At my consult they tell me if I pay in full right away I was promised June 1st for the date of my surgery. I get a call a week later telling me someone else got that date even though I paid in full and was told I secured the spot, so I take the second date which was supposed to be today. I get a call AN HOUR before I have to leave my house for this surgery that theyre canceling it. AN HOUR BEFORE. Absolutely no respect for myself, my time and my friends time (who took today off to take care of me). Now theyre saying they might be able to get me in Wednesday with a surgeon Ive never even heard of before. I am beyond frustrated. Now I cant get ahold of anyone at the Masri clinic, someone needs to make this right because this experience has been horrific. I am completely beside myself with the lack of professionalism.

I was at this clinic for acne scar treatment. I was helped by Gena and Christina. They were both very helpful and understanding. They recommended the necessary treatments for my skin type and assisted me throughout them. In my experience, this place was very professional and I can tell they care about their patients. My mom suffered from a special case of esophagus reverse reaction with stiffness in the shoulder area along with shortness of breath. My mom was seen by more than 40 doctors in 3 countries and 2 states for the last 45 years and no one could diagnose it correctly. Yes, 45 years of suffering that happens at least once or twice daily. Some times when she is hospitalized and the reaction happens, you will see the doctors and nurses panicking thinking she is having a panic attack or heart problem. After seeing Dr Masri. he listen to her carefully and suspected Vagus nerve issue that will cause reverse esophagus reaction and tightness in the shoulder area with shortness of breath. He explained to us how and where the nerve works and prescribed a one pill at bed time a day for 30 days. Amazingly, 45 years of suffering gone in one day. Mom has been taking this medicine for 23 days now and she is 23 days free of the symptoms. Thank you for changing my moms life after 45 years of suffering. You are the best. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and god bless you. My mom include you in her prayers all the time. Also i will not forget Dr. Masri. wonderful staff that made my mom feel very comfortable . I highly recommend Dr. Masri.

It is a long story but i am gonna try to keep it short. First of all doctor was super late for my appointment. I had to wait 3 hours! This was not respectful. After my filling treatment, in a week i used an acne cream for my face. But it interacted with my filler as i understood, cause my filler places swelled ,my face was like balloon and in couple days My fillers waned. When i called the clinic and when i wanted to speak with doctor no body cared. I sent e-mails, before after photos but they said everything looks normal, and when i called them the lady who respond at the secretary desk, she said ' when you steped out of the clinic we dont take any responsibilities about your problems'. I couldn't believe what i heard and we had argument. Briefly they don't help when you have a problem even cause of the treatment.

Avoid this place at all cost. Very unprofessional! The work that I had done on me was absolutely horrible! Consulted with 2 specialist after having a procedure done here and they could not believe Dr. Sampson's work. Advised me to speak with him about correcting his work. When I then met again with Dr. Sampson he had the audacity to say 'Jesus Christ isn't performing your procedure'. This place is a joke. Trust me spend a little more and get it done right the first time.

I have never been so disappointed in a medical office in my life. I went to Dr. Masri's office less than 1 week ago for a consultation on a tummy tuck. During the consultation the girls were nice they gave me info on the procedure. They said they needed to take pictures and text them to the doctor to find out if I was a candidate. They called me later that day and let me know I was a candidate. They gave me next available surgery dates and said the next steps were a ekg and lab work and if I wanted to actually meet the doctor I could do it at that time. I went in for my appointment today. The receptionist even gave me the option to schedule my surgery and pay for it in full right then and there which I was prepared to do, but I said I do it at the end. I waited for 2HOURS because the doctor was in surgery. only once in the 2 HOUR period did someone check in. Even still I'm not upset yet. It's not until Dr. Sampson walks in as if he hadn't had me waiting and that he was doing me a favor by showing up. Our interaction:Dr.-- Hi I'm Dr. Sampson what do you needI'm sorry what do you mean Dr.-- Why are you here todayI've been waiting 2 hours and they didn't even tell you why I'm here?Dr.-- I'd rather hear from your mouthI'm here about a tummy tuckDr.-- OK stand up ( I'm still fully clothed) How much do you weighI tell him my weightDr.-- how tall are youI tell him my heightDr.-- You have to much weight for this surgery you need to consider some sort of bariatric surgery to get some of the weight off first. I'm sorry you had to wait so long for me to tell you that,Why wasn't this said at the consultation a week agoDr.--Well they aren't doctors how would they knowBMI is a very simple calculation even I could have given it to you. If this is something that is required then at the consultation you should train your staff to calculate it. I am very busy and even had to move meetings while waiting on you. Your staff was prepared to take the payment and schedule the surgery when I walked in 2 hours ago. He looked like a I don't know what you want me to do look and said let us know if you are interested in like a sleeve.While I do believe from photos Dr. Sampson does great work the way they handled business makes this a no go for me (Even if I were considering the sleeve)

Hey everyone, I honestly had such an amazing experience at the Masri Clinic. I went to the Birmingham location and I can assure you it was the best decision I have made. They were so sweet and so nice, they told me all about the HydraFacial before I got it done, during the facial I kept asking so many questions about other offers they had and the technician was so nice and so informative. Hands down they are well trained and educated, they know exactly what products they are putting on your face and explain their effect while you are doing the facial. I actually won this facial on their Instagram (follow their page and u could win too) and I am definitely going back to do more! My face is very very very sensitive, I have done facials before and instantly broke out and bruised but I am telling you this is the first time I dont break out and the first time I actually feel like my skin is so clear and soft! Because of this great experience I recommend you guys go check them out!

What a amazing place. Great professional employees from Najiba, Sahari, Maria, Brittany to Gina very nice and positive environment. Just little after a month I see great results with my hair. I came in for juvederm in my lips at 10:30am, and I was finished by 11:30am. The wait was very quick, especially for being a first time patient! The assistant, Christina, was very friendly and made me feel at ease by chatting with me while I waited for the doctor. She answered any questions I had.The doctor came in soon after I finished with Christina, and he was also very friendly. Him and Christina chatted as he gave me the injections, which helped calm my nerves, as I've never had anything done before. He knew what I was looking for, and so far I like the results. :)I would recommend Masri Clinic to anyone looking to enhance themselves.

Horrible doctor and horrible results doesnt even deserve a one star review. My mom had an eyelid surgery and the results are HORRIBLE. She has to go to a different doctor to fix all of the mistakes dr. Masri made and yet he doesnt admit that he made any mistakes but other doctors who saw the results a few months after the surgery were shocked because the surgery was a complete failure. Other than all of that on the day of the surgery we had to wait for 4 hours before my mom went into the surgery the appointment was at 2 we didnt get out of the clinic until 9. After my mom wasted a lot of money for this complete failure she has to do another surgery and go through a lot of pain and pay more money to fix dr. Masris mistakes.

If I can give them no stars I would. I rarely do reviews but you better believe Im writing this one cause Im so shocked at the treatment I got today. The worst medical office Ive been to in my life. The ladies at the desk are extremely rude and are annoyed if you ask any questions. I came in for a chemical peel ( Ive had many before at other places), I met the doc and he kept telling me that I needed a different peel than what I came in for and that I needed to do it at least 10 times!!! Like he took me for a fool, Ive had this done before with great results and he wanted to do another kind peel just so he has me coming back over 10 times.I asked him what was in the peel and he looked at me as if I asked a dumb question and answered acids umm like duh its acids, what kind. I told him I want to know exactly what and that I studied medication and understand what acids are! If you arent their nationality they treat you like youre dumb and uneducated, as a doc he should answer my question and not act like this. So I finally got him to agree to do the peel I came for and and they tried to sell me medication ( RX skin bleach and Retin A). I said ok Ill use the meds he recommend because I got them at home and no need to buy it. So the nurse goes back to him and he says ok the she has to buy this other cream package for $350!!!! Like are you kidding me! The peel package is 4 chemical peels for $106 and he wants me to buy some products that arent even Rx strength for $350! I told them Id rather use the ones I have that are RX and I wouldnt be buying their products for $350. So she told the doc that and he said then I wont do the chemical peel for her if she wont buy our products! What kind of doctor forces you to buy their overly priced products or refused to do a service you paid for! Im in complete shock I cant even believe they are still open. Save your money and dignity and dont go to these rude racists. I just wonder how many poor people they have ripped off.
