Bopp Dermatology is a family owned medical business with a professional spa feel! Its outstanding customer service, professionalism and warmth, rolled into one. I've been going to the Bopps for all of my skincare needs for almost 10 years and they are hands down the best of the best. My first appointment was a peel with Julie, one of their amazing estheticians, who now does personal skin consultations! Let me tell you, she is the Yoda of skincare! Over the years I've had so many members of their staff making sure I got exactly what I needed. Whether it be skin care products, facials, etc. I am a big believer that the key to a youthful appearance is the integrity of your skin. The Bopp's and their whole crew have maintained my skin since I was 38. Its 10 years later and people still say I look 38! Bopp Dermatology is doing something right obviously! Make an appointment, you will see!

Dr. Bopp and his wife are such a pleasure to work with! When I discovered I needed surgery to fix a nose fracture, Dr. Bopp ensured I felt comfortable and was extremely responsive during my recovery. As an out-of-state transplant, they were beyond supportive, even when my healing became complicated by a swift jab to the fresh nose, they got me in that day and on antibiotics before it worsened. I became a repeat customer, also utilizing their dermatology services - I shaved 10 years off my appearance just by getting one treatment. I have been going to Dr. Barbara Bopp for over five years now, For a period time I went back-and-forth between Los Angeles and Metairie. While in Los Angeles I had the opportunity to see some of the best dermatologist in the field and none of them came close to Dr. Barbara Bopp. She always leaves me looking rejuvenated and refreshed never overdone as other cosmetic dermatologist have done in the past. She also has a wonderful bedside manner which is very important to me. If anyone is looking for a caring, extremely talented dermatologist whose goal is to make you look wonderful without looking over done and then this is the doctor for you! She will have you leaving there looking like the best possible version of your self.

I came to Bopp on a friend's recommendation because I had broken capillaries/redness on my cheeks that was getting worse with age and I was so self conscious about it, I didn't leave the house without makeup. Dr. Barbara told me she thought I would really benefit from full face BBL so I bought 3 treatments and scheduled them 4 to 6 weeks apart. Ellen, my BBL tech is amazing! I saw such a dramatic change in my skin after 1 BBL treatment and one of the darker broken capillaries completely disappeared in about a week! After 3 treatments, my skin is smoother, the redness is gone, and I've been receiving compliments about how good my skin looks. I highly recommend BBL treatment at Bopp.

I was referred to Bopp dermatology by a friend in 2010 for treatment of cystic acne after trying every product imaginable with no results. They recommended smooth beam laser treatment and since then I have not had any more major problems. It drastically reduced my facial scarring and prevented my cystic acne from the beginning! I now do laser genesis treatments which are much more comfortable while being just as effective. The whole team has always been very caring and attentive. Christine, their aesthetician and laser tech, has been with me from the start of my treatments and I wouldnt want to see anyone else! I will gladly refer them to anyone!

I have been incredibly impressed with Bopp Dermatology. I went to someone else for Botox and the results were ok. When I came to Dr Bopp I felt like he really took the time to listen to my concerns and evaluated best options for me. I will say that the treatment was a bit on the pricey side (which my friends warned me about), but the quality is worth it! I wouldnt go to somebody else. If you are looking for a way to rejuvenate, you should definitively make an appointment, you will not regret it.

I am completely disappointed. The worst experience in Dr. office I have ever had in my life. I came for mole removal and acne scar treatment and when I called for making an appointment, I clearly told to the secretory on the phone which services I want to come for. I came to your office and only It was a young lady who told is a dermatologist saw me. I asked for my mole removal and acne scar treatment and she told me I am not sure about them and you need to ask from Dr. Bopp who is plastic surgeon. I asked to speak with him and she said he is not available and you have to come another time. This is very inappropriate because I clearly explained to the secretory that for which services I want to come to the office and then she made an appointment for me. I paid your office visit and took a vacation time from my work but I did not receive the services which I wanted and even did not receive any proper answer for my mole removal and acne scar treatment. I only spoke to the lady who could not answer my questions professionally and with a lady who was a nurse. I wanted to speak with a relevant doctor and specialist. what is the point to pay money and took vacation time from work to speak with a nurse or irrelevant doctor. Also the staff were not friendly at all. I asked for laser hair removal prices and they told me we cannot say that the technician should say. Okay! please ask your technician to answer my question! you cannot say the price on the phone and also cannot provide the answer even when I am in your office!? The costumer service which I received yesterday was horrible. I am going to put my review in yelp and google websites. My husband is an internal medicine physician and I am completely familiar how the Doctor's office costumer service should be, but I really shocked yesterday when I saw your costumer service. I was a potential patient for your office which you could make money from that but you forfeited any potential relationship. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

Best experience Ive had. I have roseca and very sensitive skin so it can be difficult to treat my skin but with all the new technology at this office I was able to see results from even my first visit. The laser treatments are also affordable and work really well.

Wonderful experience. Our family sees Dr. Bopp for our regular dermatology skin checks. She is very kind and thorough. Unlike most doctors she takes time to talk with you and explain everything she is doing. I received a complementary consultation and microdermabrasion with Christine for my birthday. She was very helpful and answered all my questions about aging and skin care. She helped me develop a skin care plan and suggested I come in for a free skin mapping appointment. Her office is very calm and relaxing.
