From the minute I walked into the office, I felt completely welcome. The staff took their time to speak with me and make me feel important. Dr. Garazo spent time explaining the procedure to me and making me feel comfortable with everything. All my questions were answered. With my procedure, I knew exactly what was going to happen since everything was explained so well. I have every confidence in Dr. Garazo and his staff. I will definitely go back when I am ready for my next procedure. My results are so amazing to me and have given me more confidence in myself.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND THE DOCTOR IS A SCAM!!!If I could give this less than one star, I would but unfortunately I can not. My experience at this office has been a nightmare! If you are thinking about getting injections-LOOK ELSEWHERE! I was self conscious about my lips and scheduled a consultation, not an appointment for injections, but a consultation to see if the doctor thought injections could help with the symmetry and fullness of my lips. He was in the room briefly and said that he did recommend injections. The next thing I know, one of the girls in the back are telling me that they are getting the stuff ready and will be right back in. Mind you, I was only initially there for a consultation. I quickly psyched myself up and was excited for the procedure. He stopped with what he said was .25 left in the syringe and said he didnt feel I needed anymore. I asked him to please use the remaining, I had expressed I wanted a fuller look, and had paid for it, so go for it! When finished, he told me that I appeared to have very minimal swelling and that my end result should be very similar to how they looked when I left the office that day. Prior to leaving, I was kind of hassled into a room to leave a review. As the swelling disappeared over the next 24 hours, my lips looked exactly the same as they had before I walked into his office. No one, not one single person, can tell that I have had anything done to my lips. I am even more self conscious about them now and am totally devastated. I reached out to them to express how dissatisfied I was, and they do not care. They think the solution is to come back in so he can do more injections and take more money. I understand results can vary from person to person, but I have NO results. NONE. The office manager Katie, has the we already have your money, so sorry about your luck type of attitude. I expressed concern over being asked to do a review upon leaving, when they know my lips are swollen. They knew I wanted fuller lips, and the swelling gave me that so of course I thought they looked great at that point. I feel very taken advantage of. Why not do the review after the swelling, because they keep sending me texts about completing one, so wouldnt that be the time to do an accurate review? I guess not when you are crooked like this place is. I have started looking through old posts and old reviews and anything I can find to do with this place (wish I would have done that prior to) and have contacted a few other people that were not satisfied with their outcome. Some stated that he offered for them to come back in for more injections to fix it, and then charged them for it. Some said they asked for their money back and it was given to them. All but one mentioned being led to that room to give a glowing review prior to leaving. I have also found out more about that. They have every patient they are sure is happy give a review. No matter what you are there for. You could be post op, skincare patient, injection patient, etc. They want that review. However, if you are not satisfied, do you think they ask you for a review? Of course not! And they hope that you wont take the time to do it on your own once you leave the office. Good reviews basically bury the negative ones. So if they can get multiple good reviews, as simple as they may be, they will eventually hide all those bad ones essentially and make them SEEM to be the place to be. Let me mention I live an hour away and would have to miss work to go back in there. I offered to send pics and they said I had to come in. I do not want him anywhere near me with a syringe, at this point I simply asked for my money back so I could go have my lips done somewhere where they know what they are doing. The other patients that I have spoken to have not had the pleasure of dealing with Katie, and said they dealt with a different office a manger. Maybe Katie is new to the practice, I dont know but I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this place. Total scam artists who only care about $ and not the patients happiness at all!!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were amazing and they made sure to make me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in until my procedure was over. Dr Garazo is wonderful and exceeded my expectations the outcome of my procedure was better than expected . I will definitely be back for other procedures. Heather was great in comforting me with my lip injection. I couldn't be more pleased and grateful.

I was referred to Dr, Garazo for a few suspicious looking spots on my skin, which several biopsy's confirmed to be skin cancer. My experience with Dr. Garazo and his staff has been very positive. Everyone there has been very informative, professional and caring. Dr, Garazo along with his highly trained hand picked super talented, very personable staff, have made my skin cancer remediation actually enjoyable. My wife was nervous about my skin cancer and so came along to my appointments. The wonderful staff also treated her with care and made sure she understood every thing that was going on. Thank You Dr. Garazo and Thank you to each of your exceptional staff members!

So... I went in here with my friend today to get a look at prices and the moment we walk in we got dirty looks from the 2 receptionists. She did not say hello or greet us. We walked in and asked for a list of services because we have been looking around the area at all the prices and she called a lady out to talk to us. I didn't get a name from any of them or I would call them out. I have never felt so unwanted in a place in my life. Tell your employees they need to find a personality because you guys just lost two potential customers.

Very friendly environment. This was the only PS that I came to and immediately felt comfortable and felt like this was the place I wanted to have my procedure done. I read many stories prior about visiting at least three and so on, so I was prepared to go to other doctors. I recently had a consolation at this office. I just want to say that from the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel very welcome in the office. I got to meet all the staff on the team. Every one is very plesent.. I met with Dr.Garazo he was very informative with how everything would go. He answered every question I ask. I did not feel like just another patient . He addressed all of my issues I brought to him. Then he showed me every thing he would need to do for my tummy tuck. Then I was take around the facility and showed from start to finish each room I would be in and what would happen in the rooms. I was able to look at lot of before and after pics and I must say he does great work.I just want to say that I am very excited to call and schedule my surgery with his off in the near future. I will post an update when my surgery is complete.

This has been the second time that I have used the services of Dr. Garazo. Every meeting and consultation with Dr. Garazo went smoothly. He was sensitive to my desires and answered all questions that I had throughout the entire process. I was referred by another doctor to see Dr. Garazo. BAD MISTAKE! It took them almost 2 weeks to call me with an appointment. I arrived at my 3:15 pm appt. 30 minutes early to do the paperwork they never sent me like they said they was. Now I know why? At 3:05 pm I was placed in a exam room. 30 minutes later the nurse returned to ask me more questions. Finally at 4:15 pm (1 hour after appt. time) Dr. Garazo showed his face. He took about 2 minutes to look at my problem and then informed me he had looked at my paperwork from the referring doctor. At which time he stated to me that he no longer does that type of work? And he wasn't sure what to do or where to send me? Obviously I wasn't too happy! The second my voice raised , he instantly said I had to leave or they were going to call the cops!!! The funny thing was when he told the receptionist to call the cops she just looked at him like he was crazy. They all knew what was going on. Anybody would be a little upset after sitting an hour and a half and then I ind out that he had no intention on seeing me.Why was it so hard to say that? WHAT A COWARD! I GUESS MEDICAL PROCEDURES DOESN'T PAY AS WELL AS COSMETIC PROCEDURES? IT LOOKS LIKE HE CARES MORE ABOUT THE MONEY THAN HIS PATIENTS!! This was only on second review ever given. First was to the doctor that referred me to Dr. Garazo. This had to be told.
