving and paying for the service you'd think they'd be a little more accommodating to me.
