I was nervous about the procedure but with both Aaran and Dr Aitkens everything was done for me;the hotel room , nurse coming and getting me,explanations were clear,the follow-up the next day again with the nurse coming to get me,hair washing. It couldn't be more efficient with the kind people who made it a calming experience not at all like a hospital environment. I would recommend them .

I had breast reduction done by Dr. M Aiken. She was reassuring every step of the way. She explained they process in a way that was understandable and she was approachable with my questions. Even now at post-op she is attentive to how I look and feel about myself and the scaring. I am pleased that my scaring is minimal and after only 6 months they are fading. She is an excellent surgeon! My expectations were met in surgery and I am very pleased with the outcome. My only regret is that I didnt have it done sooner. Dr Aiken is kind, warm and professional. I would recommend her highly to anyone.

I had a great experience pre-op, day of surgery and post-op with Dr. Krebiehl. She was kind, thorough, patient, and my results are great. The nursing staff at both the practice and at Blodgett were amazing, and always there to answer any questions I had. I'd never had so much as a stitch before, let alone an extensive surgery, so the whole process was incredibly daunting to me. But the staff at PSA made it as much of an enjoyable experience as it could have been. Thank you all so much!

This was my first consultation and I believe that I met the perfect doctor for the job. Marguerite Aitken MD listened to my questions and concerns. After I was finished telling her what my hopes were she brought out a sketchpad. The doctor begin to sketch and talk to me about how she would go about completing the job of lifting up my neck without cutting away any of the muscle tissue. It was a very interesting, elaborate lesson that had me fascinated. By the time she was finished chatting and drawing she had two sketches of me. One was what I look like now and the other other was more of a 2.0 version of me. It would be nice. Im looking forward to seeing Dr Aitken early next year.

I went in with 2 serious breaks and 12 stitches on my finger for a consultation about hand surgery. Without warning, Dr. krebeihl began squeezing the injured finger. She then began testing the sensation on my finger tip. I was in tears and she told me that it doesn't hurt and I need to cooperate. When I told Dr. Krebeihl that she had crossed boundaries by telling me whether or not I had pain and making me feel that I had done something wrong by being in pain, she failed to apologize. I walked out and would not recommend her to anyone. She lacks compassion and professionalism.I am editing to add that anyone that had been considering Dr. Krebeihl for hand surgery should call Dr. Mark DeHaan instead. He is the extreme opposite of Dr. Krebeihl. He is compassionate, gentle, and did not make me feel bullied.
