Dr. Sadeghi is such an Incredible, Wonderful & Brilliant Surgeon! He did a superb, impeccable job on my implant removal. Heres my story........ Before I found Dr Sadeghi,I went to two (almost three) other Surgeons for consultations in Nola & they were not qualified at all. In fact they were beyond scary & just plain (apologies for my lack of a better word) sleezy! One I met does his Surgeries & has his nurse doing all the Anesthesia?! Not an actual Anesthesiologist!? Very unprofessional. I could go on, but I wont. In short, steer clear of all plastic surgeons in Nola *unless, its Dr Sadeghi/doctornola.- period.Dr. Sadeghi would never risk his patients safety- ever, as he actually cares about people! Hes double Board Certified so his Anesthesiologists have to be at the minimum Board Certified!Dr. Sadeghi was the only Surgeon that actually explained everything to me in full detail & his knowledge made me feel at ease. From a Scientific standpoint he explained things to me showing his in depth knowledge not just about his field/procedure but the human body-very impressive. He is trained educated & accomplished in many areas in regards to surgery, not just plastic, so you know he is heavily-if not overly qualified to carry out the procedure I needed. His bedside manner- incredible! Polite, sincere, compassionate the list is long. He made me brave & secure. I scheduled my procedure the same day I met him-I felt really good choosing him! My procedure had to be addressed quickly because my implant broke so I had no choice but to get them removed. I was in a panic because I kept meeting other Surgeons & no one, was a good fit. I have only lived in Nola for 5 years & being from the West Coast I was searching for impeccable quality in a Surgeon so I wouldnt have to fly home to get my implants removed.Im so elated, & blessed to have found such a High Quality Surgeon in this beautiful city- Nola is very lucky to have this man-Dr Sadeghi/ doctornola!As far as my post op- a breeze! Not to mention, Dr Sadeghis suture technique is amazing-I seriously have zero scars!!!!His staff spoils you & you can call his office as much as you need to after your surgery! His office is very clean, beautiful & comfortable too! Dr.Sadeghi was quite uncomfortable, and completely rude and being a know it all! Im disgusted by him and how I was treated. And mind you Ive been to many many plastic surgeons and Ive NEVER been treated the way he treated me. To make the story short, I made a consultation to ask about varies things it was my FIRST time going I asked about a couple things and he was OKAY at responding he was just a tad bit awkward and not smiling, towards the end I asked him oh! Do you do liposuction? AND he LITERALLY turns to me and gives me this (pfff attitude) And says Im a certified doctor. I do everything. And I was like WOWWWW the agony of this man REMIND you its my FIRST time Im doing a consultation, I was JUST simply asking a question. Im disgusted by him and felt horrible after the consultation. After doing some research about him found out a lot of negative things hes done as a plastic surgeon. I AM DISGUSTED BY THIS MANS ATTITUDE. IF I COULD GIVE HIM A -767,0976 star I WOULD. I first met Dr. Sadeghi when I was visiting NOLA and needed a doctor's recommendation/prescription for home health nursing service. I'd had a double mastectomy in Florida. A prominent surgeon had implanted a plate into my chest wall to prepare for implants. However, after a few months, I still was not healing. I didn't feel well, and was fighting fever every night. My Florida surgeon didn't know why I was not healing, and attributed it to my smoking five cigarettes a day.Within the first five minutes, Dr. Sadeghi knew the problem. He took handfuls of 4x4's and pressed against my chest wall. Fluid shot out of my chest over him, the table, and the floor until he had expressed about 100 cc's of the fluid. He told me that I needed surgery immediately, that I could not wait to see my Florida surgeon after my expected return in three weeks. I would not last that long. I was just days away from sepsis, which would kill me within a week! Being from Florida, it took longer to get approval for surgery from my insurance company. Dr. Sadeghi went to the head of the hospital for permission to operate immediately.Surgery went very well, and I was completely healed in two weeks! I then returned to Florida, packed up my things, and moved back to NOLA. After getting a job and new insurance, one year later Dr. Sadeghi performed my successful second attempt at breast reconstruction. A psychiatrist once said that a mastectomy for a woman is psychologically like castration for a man. Considering my psychological responses to my mastectomy, I believe it. And as a lupus patient, Dr. Sadeghi explained that the only reconstruction that would work for me was to use my own tissue, something my Florida surgeon refused to do. I am very grateful that Dr. Sadeghi not only saved my life, he made it possible for me to feel like a whole woman again! He is not only a talented surgeon, he is creative. He explains everything ahead of time so that the patient knows what to expect, what to do or not do. He considers all of the patients' concerns. Those patients to whom I've referred Dr. Sadeghi sing his praises. As a senior, I can't count the number of doctors I've seen in my lifetime. Dr. Ali Sadeghi is one of the nicest, most sincere, most creative, and most intelligent doctors I've ever had the experience to meet.
