I had a breast augmentation done at this location with Dr. Sampson in June of 2010. My 'girls' are going to be 8 years old this year, and they still look amazing. I went from 36B to 36DD, with 450 cc saline implants. I will look forward to going back to him when it is time for them to be replaced. I was thoroughly satisfied and highly recommend their work if you're looking to keep it local. They can get a little busy at times, but that happens when someone works at multiple locations doing multiple procedures. They will always get back with you.

AND HE USED ALLERGEN SILICONE AND LADIES THERE IS A HUGE LAWSUIT AGAINST THE COMPANY SO LOOK UP ALLERGEN BREAST INPLANT RECALLED. GET YOUR MONEY BACK! HE SAID THAT HE COULDN'T FIT A D CUP IN ME AND GAVE ME A C CUP 450 CC'S AND I PAID FOR THAT AND GAVE THEM MY INSURANCE INFORMATION! IM TAKING THIS TO THE NEWS AND NOW HE WANTS 3000 DOLLARS JUST TO TAKE THEM OUT WHAT A JOKE. CAN YOU SAY HE'S A SURGEON? NO HE HACKS WOMAN UP WHO PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR WHAT THEY DON'T EVEN GET! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Love my experience and results of my breast augmentation! Dr Sampson was nice and made me feel comfortable and informative about doing this. He even called me after my surgery to see if i was ok. My healing process is going very well and i went from a 32C to a 32DD. I had 400cc and i have the saline implants. I am so in love with my results! I would recommend him to anyone who wants a boob job.

This place is very unprofessional I had a lift and implants I asked for 450 cc I got 300 cc very upset and disappointed and I still look like I'm saging and even I asked to remove the implants and put what I asked for they refused!!!!! They said they look good lol well I'd what the think I'm not happy at all!iwill be going to another plastic surgeon in Kalamazoo as soon as they release me!!so don't try go cheep pay the xtra money and go somewhere else!!trust me I saved 1,100 by giving to them and I regret it!i wish I went to the fist surgeon in Kalamazoo and paid the1,100

The office is UNPROFESSIONAL and the service is HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT!! I was a patient of Dr. Sampson's a few years ago and spent over 14k with his practice. I made an appointment to go back to CORRECT his original work from my surgery (on my own dime). When I drove from Lansing to the scheduled consult, at his Jackson office, the receptionist told me he was out of town. I requested a call back from the Dr. once he returned, no call. Then, I followed up and was told he is aware that I requested a call. The Dr. and his office is either arrogant or incompetent, either way I would not reccommend becoming a patient unless you want to pay your hard earned money for a number of disappointments.Advice to Dr. Sampson and Staff: Please be respectful of your customers time and feelings. I took time from work to discusss correcting a procedure that didn't turn out well. I made a sincere attempt to develop a relationship with you and your office by going back for a correction to my first procedure. You could care less!! A Doctor patient relationship should be a transaction of trust. You broken mine for no good reason. I am very disappointed and hurt! As patients, we entrust you with our most valuable possession, and this is how you respond.
