I have not yet had a procedure done here so I can only speak to the scheduling/administrative side of this business, but effective communication seems to be lacking. I called and made an appointment for July 16th and was told this would be a three hour appointment for the consultation and procedure thereafter. I was then asked to pay a deposit right then and there and decided to do so only because the appointment was relatively soon, given COVID-19 delays, and I was happy with getting everything done (consultation and procedure) in one three-hour appointment. I was then asked to send photos and from there I would be able to call and get an estimate if I wanted. When I called for the estimate I was told my appointment wouldn't be until August 13th because the initial appointment was only a consultation. I explained that that is not what I was told previously, but there was no solution offered other than to schedule a new appointment that would take place a month later. The most frustrating part is if I had not called and asked for an estimate, I would not have been made aware of this error until arriving for my original appointment, and had I been made aware of the scheduling error I could have called sooner to reschedule and possibly gotten an earlier date. Shelley was very friendly on the phone and helpful, but I was never offered an apology for being told by another staff member that I was being schedule for an appointment that I clearly wasn't.

SO happy I discovered this place. After contacting them I knew it would be the right place and I am absolutely so blown away by how nice, fun and caring the staff is, especially Tammy and Faith, who made me feel so welcomed and cared for. These two women are so incredible and absolutely go out of their way to make you feel at ease. I had a rhinoplasty done here and Dr. Malhotra did an amazing job and I could not be more relieved. At my follow up appointment after surgery, Faith did amazing at making sure I was as comfortable as possible before getting my cast off and stitches removed, (I was very nervous!). great place to say the least!

Genuinely disappointed in the level of service by the staff of Tiffany Ballard. I have been researching this facility and Dr. Malhotra for years and was thrilled to visit on June 10th once I was postpartum in due time and lost the weight necessary for a mommy makeover. Dr. Ballard was great and really loved her suggestions and level of confidence in achieving desired results with a tummy tuck, hernia repair, breast revision, and liposuction. Shelley on the other hand, met with me during and after the consultation but failed on numerous attempts to return my emails or follow up with simple tasks. Shelley agreed to send over post care instructions for me to review with my husband so I could schedule time off with him taking care of children and work accordingly. She never followed through. I sent her an email on June 11th with my follow up requested by Dr. Ballard with my original size implants and I requested to schedule surgery, along with request of the post care instructions/fees associated with garments, etc. Shelley never responded. I called the office on the 18th to let the front desk know that I tried contacting Mina on the 16th, after I haven't heard from Shelley in a week and asked if she was still in the office, but never heard back from Mina either. The front desk assured me that I probably didn't hear back from Mina because it was already handed off to Shelley. She took my information to pass to Shelley, never heard back. So here I am, feeling emotionally deflated having to start all of my research from scratch, to find an office that finds my time/money valuable and one competent enough to follow through on anything.

I'd recommend anyone who asked to go here definitely. They made sure I was healing properly by staying in contact with me for the first months very routinely and it was really nice to have that since you can't always think of questions when your in the office. The office ladies are really nice and patient coordinator Tammy will make you comfortable and at ease. She was my favorite they offer a lot of cosmetic care and procedures too which I didn't know but now that I do I've looked into that as well! Self care ladies overall, I feel totally satisfied with my experience and I'd come back here for anything else and I live about 2 hours from Ann arbor. Don't mess around just go to the best

Dr. Ballard was truly amazing! I had labiaplasty done. I felt completely comfortable with her, being I was dealing with an area of my body where I was so self conscious. I am so pleased with my results and feel comfortable in my own skin. The nurse Shelly was so sweet and made me feel just as comfortable! Sara at the front desk was great! Dr. Ballard will be my go-to-girl should I need anything in the future. She is so knowledgeable and confident in what she does. Side note: I am a nurse and can be very critical of providers I see for my own health and that of my family. I received microneedking from Katie . The numbing cream worked so well it felt just like a deep tissue massage . After the 5 day healing process my skin texture has improved and the lines around my eyes (crows feet )are much less noticeable . I went to Dr. Malhotra for breast augmentation surgery due to having a complicated breast deformity that made me feel uncomfortable and abnormal my whole life. I finally made the plunge and scheduled a consultation with his office. I had spent years looking at plastic surgeons all over the state and agonizing over before and after pictures and reading endless reviews and always there are those bad reviews that make you think twice, but upon entering his office and meeting him and his staff and going over a surgical plan I scheduled that same day. I felt comfortable with his office and in what they could provide me with and I could not be happier with the result. The surgery went amazing and I am in love with the way my breasts look now. I have some scarring I'm not very fond of, but I am also aware of how my body heals and knew scars were going to be a problem to begin with, but we discussed ways to deal with that once I am fully healed to lessen the appearance and smooth them out. Even then that's just a small price to pay for the huge improvement in my life and the confidence it brings to me. If you are unsure about anything I recommend you just make a consultation and find out for yourself. Bring with you every question or doubt you have and they will answer them, even afterwards I was always able to email Tammy with anything and she would respond the best she could or should would ask Dr. Malhotra and get his input before emailing back. The team is amazing and they do great work.

I was very happy with the entire process of my breast augmentation back in January. From the first phone call I made, asking questions to the follow up appointments I felt very comfortable. Tami was amazing in answering all my questions, making me feel confident with my decision, and helped me pick the right size for my body frame. The procedure was quick and the hospital it took place at had a staff that really went above and beyond. A few days after i was home I received a card signed from everyone who worked with me the day of surgery. The healing process was not bad, I had surgery on a Wed and went back to work on the following Monday, and was back to working out a few weeks after. I had a breast augmentation done with Dr malhotra about 5 weeks. I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had. The staff so knowledge and kind. They are very approach, are thorough with explanations, and open to questions. The doctors bedside manner rivals anything over ever seen by a doctor. I'm a nurse and interact with doctors everyday. And Dr Malhotra's interaction with patients takes the cake. He is very kind and compassionate. He truly cares about his patients and there outcomes. Their needs and wants. I feel like I was very well prepared going into the surgery. And every follow up since has been just amazing. At the last I appointment I purchased the scar cream they off. Today is my first day using it, but I plan to post a review (with progress pictures) on that at a later time. My surgery went so well, and my breasts look so nice, that many of my friends gave asked about him and this office. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Nursing consultant Mina was an angel! I got phone calls at home and was told i could contact them any day or time.
