Dr. Vagotis was highly recommended by three of my friends who have had different surgeries done by her. Two of them were breast augmentations and this is what I went here for. The consultation was easy, informative and peaceful. I walked out knowing her team had my best interests in mind and called regularly to be sure of my progress with paperwork and payments were done accordingly and filed properly for the surgery. They were so friendly, both before and day of the surgery. I went in quite nervous, day of the surgery, and by the time I was walking back to surgery, I was so at ease! They even had a heated blanket to cover me during the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Vagotis and her team. My breasts went from a B to a full D and the healing process is going so well, and both my husband and I are extremely pleased.

As an older woman (64), I was concerned that I may be too old or have too many existing conditions to qualify for cosmetic surgery. I had made inquiries at different practices and found that my concerns were validated, when I was not able to schedule a consultation after the phone intake assessment revealed my age. Then, a friend directed me to Dr. Vagotis, and I found a practice that treats each person on information gleaned at an independent (in person) assessment. Dr. Vagotis was warm and genuine. She spent time with me reviewing my health history and my desired cosmetic procedures. Some procedures could not be considered due to my physical health limitations (not my age) but other options were approved, provided I could meet the physical (lab tests) required to validate health. Within weeks my procedures were performed. Every aspect of the process was explained to me in detail and I was offered video and photographic images of what to expect....and there were no surprises. I was provided adequate pain management and excellent phone support during the days after my procedure. I'm very pleased with my outcome.As a secondary note, I want to address Dr. Vagotis' staff. Every person I encountered, treated me with genuine respect and kindness. I'm not one of the 'cool' people or part of the 'in' group, and I have never held that status in life, consequently I was a bit intimidated to go to a cosmetic surgeon. But, Dr. Vagotis and her staff members melted my every concern regarding, fitting in and feeling comfortable. The offices and surgical area were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Every appointment was on time and I was always greeted by name. This experience was beyond my expectations and I would recommend Dr. Vagotis and her staff members to you.

She absolutely destroyed my body!Just about two years ago I went in for liposuction of my arms, tummy, inner thighs, back straps and lower portion of my butt (banana roll). Sound like a lot? It absolutely was and she should of made me aware that it was too much to do at once. That being said, you can see the 'tunnel' from the tool used on my arms and they are still numb, my inner thighs do not match at all, a large area was missed on my stomach, my back is discolored and has a significant 'chunk' out of one side and lastly, my lower butt area has some of the 'banana roll' left on one side and a the other has another large 'chunk' out of it. At the end of the surgery, we were left with only the nurses assistant to bandage me up. My husband had to help bandage me!!!I opted to see a different surgeon for the repairs. Thus far I have only had my thighs and stomach corrected which was an awakening moment. For just two of the of the area, it took him longer than all ten took her.In response to the Vagotis office response. I did on multiple occasions share my concerns. I was advised to wait a minimum of 6 months since healing and results take time. The attached picture shows the quote (6 months after my surgery) I was given to 'revise' my stomach and inner thigh for an additional $1800 . At that point I even gave a deposit to move forward. I later decided to move forward with another surgeon (for obvious reasons). When I asked for my deposit back, I received the attached letter. For these reasons, I'm not sure why you're surprised that I was unhappy.

As a plus size patient with diabetes, I went in with realistic expectations of changes she could make. At 3 months post tummy tuck and 2 months post breast reduction, I am amazed at the changes Dr. Vagotis was able to make happen. She puts patient safety as her top priority and made sure to take extra time to go over expectations with me prior to surgery. 100% satisfied! I had a great experience from beginning to end. I wanted breast implants because after nursing three children I had almost no breast tissue left and I had a very extreme asymmetry; one was much smaller than the other. With Dr. Vagotis I received a very comprehensive consultation, She answered all of my questions and supported me through the process of deciding what implant and style would be best for me. Dr. V was very knowledgeable about the implants, what would look good on my frame, not Just bigger but a more natural look as well. Based on what I wanted we found the best implant size and shape to fit my body and my desired end result ( which I have! They are perfect!!) Her staff was supportive, friendly and very accessible; I could call with any questions that I had before and after the procedure. They even have an app that I could download right on my phone for filling out paperwork, so that was super easy and stress-free. We talked about what to expect during and after the procedure. Recovery was pretty easy, I was back to being mom to my 3 kids within days. One of the things that drew me to Dr. Vagotis was the wide range of before/after pictures in her portfolio. There was so much variety. Some breast were really big and high profile and some more teardrop shaped and natural. Other Surgeons I had talked with; most of their finish-product pics were very similar, ranging slightly in size but basically it was the same breast on different women. Dr. Vagotis gives breast augmentations based on what will fit the patients wishes and body best. I ended up with exactly what I was hoping for: natural looking breasts (the same size) that fits my frame. My clothes fit. I feel confident. I would do it again with Dr. V in a heart beat.

Dr. Vagotis and her team has much exceeded my expectations. From consultation to surgery and even after, the customer service has been top notch. I was given plenty of information regarding my surgery and was walked through it each step of the way. I put my full trust into Dr. Vagotis. I told her the look I was going for and trusted her judgement during surgery to decide not only what looked best but what my body could handle. Im extremely happy with my results and would recommend her fully. The only thing I could say I wish was done differently, is I wish they provided the compression bra for after surgery or provided photo examples of what to get because there are so many options, it was hard to know which one was the best option. There are store recommendations provided but even then, looking for the right bra is a bit overwhelming. Even so, I would still recommend 100%.
