I love Dr. Spittler and have had several breast reconstructions with him. My complaint is with the Medispa. I loved the last Botox treatment I had. However when I called the next time to make an appointment for a hydro facial I was told by the person who answer the phone that they would now require a down payment before I could have anymore treatments. I was shocked not only because I have been with Dr. Spittler for literally about 12 years and then how rude the woman or receptionist was to me. She said I had missed too many appointments and that was why they were requiring a deposit. I was insulted and angry. They have not been open on Saturdays or have evening appointments. Even my veterinarian stays open until 7. The woman told me that the girls her term not mine, had families to take care of. Well no kidding so do the rest of us. You should be happy to accommodate your working clients and at least give them a warning about missing appointments. As a cancer survivor, raised two sons while my husband fought in Iraq several tours, having my husband die I think missing a few appointments is the least of my worries. PSS you act like Im doing you a favor by paying your salaries. Well, since you dont want my hard earned money Ill take it to another medispa. Way to go PSS manager- driving away previously loyal customers. I will take my money elsewhere.

I saw Melissa Corbin PA-C for my first Botox treatment. I was very nervous about the needles and having a face that would look frozen, but Melissa was awesome. Melissa calmed my nerves and explained how the process would go, numbed me with cream and iced all spots before injecting me. She was so professional and made me feel like I was truly in great hands. And I was! It's been about 2 weeks (the time it takes for Botox to completely set in) and I love my results! I plan to continue my treatments for many years to come, thank you Melissa at PSS!

The doctors and staff of the PSS Surgery Center (4th Floor) are 5-Star GREAT!. ..HOWEVER, I DO NOT recommend the PSS MediSpa (1st Floor)!! While the aestheticians are experienced, trying to schedule appointments is a nightmare! The receptionist is incompetent and unprofessional. She was so curt, SO disrespectful and so blatantly inappropriate in her telephone manner that I am now seriously considering myself a FORMER client. Between the egregious treatment received from the receptionist and the lack of flexibility in appointment times, the frustration is simply not worth it.
