Please be aware of Dr.Perenack for any surgical work. I don't believe he is a skilled surgeon at all. He botched my hair transplant surgery. He used the traditional FUT method on me which left a large visible scar on the back of my head.Now it is very visible when I wear my hair short. He also perform a permanent filler on my face, and after a month there is no apparent results. Also even though he has high review scores on Google, I believe a lot of them are fake accounts. If you look closely, many of the reviews are just one review Google account that can be fabricated with minutes without any form of identification. If you like to know more about my scar, I am more than happy to send you a picture. Thanks and please be careful.

I have seen Dr. Perenack on multiple occasions. Each experience was nothing short of amazing. His honesty and Eye for perfecting the tiny insecurities we have is astounding. I recently had a surgery with Dr. Perenack in which I opted to only use local anesthesia, at first I was nervous, but he did a wonderful job at calming me down and getting me through it. It was PAINLESS! He talked to me and joked the entire procedure and honestly, I forgot I was even nervous in the first place. My healing was fast and easy and I absolutely love my results! He knew exactly what I was looking for, hitting the nail right on the head! To top off my great experience, his staff could not have been any better. They told me exactly what to expect and there were no hidden surprises. They graciously answered all of my questions and concerns both inside the office and out. The price was reasonable and I was back up and at it after only two short days. I would highly recommend Dr. Perenack!

April 2018 (I thought at the time) I had a Blue Nevus mole on my face on my left cheek I wanted removed. It was about the size of a dime. I knew from word of mouth and several friends as well as family members who have had amazing results with Dr. John Perenack that he was definitely the ONLY doctor I wanted to touch my face. Dr. Perenack has amazing bedside manner and will answer any question you may have. He immediately put me at ease letting me know exactly what he was going to do to remove it as well as using a laser after stitches to minimize any scaring. When Dr. Perenack was removing the mole he then explained to me it wasnt a mole at all. He always sends anything to the lab for further testing. The lab results came back extremely fast and it turns out that what every Dermatologist has told me over the years was wrong...the Blue Nevus was in actuality a Glomus Tumor. It was benign thank God and I am very grateful that Dr. Perenack was able to not only remove the tumor but his accuracy, steady hand, and medical treatment using the laser left me with NO scar!!!!! It is a true testament how amazing he is with facial surgeries! The staff was amazing as well and goes above and beyond to make sure your entire experience is not only positive but exciting. The treatment you receive is first class all around!

I LOVE MY PROFILE!Dr. Perenack did the most beautiful job on my nose and now I dont care which angle I am photographed at! During the consultation I stressed that I wanted my nose to look like mine but not crooked. He examined my nose and informed me that I had a deviated septum. After our consultation, he provided me with complimentary pre and post imaging, to give me an idea of what my nose would look like and that he understood what I was asking for. The imaging was spot on and that was the piece of mind I needed to proceed. I knew he understood exactly what I wanted and he informed me on everything I needed to know about my procedure, what to expect after and what recovery would be like. He is truly a talented surgeon with an eye for perfection. The best part of it all is the satisfaction he was able to give me when I see myself in a photograph! I will enjoy my results forever. I am so happy with my results! I have been getting treatments from Dr. Perenack for years. He is a great listener and a true artist of the face. He takes the time to listen to your thoughts, expectations and then thoroughly explains the treatment. My goal is always to enhance my current look (but better and younger looking) with some occasional botox, filler and lip injections. Dr Peranak did my tear trough fillers as well as other facial fillers and the result was a beautiful and natural change. My look was the same just a softer, younger version of myself. Ive LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my results with Dr. Perenack! While I wanted to have something done so I looked less tired, I was really apprehensive about doing anything that wouldnt look natural. Dr. Perenack listened to my concerns and very clearly detailed my options. The results are AMAZING! I continue to see him for botox and fillers as needed. I can't say enough good things about Dr Jon Perenack and his staff at Williamson Cosmetic Center/Perenack Aesthetic Surgery! I had my blepharoplasty eyelid lift surgery performed by Dr Perenack and couldn't be happier! The staff is second to none and will treat you as if you were family. Messed up my eyelid surgery and repeated it three times on one of my eyes. They knew he messed it up so bad that the refunded all of my money. Of course, I had to sign something that I wouldn't sue him because he knew my eyes did not close anymore. I had to go to an eyelid plastic surgeon in Covington, Dr. Acosta for him to repair them. Dr. Acosta did a beautiful job. I cannot believe that Williamson eye clinic still employs him. I can't believe he still has a license. I cringe when I see his commercials.

There are not enough words to describe my experience with Dr Jon Perenack and his amazing staff. Dr Perenack did blepharoplasty under my eyes as well as juviderm. The results were amazing. Dr Perenack and his staff are all very sweet. The staff was in touch before and after the procedure. The procedure itself was ok. Nobody feels great the day after any procedure and I was a little tired and very mild bruising. I also have a clotting disorder and Dr Perenack and his staff did everything they could to accommodate my needs before, during, and after the procedure. My results were amazing and now my family and friends all use Dr Perenack and we all live over an hour away in Mandeville and from New Orleans. 5 stars is clearly not enough. Dr. Perenack is amazing. I had laser resurfacing two years ago and the results were great. Dr. Perenack has put together a non surgical plan to give me a few years before I have my face lift. I am 53 and we have done filler and Botox along with his aesthicians treating me with exilis and microneedling, we will do laser resurfacing again this year, Two family members and two friends have had slifts and blepharoplasty with him, again with amazing results. If you are considering surgery I recommend Dr. Perenack he really is the best.
