Dr. Wells was my surgeon about 10 years ago, I was satisfied with the results. My daughter has an issue and we met her for a consultation recently; and during the consultation we addressed the main issue and minor ones as well. We received an estimate for the work. I called today to have Dr. Wells take care of the minor issue since my daughter started to complain of pain. The receptionist pulled her chart and spoke to the nurse, who said to go to a dermatologist. I responded to the receptionist by stating that the doctor didnt refer me to a dermatologist for this during the consultation, but now I need to go?? Her response, yes. I guess the profit isnt large enough. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled. I thought that the patient was important to Dr. Wells. Apparently, not.

I really feel that I need to write a review about my experience with Dr. Wells and her staff. I know how important it is to pick a doctor so I am here to tell you the truth about Valley Plastic Surgery and that is that they are INCREDIBLE. Listen to me - they are unbelievable. I went in for a consultation because I hated my marionette lines on my face. Dr. Wells - who, by the way, is gorgeous - gave me advice on what she thought I needed. She recommended a necklift with lower facelift and fat injections in my cheeks. SO I DID IT!!!! It was easy breezy up to this point. It's been 3 weeks and I'm so happy that I could cry. Dr. Wells, Mary, Mimi, Tess, and Tommy were there for me the whole way. It didn't hurt at all so if your are apprehensive about the pain - don't be. I swear it didn't hurt and I was up moving around easily the next day. I bruised a lot so I couldn't go out but it was not a big deal. I feel like the people at Valley Plastic Surgery really cared about me and wanted me to heal easily. I'm really happy with my results and it's only been 3 weeks. I'll touch base to give you another review in a couple of months. I feel like a million bucks. Thank you Dr. Wells and everyone at Valley Plastic Surgery. I'm so glad that you were recommended to me. Believe me - I will be recommending everyone to you.

Dr. Wells is the BEST! I had a breast reduction done in early June of last year and could not be happier with the results. The procedure not only alleviated my back pain, neck pain, and chronic headaches, but helped me to lose weight (since I could finally work out again!) and gave me back my self-confidence. She has been incredibly supportive, communicative, and understanding throughout the process and always makes sure that I am totally comfortable. Tess and Mary are also absolutely amazing -- Tess was so excited for me when I came back after six months for a check-in! I had the BEST experience with Dr. Wells & her incredible staff! Mary & Tess made sure that I was very comfortable and that I had everything I needed-- they truly went above and beyond. Genuine spirits, they are just so warm and welcoming. Dr. Wells is extremely knowledgable and gifted at what she does. My first impression of Valley Plastic Surgery was extremely positive. From my initial call to request a consultation for breast reduction surgery, I was immediately impressed with the receptionist, Karen. She was super friendly and helpful and later even more so with my general questions and insurance inquiries. During my consultation, I met Mary, who was so informative and cheerful, I felt like I had known her forever. Dr. Wells came highly recommended to me by another patient who had the same procedure. Dr. Wells explained everything very thoroughly and in great detail to me. I had made a whole list of questions and I think she answered them all before I had the chance to ask. She took her time with me, putting me completely at ease. On the day of surgery, I had total trust in her abilities and was not disappointed. When my family or close friends asked how I felt, my answer was, 'like a huge weight was lifted off my chest.' (pun intended) My recovery was fairly easy and the few times I called Dr. Wells' office with post-op questions, I was again met by friendly, helpful staff. Tess was another sweetheart during both post-op visits. I'm beyond pleased with the results and especially glad I chose Dr. Wells to perform my surgery.

Dr. Wells is an incredibly talented Plastic Surgeon. She performed a tummy tuck and liposuction on me in spring of 2016. She provided the necessary screening to be sure I was a good candidate for the procedure. On the day of the surgery, her office provided great care and precision. The follow up care was very important and I felt her staff was quite skilled and experienced.My results are awesome. I went from having a loose, ugly stomach from pregnancy, weight gain/weight loss, to having a sleek smooth stomach. I dropped a clothing size and have a much better figure as a whole. I had surgery about three weeks ago and the entire experience was nothing but positive. Everyone at the practice was extremely kind, understanding, and highly professional. Being a man, age 65, and never before having experienced facial surgery, I was to say, a bit nervous. From the moment I arrived at Dr. Wells office, I was greeted with support and reassurance by Tess and Mary, Dr. Wells on-staff RNs. The procedure was thoroughly explained to me, and my questions were answered completely.Dr. Wells is an amazing, compassionate, and outstanding plastic surgeon. My procedure took about two hours, and all throughout, Dr. Wells made sure that I was comfortable, in no pain, and doing well, physically and emotionally. Mary remained at my side assisting Dr. Wells, and supporting me through the surgery.Three weeks later, my eyes look amazing. I look younger and much more alter. The difference from before the surgery, to now, has made me feel better about my age and appearance.My experience, from start to finish, was outstanding. Dr. Wells is a lovely person. I was referred to her by my dermatologist over ten years ago. She excised some acne scars/cysts on my left cheek, leaving a large, indented, over 3 inch scar. This scar has become more sunken over the years and caused me much distress. I finally called recently to schedule a consultation to see if anything could improve it. I was very politely told that a consultation is 100$. With three children going to college, this is not in my budget. This saddens me since it was Dr. Wells operating on my face that started this large indented scar problem to begin with. I will just have to continue to live with it and regret my decision to have this done.
