I had a fantastic experience with this office from beginning to end. I came to Dr. Sinno for a breast aug revision from a different surgeon. He took time to understand what I was looking for and explained with confidence the plan to get there. I did not feel like i was in a plastic surgery factory, rather under the care of someone who approaches each case working with the individual anatomy and goals of each patient. The whole staff gets to know their patients, and you dont feel like a number, you feel like one of the family. I am SO THRILLED with my results. Dr. Sinno is a wonderful doctor! I had been trying to get up the courage to even have a consultation, for many years. He and his staff made me feel comfortable and unafraid. Dr. Sinno is tremendous! I came in for a keloid removal from my ear that was caused by a cartilage piercing. I had it for years, and it was becoming increasingly painful and difficult to hide. I was nervous about the removal (pain, resurgence of the keloid), but Dr. Sinno and his excellent team were supportive and informative every step of the way. The procedure was quick and pain free. I started seeing Dr. Sinno a year and a half ago for Dysport. At the time, I had saline breast implants that were approaching 14 years old. They were rippling and no longer fit my lifestyle. I've had fantastic results with my Dysport treatments, so after deciding to have my implants removed, I knew I would consult with Dr. Sinno. He took the time to go over my options and the procedure in great detail, answering all of my questions. His knowledge and passion for his profession are undeniable. From the consultation to the day of my surgery, Dr. Sinno, Rima, Tayra, and Jenn were so helpful and supportive. I had my procedure (bilateral breast implant removal without replacement) done at The Baltimore Columbia Surgery Center, Dr. Sinno's on-site, fully accredited surgical center. Having the Center on-site was so convenient. When I arrived on the day of surgery with my husband, I was taken back and made comfortable before preparing to go back to the operating room. The nurses and staff go over and beyond to make you feel relaxed. My husband said Rima checked on him several times with updates and truly made him feel at ease. I had oral sedation and couldn't be happier with the choice. I felt no pain and didn't have to worry about the potential side effects of general anesthesia. I have had the best experience with Dr. Sinno and I knew he would be the doctor to perform my surgery after my initial consultation. After having a baby at 23, I was left with a lot of extra hanging skin and separated stomach muscles. During my consultation, Dr. Sinno discussed what exactly he would repair and the process of my surgery, making me feel confident that he would do the best extended abdominoplasty for me. My results exceeded my expectations. I am so incredibly happy with my new tummy and my only regret is not doing it sooner. As a mom of 3, my body has had its ups and downs. After my first kid I had a breast reduction by another doctor who I never felt did it right. Then 5 years after the 3rd kid I was so unhappy with my body, I couldn't lose the weight, I felt like I had abs, but you couldn't see them. I felt unattractive and self conscious. Ive been seeing doctor Sinno for 20 years due to a skin condition - which has always resulted in minor procedures a couple times a year. However, after a c-section with twins who amounted to 13.5 lbs, my little frame was beyond self-recovery. Doctor Sinno gently told me at 1 month postpartum that I had a major hernia, and to call him when I was ready to fix it. Stubborn as I am, I spent 8 months trying every exercise in the book to fix it myself, to no avail. So I finally called Dr. Sinno and told him Im was ready. I tell you this because its important to know, as a plastic surgeon, how modest he is. He wasnt pushy or aggressive - he waited for me to come to terms with my situation on my own time. My first time visiting the office for a different purpose felt strange, but as always, Dr. Sinno and his staff (Rima, Tayra and Justine) made me feel right at home and treated me like a part of the family, as they always do. Even though I had been to his office more times than I can count, Dr. Sinno still took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process of fixing my hernia and severe muscle separation through the route of abdominoplasty. The day of my surgery went so smooth - even though I had my surgery at a local hospital rather than the surgery center, I knew I was in the best care with Dr. Sinno and his staff of nurses and technicians. Dr. Sinno even made a special, personal call to my husband after my surgery to let him know I was in recovery and that everything went smooth - something we both appreciated more than he probably knew. Dr. Sinno takes so much pride in his work, and he and his staff are there around the clock to answer any questions you may have, even taking the time to make house calls post-op. Theyre always helpful and attentive, and never make you feel judged. The sincere care they have for each of their patients is truly one-of-a-kind.To say Im happy with my results is an understatement. At only 3 weeks post-op, all the pelvic and back pain Ive dealt with for the past year are totally gone. And not only is my hernia fixed, but I have a flat tummy again too (woo!) I found Dr. Sinno by chance. I was looking for a surgeon with experience with hernia repair. Searching the internet and looking at before and after images is what made me call for a consultation. He immediately made me feel like he really cared about my worries and concerns with this surgery....even pulling in one of his associates to go over the process that he was planning....to get that 2nd opinion. Dr. Sinno and his staff have treated me so graciously throughout this process. The women in his office are truly wonderful. I have been a patient of Dr. Sinno for about 2 years now and I would highly recommend him. When I was 17 I was diagnosed with a very rare congenital disease called MRKH. The surgery I had done was a vaginal reconstruction by use of a split thickness skin graft.
