This office is absolutely the best. I have been a few times for myself and my daughter. The staff is always courteous and professional. The Phycisians are knowledgeable and they truly care about the patients. Jayme is phenomenal! She's so pleasant and I look forward to seeing her each visit.

I made an appointment with Carla for a hydrafacial at the Salisbury location and they were able to fit me in the same week! This was my first facial and I struggle With acne so I was A bit nervous all the solutions would irritate my skin more. But Carla walked me through the whole facial, always told me what she was doing, was very knowledgeable, and helpful! At the end of It all I left Feeling great! My skin was glowing, redness decreased, and my skin was so soft! I ended Up buying a couple skin care products and I already love my routine! My next facial is already booked!

I walked out of the office in such a great mood because I actually felt like I had been truly cared for- and not just faceless name. It was also really nice to go to a spa where I was not being pressured to buy a product or service.

She is very experienced and knowledgeable in her field and the results she has given me went above and beyond my expectations. I was very impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff! This was my very first chemical peel and Dana, Esthetician, explained the process as well as provided much advice for caring for and treating my skin going forward. I am hoping to improve the appearance of hyperpigmentation. I will now maintain with monthly visits and look forward to to working with this staff in the future. I highly suggest to anyone considering facials or peels!!

Dr. Perrotta and his team is excellent! It was a very positive experience for me. Dr. Perrotta is one of the most qualified surgeons in Maryland equipped with outstanding surgical skills leading to positive outcomes. I felt very blessed and at ease because Dr. Perrota came and talked to me before the surgery and gave me all the realistic details of my surgery and wonderful Dr. Shah, anesthesiologist gave me further details... I had surgery one week ago, and I couldnt be happier with the entire experience. Dr. Perrotta did the surgery, and he is amazing. From our first meeting through the surgery, he explained everything, spent a good amount of time, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. The nurses are fantastic. This is hands down the best place to go for esthetician treatments and cosmetic procedures. Emily and Kyle with the med spa are phenomenal, and so are the P.A.'s. They all make you feel welcome and are tremendously friendly as well as professional. I recommend it to everyone I know when they talk about skin concerns and cosmetic treatments. My father has even gone here for skin cancer on his face and he loves them too!

The majority of the experience was negative. I gave two stars because the procedure went pretty well. After my initial visit, I waited over a week for Laurie to call me with an estimate. It took three (3) phone calls to her before I could get a return call. I finally resorted to email, as it seemed she responded better to that. My last, and most important email, 'was not received'. I ended up with a credit on my account after my minor procedure because of me overpaying. I called and requested a refund of my money, and was told in a sarcastic tone by the receptionist that 'Oh, we already mailed that out', like it had been done weeks ago. I asked when, and she said yesterday. I waited a month without receiving it and called back, only to find out that they had entered my address wrong. They also sent me to collections because a bill that was sent to my attention was returned, again because they put my address in wrong. Most of the staff is friendly, however, I feel that Laurie is incompetent.

My 4 year old recently had a procedure preformed by Dr. Perrotta at Peninsula Plastic Surgery. I was very nervous about the entire experience, however the doctor, nurses and office staff were wonderful! Not only did they put me at ease, allow me to ask as many questions as I needed to and give me a detailed education about the procedure, they also were amazing with my son. They made him totally at comfortable. The experience was so positive for my whole family. I would definitely recommend this practice.
